It drove me back and I e since found the beer selection has improved immensely, the hired help seems a bit friendlier and the summer special chicken salad sammich (all by itself) is my new obsession! How times have changed. Not sure if joining UnTapped had anything to do with it, but they now have 16 taps - mostly craft beer always incl a cider and Guinness. They have a plethora of sports, etc. on a plethora of TVs, darts and gaming, an expansive food menu. After a significant amount of time the waitress returned to check on us and let us know the pizzas would be out soon, so we asked her about the appetizer. She admitted that she forgot to put it in. She asked if we still wanted it, which we did, and so she said it would be 8 minutes in the oven. The food all came out within the next 10 minutes or so (minus the appetizer), and we dove in. It was all very good and we were happy with the options we chose. The waitress returned once we were finished eating and we asked for boxes and the check. The appetizer still hadn't came out. She apologized again and asked if we just wanted it boxed up to go, to which we said yes. Several minutes later a manager showed up and told us again, that there was a miscommunication and the appetizer was never made and yet to be placed in the oven. At this point, we asked it to be canceled and just asked for boxes and the check. Things happen, and the way they responded to the mistake is the reason I am still giving them 4 stars. They reduced our bill significantly and offered us a coupon for a free pizza on the next visit as a way to make things right. The waitress was great and the manager was very professional.
