I've been going to Jatna for years and unless she moves to Antarctica, I will follow her wherever…read moreshe goes! No seriously, I followed her from Pembroke Pines to Sunrise, to Davie. She is so professional and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She cares about her clients! My brows always look fly! Make your business to support her business! PS - her new location is a dreammmm!

Oh my goodness where do I begin with my love for Ms. Jatna Banks…read more Let me start by how we met. My brother got married in November of 2020. My now sister in law was looking for a makeup artist and I asked around. A good friend of mine recommended Jatna and I am beyond thrilled that she did - the woman is MAGIC! She did the makeup for the bridal party, bride and mother of the groom/bride flawlessly. The first thing I noticed about her was her energy. She is super calm, welcoming and is one of those makeup artists that just enhances your natural beauty aka doesn't add pounds of makeup to the point where you don't feel like yourself. Jatna makes you look and feel like the QUEEN you already are. I was super impressed with how she handled the group of 10, she brought an assistant to get us ready on time, and they both followed covid protocol and wore masks the whole time. Ever since Nov 2020 I have been Jatna's No. 1 fan. I have never felt so beautiful as when I had my makeup done with her - and I've been a bridesmaid like 10 times and gotten professional makeup and hair done a ton. The makeup lasted all night in a humid outdoor wedding and my hair held it's waves for a few days after - which is totally not the case typically. I have also never gotten as many compliments as I did with my makeup done by Jatna. Safe to say, I was a customer for life. Next up, on the day of my mom's celebration mass - she did my sister and I's makeup. Arguably one of the hardest days of my life was made easier because she helped us look beautiful when that was the lasssst thing on our mind. That's when I was reminded not only is she immensely talented, but a beautiful soul as well. Recently she did my hair and makeup for a work video I filmed for Yelp Miami and it was flawless once again. Her prices are in line with what any hair and makeup artist would charge, and well worth it. I love makeup, but I hate the feeling of having too much or not looking like myself. Jatna always has me feeling natural and glam all at once! I cannot say enough good things about Jatna. She offers brow and body waxing services in her Sunrise studio which I have not tried (yet). You can see her work on @JatnaBanks on IG to get an idea of what she offers. While her brick and mortar is in Sunrise, I am so happy that she does house calls to the 305. Forever obsessed with Jatna and will forever have her as my go-to glam queen.

Marcia is absolutely amazing - she is professional yet personable, knowledgable, careful, and…read morepatient (which is a MUST)! She has a delicate hand and carefully glues the fake eyelashes (which don't even look fake) on each real eyelash. Ok ok, let's back-up a little! ... I met with Marcia 3 weeks ago to have my lashes done. She delivered excellent service and is very patient - the service takes about 2 hours... yes, that's about 50-70 lashes on EACH eye! The fumes from the glue deliver a temporary burning sensation (it makes my eyes water) but she has a mini fan to help ease the pain! Today I had my lashes "filled in"; however, the lashes that I had put on 3 weeks are still looked great... I just wanted MORE! IT'S AN ADDICTION! The fill in session took an hour and a half and the glue fumes weren't as rough today. The lashes are full, beautiful, and they look and feel natural. There is no pain... I hardly even notice they're on! But be careful because you don't want to pull the fake lashes out, which might also pull the real lashes out. So, having learned the hard way, make sure to not put a towel/washcloth/cotton over your eyes... the glue sticks to it and your lashes will pull out. The idea is to gently wipe a washcloth AROUND your eyes to wash your face. Overall, excellent excellent excellent. The service is great and Marcia is amazing!

I was very disappointed with the quality of work- my lashes did not look any different at all. I wasted over an hour of my time- I honestly just wanted to get out of there.
