The decor is ah-dorable and cozy with a good variation of seats for solo work, dates with lovers/friends, or larger families. I am so glad I found this adorable bakery/coffee shop when in Breckenridge on a freezing snowy day. The ambiance was inviting and warm. Cute spot! We got a breakfast burrito and a Breck burrito. Both were pretty good but not a whole lot of food for the price compared to some other spots in town. In one word: delightful! The staff had warm smiles and were very welcoming upon entering. The menu is clearly posted, the pastries are on display and there is soft, relaxing music playing. The space is large with tables spread out, very bright and open. I ordered a nonfat lavender latte which was the perfect amount of sweet and great flavor. The bakery that doesn't operate like a bakery. They microwave the baked goods before serving. Something a real bakery would never do. I ordered a chicken salad croissant sandwich. The croissant was not the bakery fresh baked. They served it on a commercial, terrible bready, croissant. I've never seen that before. My wife had an overpriced avocado toast that was small and they did not use fresh avocados. read more

The cashier was very kind and communicative about what she was doing (she asked if she could have a moment to plate some pastries for the people who had ordered before me and was quick about it). The place was fairly busy when I went in, but everything still came out in a timely manner. They seem to be well staffed, and everyone has their own role that they can stick to. It seems to really work! The ambiance was super cute, I ordered to-go but I sat and waited for my food and it was very nice. I ordered their seasonal iced matcha raspberry latte, and it was pretty good!! I wish it had a little more raspberry syrup for my taste since i like my matcha sweeter, but that's just a personal preference. I got their bacon, egg, cheese and lettuce croissant sandwich with no lettuce, and it was solid. Nothing special about it but I could eat it again. I also got their cinammon roll, strawberry nutella and vanilla cream croissant, and their bacon egg and cheese danish. The cinammon roll wasn't me or my companions favorites--the icing isn't sweet AT ALL, like literally just tastes like whipped cream cheese. Like seriously it didnt taste like cream cheese ICING at all, just cream cheese. The roll itself was alright, the filling could stand to be a bit creamier/have more cinnamon, but it's served sideways which I think is super cute! The strawberry croissant was great--it wasn't super filled with the cream, which I actually much preferred. It had a good balance of all the ingredients and the croissant itself was good, I just wish it had a few more strawberry slices in there!! The danish is great, nothing much to describe about it. This is an adorable coffee shop in downtown Breckenridge with great coffee and food options! I tried a dirty chai latte with oat milk and found it to be the perfect sweet chai which was wonderfully complemented by espresso! Service was fast and friendly and the inside had lot of great windows and natural light. The food options included breakfast and pastries. So cute inside! There's a blue couch in the middle. A blackboard where affirmations about coffee is written :) On that wall also there's about 5 two tops. One long communal table and tall stools line the windows where we chose to sit to people watch inside and out:) they're busy! Open during off season! They have amazing pastries. I kept trying, only because my wife and I bought our original wedding cake from here; each year I wanted to order something similar from the same bakery. As a former business owner myself, I try my best to avoid writing bad reviews. Unfortunately, the poor service I've received here has ultimately resulted in me scrambling to find a replacement cake for my anniversary next week. We didn't try any of Mom's baked goods until the day of our wedding... and wow. We sat on the couch and ate the whole thing the next day. We ended up with a lemon cake and a raspberry filling with a simple buttercream icing. (Flower decor / name sign is ours) Mom's made sure that every detail was what we wanted. We did a very simple icing decoration on the cake, but the possibilities were endless to what they could do. Make sure you get on their books far in advance! They fill up QUICKLY! How have I not visited this adorable place before now?!?! One step in the door and you are enveloped in a warm and inviting space and greeted with a pleasant welcome! We asked for recommendations and, limiting to one (I knew we needed a reason to return!) we chose the traditional Czech Honey Cake. This cake is butter, nut and honey heaven! I didn't know what to expect when I came here, but I was highly intrigued by the Czech pastries and the raving reviews from my fellow Yelpers. The employees were very friendly and had a lot of great recommendations for all the goodies on display. Everything seemed fantastic, but unfortunately I only had 1 stomach, so I just got a blueberry-cheese danish, which was AMAZING. The dough was MUCH flakier and crispier than it looked, which is a huge plus and the blueberry-cheese topping/filling was on point. If I had to nitpick, I do wish I had more of the cheese filling as I really enjoy that, but it might be a personal preference. The latte was also made very well, though I'd recommend to get 2 shots instead of 1 just for a deeper flavor. I also appreciate the open kitchen and the layout/ambiance of the place was very cozy and inviting. We were immediately oriented to the menu and asked if we wanted food or coffee. My friend got hot apple cider and it was freshly made and came with apple chips for that authentic flavor. I chowed down on a veggie burrito, my mom and boyfriend got a sausage burrito & my dad got the chicken burrito. All of them were deliciously fresh. I loved that they were panini pressed and the fact that they gave us a tomatillo sauce to dip them in AND had ketchup on the table (I love my sauce).
