I ordered a jungle bird and my wife ordered an espresso martini. This place is super cool, if not just for the fact that it's hidden and you have to find it. The jungle bird was tiki strong and delicious with dark rum as the main. The espresso martini was also awesome flavor and strong. The Nightbird is a cool little hidden gem. I heard management tell off a server and bartender for making a very basic mistake and when I asked them how they liked working there, they simply replied "if I could do it over I would." According to them, the management is super nice to the customers but not to the employees constantly starting drama and making it difficult for an employee to keep their job. The head chef is also apparently a real a-hole and says inappropriate suggestive comments to their female staff as well, the server was telling me. When I was walking out of the hotel on the last day of my stay I encountered one of the managers and talked to them to see how they would treat me. It was an older woman with glasses. She treated me like an old friend which normally I would have enjoyed but this time I was absolutely disgusted. Just from what I was told, I will not be giving service to them again and will not stay at the hotel.
