Wonderful service! Just moved into a new place and needed a brand new lock on the door. Initially, all I had was a standard lock on the door knob (think of your bathroom door), not sure how the former tenant lived with that but nonetheless, I looked to Yelp for suggestions. Momo Locksmith was among the top recommendations and conveniently, I was able to send a message to request a quote. Within a day, Salomon got back to me and we scheduled for a free estimate a few days later. Salomon is extreme knowledgeable. He did a walk thru of the doors in my home, testing how the doors opened and closed, then provided me with reasonable options and recommendations. I decided to gather estimates from other locksmiths and compare. After hearing from the other locksmiths, I decided to go with Momo. In comparison, Momo was priced a little higher but the service was impeccable. None of the companies I inquired to provided the expertise and attentiveness that Salomon did and for that reason, I opted to go with Momo. Salomon also didn't upsell or push for me to buy any "special" locks, he listened to what I wanted and met my requests greatly using his expertise. I scheduled to have the lock installed on a holiday (100pts for having availability on a holiday). Solomon was on time and installed the lock within 45 mins. If I could rate Solomon and Momo Locksmith 100 stars, I definitely would. I had an issue last Friday with a neighbor chasing a potential theif away from his window which happens to be next to mine (also having to be scared out of my mind when this neighbor banged on my window with a flashlight at 5am.) I'm out all day at work, 5 days a week and the fear of having someone come in to my house was a real one. I called Sunday morning and asked about a price for fire escape window guards and availability, an appointment was set for Tuesday in which Solomon measured the windows and they were ready by Thursday, and were installed Friday morning promptly and securely. (In less than a weeks time, the guards were measured, made and installed.) Solomon was very courteous and professional and friendly as well. Explaining the importance of being a licensed locksmith professional and showing that all the way makes the difference. He took my schedule into consideration and understood my security concerns and he expedited my guards just to try and grant me a sense of peace. We had a very professional visit from Solomon, proprietor of Momo Locksmith; he answered my message to him about our need for new lock plates and knobs for our worn front door on the same day I messaged him and he started and finished that part of our job. Called this morning regarding a lockout inside our house. A door we never lock was locked by a guest and there wasn't a key when we bought the place. Should have changed the lock but forgot after 4 years passed. The technician called and said he would arrive in a half hour and did so. He was friendly and told me the price before he started work. As he worked, I asked for and received an ongoing locksmithing tutorial (better than You Tube). The door was opened in 11 minutes. He cleaned up after he was finished (wiped off doorknob and floor from lubricant spray). Everything was satisfactory and I will use Momo Locksmith again if the need arises, which I hope it doesn't. Excellent service, start to finish! Momo locksmith answered my call (after 10:00p.m.) immediately and a locksmith was ringing the bell 20 mins. later. My mother's purse had gotten lost so we needed all of her locks rekeyed immediately. The gentleman who handled the job was polite, patient with my frazzled mother and took care of the job quickly and efficiently. He ended up replacing one of the original cylinders, which had been sticking (he pointed out that it was damaged.)
