Appointment day, I met up with VJ and the CR-V he had listed was exactly what I was looking for. Low miles, 1 owner, AWD, original paint and the interior was clean. Definitely, would recommend A Class Auto Sales to a friend or will make sure to contact VJ first if I'm ever in the market for another ride.

I would strongly caution anyone considering NWAFOR Group LLC. Anyone dealing with this business…read moreshould treat every step with extreme caution. Verify everything directly with your insurance. Demand written authorization for every charge and every repair decision. Do not rely on verbal representations. Request all invoices, photos, and claim documentation immediately. Monitor whether charges are being added without clear approval. Watch for pressure tactics involving storage, lien threats, or sudden changes in repair scope. If anything feels inconsistent, delayed, inflated, or strategically vague, assume you need independent review immediately. Do not wait until the fees become unmanageable or the vehicle becomes harder to recover and find yourself being offered to make a deal at their dealership (likely where your car will be when they have fraudulently taken money and property). What should have been a straightforward repair turned into what felt like a calculated FINANCIAL TRAP. My vehicle was brought in for limited repair, but the claim was escalated far beyond the original scope. Additional work was performed without meaningful authorization, the vehicle was pushed toward total loss, and charges began accumulating in ways that appeared to benefit the shop, not the customer. The biggest issue was leverage. Storage fees increased daily while the vehicle remained in their possession. Additional labor and administrative charges were added after the scope had already been expanded, then those charges were used to justify withholding the vehicle unless payment was made. The longer they held the car, the harder and more expensive it became to recover. What made this even more concerning was the conflict of interest. While my vehicle was being pushed toward total loss and becoming more expensive to recover, I was also offered the option to purchase another vehicle through their dealership if mine was declared a total loss. That changed everything!!!! This no longer felt like a repair shop trying to fix a customer's car. It is a business with a financial interest in steering the outcome by escalating the claim, increase the pressure, make recovery more difficult, then profit again by selling the customer another vehicle and likely staying with the vehicle to resell and make double profit. This is not an uncommon tactic in this industry. Just look it up and this company's history that they haven't covered up with their own reviews. That is not normal. That is not customer-focused. That is a serious conflict of interest. What was presented as "standard industry practice" is much more like a strategy to expand the claim, generate charges, retain possession, make recovery financially unrealistic, and create pressure that benefits the business at every stage.

From the very beginning, they were friendly, honest, professional, and never made me feel pressured. Phenomenal Experience at Car City!…read more I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Car City. From start to finish, Henry and Hayk provided a level of customer service that was truly exceptional. I initially visited the dealership to look at a vehicle I had found online. While it was a nice car, there were a few features I really wanted that it didn't have. Rather than trying to pressure me into making a purchase, Henry and Hayk were completely honest and advised me to wait. They told me that if those features were important to me, I likely wouldn't be happy settling for less, and they offered to help find the right vehicle instead. Throughout my search, Hayk was incredibly knowledgeable, especially regarding the BMW i3 I was considering. I had been searching for the right vehicle for several months and visited the dealership multiple times each week. Every visit was met with the same level of attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Although I had initially considered settling for a BMW i3 to keep my expenses lower, my dream vehicle was a Hyundai Ioniq 5. Hayk never gave up on helping me find one. He ultimately located the exact Ioniq 5 I wanted at an outstanding price, had it brought to the dealership that same evening, and prepared it for delivery. The team even replaced the tires and thoroughly detailed the vehicle before I picked it up. This was honestly one of the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying experiences I've ever had. Having owned several luxury vehicles from Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Porsche, I've worked with many dealerships over the years, and I can confidently say that the service I received at Car City surpassed them all. What stood out most was that Henry and Hayk treated me like family. At every step, I genuinely felt they had my best interests in mind and wanted to help me make the right decision--not simply make a sale. If you're looking for a quality used vehicle and want an honest, stress-free buying experience, I highly recommend Car City. The level of customer service, integrity, and dedication they provide is second to none. Thank you to Henry, Hayk, and the entire Car City team for making this such a memorable experience. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

They saved me countless hours of emailing and negotiating with dealerships by doing all the heavy lifting. Not only did they secure an incredible deal that I don't think I could have gotten on my own, but Leon was transparent, super responsive, and also entertained some research questions from me as I was trying to figure out whether I should buy and not lease the car as I usually do. The best part was what happened at the dealership. Everything was already negotiated, there were no surprises, and the entire experience was smooth and hassle-free. I simply showed up, signed the paperwork, and drove home in my new car. If you're buying or leasing a vehicle and want to save time, avoid the stress of dealer negotiations, and get a fantastic price, I highly recommend HonestyCar. I'll absolutely use them again for my next vehicle and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Fortunately it's still drivable but no longer a reliable "daily driver" I was in desperate need of a new daily driver under $5k as I am a mother of 3 and cannot afford to drive something so unreliable. My search brought me to Brightline. I was able to locate a Ford Explorer XLT with moderate mileage (139k) it was a 2007 (19 year old) model and the miles are pretty decent for that many years. It was in beautiful condition considering its age, and very well maintained. I worked with Franky, Aaron and Kenny through the process. Listen - you're not going to walk into a dealership with numerous people standing around to assist you in a suit and tie. I cannot express the gratitude I feel making a deal on a great car with the level of comfort and satisfaction they provided to me.
