It took forever just to get someone's attention, and when I did, the attitude felt dismissive, almost like I was inconveniencing them just by asking for basics like water refills. "Can't you see we are short staffed" - buddy, I have worked and owned places that are short staffed but have to ask for water 4 times, hanging another table do the same .... I can go on and on. Frankly, so many better options around that are so much better, also short staffed but friendly and at least make an effort to be friendly. Hope your experience here is better if you are brave enough to waste two hours for crappy food and incredibly sub par service.
