My online chat dropped 3 times, so 3 times I tried to explain what I wanted to a new person. If you have easy stuff fine, but the minue you need custom or have questions, expect a PITA! They came out once to inspect it for free, but then had a $250 diagnostics charge for the second visit when we could not figure out what the problem was. I had to hire an electrician afterwards to resolve the sign not getting electricity. When I called the company to discuss this issue the gentleman on the phone was polite but firm that they could not waive the $250 diagnostics fee. While I understand the need for a company to not lose money on their work I do not feel a $250 fee for a few minutes of follow up work for a customer that spent thousands of dollars on a sign was justified.
