Not only did they fulfil those requests, but they also took care of a few additional small tasks on the same day. We discussed potential future towing services, and the pricing they provided was very reasonable. It's always great when local family businesses support each other, and it looks like Madison and Aylor's will have a lot of future collaboration! Thank you again for today! I won't be back. I called and made an appointment yesterday for 9:00AM this morning and the cost is…read more$120. Upon arrival I was told that the owners truck was stuck on the lift and it would be at least a half hour before he would arrive and remove it from the lift. I left and returned an hour later and they took my car in and I was told the service would take 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I received a text from the company that told me I had 10 immediate services required including battery terminal replacement, fluid changes and recommend new tires. Note: I just had the tires replaced by another company the day before. When I get to the counter the tech asks me if I have any questions about the text I received and I said No but I have a 20% Holiday Discount I printed from their website. The woman at the counter said my total would be $118 and I asked about the 20% discount and she said my $12 discount was included. I told her 20% of $120 is $24. And she said "this is what the system is telling me". I ended up paying $105 but when I got home I noticed a $8.64 job supply fee. What parts did they need to supply that I didn't receive?? Be warned. They are predatory. I won't be back.
