Mickey, Bobby, Kay, and B are all super talented also. The owner is kind and you can tell they treat their workers well because they take pride in their salon. My sister had a thing with her tech cause she didn't ask her which pedi package she wanted. The girl popped an attitude when my sister nicely asked her for the package she wanted. It was weird. I get so frustrated when massages aren't done properly or for the stated length of time. The menu says you get a 7 minute hot stone massage and mine was LITERALLY 45 seconds. I timed it. See photo attached. Like really? Plus the massages for lotion and sugar scrub were also less than 1 minute. We got mani's next and my girl was amazing. She is the manager of the store and so funny. Very unfortunate having spent $150+ total on both hands and feet, and because I was a little skeptical about the liquid gel extension alternative the offered since they don't do gel-x. Also because the nail broke on the day before I left for my weeklong vacation. It didn't break from some sort of excess pressure or trauma to my finger, I just looked down and the whole tip was gone. I can see now that the layer of gel overlay on that nail is quite thin which is probably why.

I went in for a fill but it was her day off so they paired me with Stella. I was blown away by her skills and praised her work. While she did beautiful nails her rudeness intensified with each appointment. On my 3rd appointment I requested she use the same gold sticker art she used for me 2 weeks prior. She flipped through her book, while I watched and proceeded to tell me "I can't find the sticker. I lost it" I told her I believe I saw it, and she snapped at me "that one is silver! You said you want gold!" I asked to see the book so I could switch my design and lo and behold I found the gold sticker. I pointed it out and she scoffed and proceeded to use more pressure on my nails to the point it hurt. Despite all this I wanted to give it another shot because I loved her work and scheduled a fill. When she saw it was me she gave me a cold look and walked away. The receptionist then told me Stella is refusing service and another tech would assist me.
