I was assured it would be fine, but I ended up leaving with fresh damage on multiple areas of the wheel. Two huge gashes on one rim and damage the entire outer edge on other. What made the experience worse was the way it was handled afterward. At first the staff admitted the machine likely caused the damage, but after talking among themselves they suddenly changed the story and claimed they weren't sure what caused it because they "didn't have before pictures." Instead of actually helping resolve the issue, I was given a phone number to call. I've spent the entire week calling, leaving voicemails, and sending texts with no response from anyone. Mistakes can happen, but avoiding responsibility and ignoring customers afterward is unacceptable. If you care about your wheels, especially aftermarket or gloss black rims, I'd strongly recommend taking detailed before pictures and thinking twice before coming here.

"I recently had an issue with the lights on the back of my 2018 Ford F-150 and brought it in for…read morerepair. Initially, I received excellent service from Julian, a serviceman who assisted me at the front desk. He provided a lot of helpful information about my warranty and offered various services related to the lights. While waiting for the repairs, Julian kept me informed about the expected duration and when the parts would arrive. I appreciated his communication. However, things took a turn when Julian had to consult with his service manager, Tamara, regarding the battery and whether it would be covered by the warranty. It was at this point that problems arose. Tamara suddenly claimed that none of the work on the lights would be covered due to pre-existing superficial damage to one of the taillights, which I had not mentioned when dropping off the vehicle. It's important to note that the issue I brought in the vehicle for concerned all four lights malfunctioning, not just the damaged taillight. Throughout the process, Tamara displayed rudeness and a lack of professionalism, refusing to assist me in any way and making the situation needlessly difficult. To make matters worse, Tamara decided to reissue a report that had already been sent to me, now including a charge for a diagnostic fee for the lights. The existence of the small damage was already known when I dropped off the vehicle, and no mention was made of a diagnostic fee until Tamara became involved. When I arrived at the office, I was surprised to find a new bill that included this charge, even though Julian had previously sent me the same bill without it. Julian seemed almost embarrassed to hand me the updated bill, knowing that Tamara had added the charge. Throughout the entire process, Julian tried his best to maintain professionalism and rectified the situation by removing the obviously unfounded diagnostic charge. Moreover, when I entered the office, Julian was kind and provided me with good service, acting as if there were no issues. However, Tamara positioned herself aggressively close to me, making me feel confronted, and repeatedly asked if I was satisfied with her service, despite our previous conflicts and my expressed dissatisfaction. It appeared to be an intentional attempt to provoke a reaction. Overall, the experience with Julian was positive, but Tamara's behavior was unprofessional, aggressive, and tarnished the reputation of your company. I was under the impression that inspections were covered by my warranty based on previous visits, but Tamara insisted otherwise unless I could provide specific warranty clauses. In the end, it all felt very unprofessional and was an embarrassment to your company's name."

I called, told them the make, model, and wanted something good in snow, rain, and off road (for a Jeep). They answered a few questions, ordered the tires, I scheduled the appointment, got them put on, and when I went to pay thought it was a mistake because the price was so low. After paying, was driving off the lot and immediately noticed a huge difference - it rode much smoother. The next day, researched the tire brand thinking with such a low price, it was a bad brand - only to discover that the brand is a recognized one and of high quality; additionally, the specific tire's description specifies that it is made for snow, rain, and for off road. I love, love, love Piedmont Tire & Auto. The professionals are incredibly good, attentative, and polite. One recommendation is to either drop it off or Uber somewhere while waiting. Though they are efficient and operate, smoothly, they have a constant flow of customers. They appreciate buffer time to accommodate everyone.

This is probably the only instance where I've actually felt a negative star review is warranted,…read morebut in this case, being as I was robbed by this place for $500, it's more than justified. I don't like to make a habit of dragging local businesses, but when you've been laid off and every single dollar counts, I'd like to warn others not to spend their hard earned money here. So, over the summer, the air conditioning in my car stopped working. The car is less than 10 years old, and I've had this model before with little to no issues, so I felt more than comfortable grabbing a checkup from this particular station, especially knowing it's family owned. I was charged about $300 for a "AC RECHARGE & DYE" labor and materials. Fine; if that's what it takes, it sucks to spend money but at least my ac is working. I noticed right away that the ac worked intermittently or not at all. Took it back to this same station, they ran some kind of test and concluded it's fine. But the thing is, it was never fine. I didn't pay for a partial repair, I paid for a FULL repair. As in, I expect my ac to function after specifically shelling out my limited wages that week to pay for it. Is this an unreasonable expectation? I guess so. So let's fast-forward me being gaslit for about two months to when I was driving home from a particularly brutally hot day at my temporary job, and being mad because, Goddammit I paid for ac and I'm not getting it. I brought it back to this same place since it's blatantly obvious they never actually fixed what they charged me for. Today I was charged almost $200 for "A/C DIAGNOSTIC: PERFORM SYSTEM TEST FOR PRESSURES AND A/C FUNCTIONS. CHECK FOR AC DYE. WE FILLED OVER THE SUMMER AND IT IS NOW NOT WORKING. COMPRESSOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. FLOW SENSOR INTERMITTENTLY WORKING." OKAY SO. The last sentence appears to be the only thing that makes any sense. However, "WE FILLED IT OVER THE SUMMER AND IT IS NOW NOT WORKING" is misleading and frankly, false. To say "NOW" it's not working is entirely untrue, because it wasn't working directly after the first "repair." As I said, I brought it back after the first "repair" and I was gaslit because "sometimes the ac kicks in." Nice. As for the second part, that the "COMPRESSOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED", WHY on God's green earth did you not recognize this little issue the first time you supposedly diagnosed my car? They proceeded to provide me with a $700 estimate for an "actual" repair. Ma'am, you already charged me $300 for absolutely nothing, I was gaslit into thinking that sometimes-working-ac-is-better-than-no-ac-at-all (until it stopped working altogether), and now you charge me nearly $200 to evaluate the first diagnostic you dicked up and for which you gave me the wrong "repair"? If you had the capability to know what was actually wrong in August when I first brought her in, what was stopping you from doing whatever sort of magic diagnostic you did today, that you charged me $176.49 more for? I would have paid the $700 you gave on the estimate then and there. So, overall, I paid about $500 (while I'm between jobs), for my ac to be broken and remain broken. This is absolutely predatory behavior for a business (local or not). Save yourself a lot of money and go somewhere else.
