Beautiful ambiance! It has beautiful serving dishes. Ok the food. My first time eating Mongolian food and it's delicious. I love the lamb . Service, it's fast , food came out fast. We wanted them to slow down because we wanted to enjoy the dishes. Overall, it was great place to eat.

We went for an early Mother's Day celebration! Been wanting to try out Mongolian Pie and it did not disappoint! Loved the period decor! Everything was bright and festive. Service was good. Everything was delicious, but my favorites were the five grain steamed dumplings, stewed lamb and the house special fish with pickled cabbage soup. Mongolian pie, cucumbers and the Mongolian yogurt was really good too! They even have complimentary lamb broth and a sauce condiment bar. We will definitely be back!

Been eyeing this spot for a while and finally gave it a try. The Mongolian focus, especially on lamb, had me curious. Came on a Saturday around 6pm. It was busy but no wait. Service was great. Our waiter was super nice and even offered complimentary yogurt or Mongolian milk tea. We tried both and enjoyed them. For food we ordered the Mongolian homemade pie, the desert style spiced lamb chops, and the boiled lamb. The pie was really good. I liked the dough, soft and not too heavy, with a solid meat filling. We made the mistake of asking them to cut it in half and all the juices leaked out, so don't do that. The desert style lamb chops were deep fried with fries. Super juicy with a crispy exterior. Probably my favorite dish of the night. The boiled lamb was simple but very tender, and they give you spices to sprinkle on which helps bring out the flavor. They also have a sauce bar where you can mix your own dips, and they give complimentary lamb soup with radish which I actually liked a lot. Clean but still flavorful. Overall everything was good. Portions are big and we had a lot of leftovers. Only thing is the lamb can get pretty fatty and heavy after a while, so it's better to come with a group and share. Nice spot to try traditional Mongolian style food. I'd come back.

I got to try this place after watching a movie with my husband at the AMC theatre and wow, I was so pleasantly surprised! The beef noodle soup was so flavorful and the beef and cheese pies were delicious too! Love the openness of the restaurant and the hand painted murals. Their milk tea and yogurt drinks were very tasty too. I'll have to come back to try their lamb dishes since my husband doesn't eat lamb.

好食# 菜量大#舒服#一家大小 While the prices are on the higher side, they are all-inclusive of the gratuity, which makes the billing very straightforward. #58 is the mix Pot with beef different parts is a must order, spicy taste yummy Beef stirfry is soft and tender . The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The restaurant offers a very comfortable and spacious seating area, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. As a lovely bonus, they even provided a complimentary gift/treat at the end of the meal. If you are looking for a place with a great atmosphere and top-tier service, I highly recommend giving this Mongolian spot a try!

Came across Mongolian Pie during its testing phase--before it even showed up on Yelp or Google Maps--but the cold weather and a serious craving for hot soup led me right in. So glad I did. They start you off with complimentary edamame and Mongolian milk tea, which is lightly sweet, cozy, and incredibly comforting. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary lamb soup that was rich, soothing, and full of flavor. I ordered the lamb stew, and the portion was much larger than expected--definitely generous. The menu describes it as a "no-flavor broth," but that couldn't be further from the truth. The broth was a total flavor bomb while still feeling light and hearty, beautifully infused with daikon, jujube, and goji berries. The lamb itself was tender and perfectly seasoned. For a place still in its testing phase, everything felt thoughtful, comforting, and well executed. This spot is already off to a strong start, and I'll absolutely be back once they officially open.

The restaurant is clean and food has quality with good price. The Mongolia homemade pie is soooo delicious, I have not had a good taste pie for a long time. It's fresh made very tasty. Pickle cabbage fish is yummy as well with good flavor. We will be back.

Been waiting for this place to open and it did not disappoint! Food was amazing, we got the beef pie, noodles, and beef rack to share amongst 3 people. Portions were super generous and the service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Bonus is we loved the soup and sauce/topping self serve bar - everything was already flavourful but it was also fun to adjust to our preferences. The decor and vibe was so fun - made for a great experience and will definitely revisit/recommend. Excited to try more menu items!

Happy to find this place! Very friendly staff and spotless table and floor surface. The painting on the wall is so lovely and relaxing, making me want to go visit Mongolia! The meat pie tastes very good and soft though some people may like the skin more crispy. The beef tendon tastes as good as I expected and I love the cute pot a lot. On top of all the good experience so far, they offer free goat milk tea, yogurt, and lamb daikon soup! That's not all, you get a free bag of beef jerky to take home. No hesitation for me to give a five star and we will be back for other dishes.

Food was super good and service was amazing. Their Mongolian pie was suuuuper tasty and would definitely come back for that. It's more of a family style place so come here with a big party if you want to try a bunch of dishes. They start you off with a delicious yogurt drink at the beginning and free soup!

I came to Mongolian Pie during a promotion when they were offering 20 percent off everything which was such a great deal but keep in mind they do have a 15 percent automatic gratuity fee. From the moment we walked in I was so impressed by how beautiful the interior was. The space felt thoughtfully designed with a cohesive theme and the chairs were surprisingly spacious and comfortable which made the dining experience even better. Unfortunately a lot of the lamb was already sold out by the time we arrived for dinner which was a little sad but honestly it did not ruin the experience at all because everything else was so good. They offer a free soup bar in the back for dine in guests and it tasted amazing while also feeling light and healthy. The lamb that we were able to try was incredibly tender and flavorful and you could really tell the quality of the meat. The meat pies were clearly homemade and absolutely delicious with rich filling and a perfect crust. Overall the food the atmosphere and the attention to detail made this a place I would happily come back to again. They also gave us free milk tea!!

The only server in the restaurant never came back to check on us the whole hour we were there. So we never had refills on water. The best things here were the naan and the hand pulled noodles. My husband and I ordered the following: Large Mongolian Stir Fry Noodles with Beef Meal = $21.99 - Gone are the days where you can just DIY your own bowl of Mongolian bbq. Now, you have to order your toppings behind the counter. They offer chicken, pork, lean beef, beef belly, and shrimp as the protein. You can prob ask for as many meat types as you want, but they do weigh it. We got half lean beef and beef belly. The bowl for the large is not that big, so if you like a lot of toppings, expect it to be super small grabs of each. My fave part of Mongolian bbq are the noodles but there wasn't much at all, which I was pretty bummed about. I ended up eating most of the veggies and just letting my husband eat the noodles. The flavor was good, had enough flavor, and didn't feel overly greasy. My husband said it was missing that deep fire/wok flavor but I still enjoyed it. Meal Combo Soda + small bowl of udon = $5.99 - We got coke for the soda. Just note no free refills. Refills are $1. - I enjoyed the udon, which is just instant mix. My husband didn't care for it, but I like that flavor. Total = $27.98 (excluding tax) as of March 2025, definitely on the pricey side Customer Service: They're not the most warm and fuzzy service - the whole thing from start to finish kind of feels like an assembly line. They also don't really pack your toppings. I asked for mushrooms twice and the guy just pointed to my bowl and gave me a look. My husband actually wanted more mushrooms so oh well... Overall, although my experience wasn't 100%, it still satisfied my craving lol. I just wish there were more Mongolian bbq-type restaurants around!

Other places have passed them by in some respects First there is no sauce bar here. Just four small containers of sauces you can use. Ironically none of those sauces are soy sauce. A darker possible peanut sauce, a sesame sauce, a pinkish possibly fermented tofu sauce and the standard chili oil. I wanted more as far as the sauce goes and I thought a sauce bar was pretty standard these days Second there is no AYCE bar with small snacks. Kind of interesting When ordering the meat, I guess they wanted to save a plate so the sliced meats just came in plastic containers. That loses some points with me on presentation Other than that everything is fine. They charge a little less for the broth than a lot of places do, so that's nice Got vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, noodles and a couple of meats. Overall it's a fine experience, mostly Ok to Good. You pay first, getting water and soda cups at checkout (plates are plentiful near the buffet itself). Emmelyn was the check-in associate, and she was joyful and friendly, putting a smile on my wife's face after a stressful drive through LA traffic. We found out that my wife's lunch was free because it was her birthday. Lunch pricing is $15.19 (M-F), minus $1 for seniors and military. Refillable soda is $2.99. It's find your own seating, and we grabbed the first seats we could find. -- being super crowded meant the food was constantly being replenished and kept fresh. It also meant a lot of line (inadvertent) line cutting and careful, slow movements...need to be careful for sure. -- the taste of the food was good, mainly because most things were turning over quickly. However, the selection of dishes wasn't huge, and the soups didn't look too good. -- I focused on the sushi and was satisfied. They had different type simple rolls and nigiri, with soy sauce at each table. They also had a bottle of eel sauce to douse your rolls with more, if you want. Towards the end, discovered a New Zealand green mussel dish in a hot chili sauce, which I took full advantage of. -- the must get is the Mongolian Grill, which dominates the center of the restaurant. There were three types of sliced frozen meat (beef, chicken, pork), a variety of vegetables (including my favorite, baby corn), and various runny sauces that you pour on top when done. Once your bowl is complete, you need to give it to the operator. But here its a bit different: it operates on a unique system that I've only seen here. In the front counter, there are 20 spots where numbered pager sits. Once a person fills up a bowl with raw ingredients, they place it on the next available pager spot, taking the pager with them. Once the food is cooked, the pager goes off. You then exchange the bowl in your spot, with the pager...and the cycle continues. I asked myself what would happen if all 20 pagers were taken, and decided if that happened, you would have to wait since there would be no more space on the grill for your plate anyway. The system worked really well, with all three of us taking advantage of it. Taste wise, I've had better but certainly not for that price. And I just love the efficiency of it all. -- soft serve ice cream was available, and it was very thick and creamy (though a bit off in taste). My wife also mentioned that you can get cotton candy as well. -- Service was good, with an employee in a hostess outfit personally letting us know that she was there to assist us, including getting drinks. She did clear dishes when necessary, but also seemed to be supervising our section. What's interesting is that the same report mentioned King Buffet in Garden Grove, which now seems to be another branch of the Paradise chain. So need to be leery of such reports not being current...but in this case, following its suggestion paid off.

They have Teppanyaki with a buzzer when your food is ready. Although it was a little bland and we had to use lots of sauce. There is also an ice cream dispenser which was good. The place is quite large and the line to get in went outside the restaurant. The parking lots is large. Staff were friendly.
