I was a new…read moremom just resuming my work outs when I signed up for it. 8 months in, I barely used 1-2 classes so I called to cancel it. The cancellation fee was $240 ($30 for each month that the membership has been in place). Totally my fault for not reading the fine print but very unreasonable in my view for the minimal use. In addition, the classes are often overpacked and unless you sign up with a lot of anticipation you are unlikely to find slots for the same day or even the next day, specially on weekends. Life happens and you want a place that sees you as a person, not a monthly payment they will squeeze as much as they can.
