The website and their social media have lots of clear info on how the process works and what kinds of items they're looking for, and really makes what could be a complicated process super simple.

This trendy label appeals to the younger, fashion-conscious, crowd. And then scattered throughout the store, especially in the back, there are styles that look a bit dated and ordinary. There are some high-price designer items as well. I think their jewelry section is rather blah. I've never bought jewelry from them. All sorts of used handbags and practically new shoes. Both my teenage daughter and I have bought clothes from here. Something for everyone. What I like about consigning my gently used clothes with this business is that they itemize the clothing that you give them. When the consignment period is over in 3 months, you know exactly which item sold and how much money you will get for it. Unlike another consignment store in the area that just gives you a number for your items and never tells you exactly what sold. Becomes a mystery. And then you have to hunt all over the place to find your items that didn't sell if you want them back. But here, I ask for items that don't sell back and they keep them for me to pick up within a window of time. They take appointments on their website for consigning your things the first few days of the month only. It's very organized and I appreciate that. They may not take many of the items you hope to consign. But at least they're honest and organized.

I was really happy with the selection of gently used rackets. Everyone who helped me here was very helpful about fitting me with the right racket. You are allowed to demo rackets for $1.50 per day per racket, all of which is refunded back to you if you end up buying one. I tried out two rackets and brought them back the next day and bought one of them that seemed to work out well for me. They were able to remove the overgrip wrapping and re-wrap with fabric wrap which made the racket a tad smaller and nicer to grip. I was really satisfied with all the time they took to help me w/ my buying process. Unfortunately, I jumped the gun writing my original review. After writing the review, I had…read moreunexpected problems with the repairs done on my iPad. The first thing that happened is that I noticed that the replacement battery was not charging even though the screen said it was. I brought it back to the shop. They ran a diagnostic and discovered that the new battery they put in was defective. I don't blame them for the part being defective but I do blame them for not running the diagnostics test immediately after installing it and before I picked it up. Sure they replaced the battery again at no charge but they should have cought the issue and simply called me to explain the delay. I would have been understanding and and fine with waiting an extra day. As far as another issue, after picking it up the second time, l brought it home, charged it and the device is working fine with one exception. Apparently, after removing the screen twice to replace the battery, somehow the magnetic on-off switch under the screen got damaged and my magnetic case no longer turns the device on or off when opening and closing the cover. Probably going to have to live with it that way, out of fear that if they remove the screen again, something else might break. I hope this was a fluke and not the norm. I still think people should bring their devices their for evaluation and repair but I would caution them to thoroughly check their device upon pickup.

They had my watch for 2 years (not an exaggeration). I had to call ever few weeks and got excuses…read morewhy it wasn't done each time. It became so frustrating I started recording the phone calls for legal action. If your watch is worth more than $30 do not take it here. After 2 years i finally got the watch back and they broke the second hand and replacement it with one from another brand....watch is now not original and not worth the fight (or another 2 year delay) with the owner to get corrected. Beware.
