The shipping and tax charge was sent to me in a separate invoice 24 hours after I placed my order. Their website is unclear regarding shipping costs or estimates, as they ship with FedEx. I spoke with the manager who was unkind and not helpful at all. She informed me that they've received complaints about this before, and they're "working on it." I then requested to be put in contact with the owner and general manager, and was told I'd be receiving an email with that information by the end of the day. I never received the email. Do not order from this company. Invest your money elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews first, but I trusted the company as it was recommended by my brokerage. It's a shame that my first time ordering open house signs for my business was such an awful experience. I am still attempting to contact the general manager and owner to resolve my issue. Continental Signs installed a sign at my property. They were courteous and the sign looks…read moreprofessional. However, after a couple weeks the sign did not have electricity coming to it. They came out once to inspect it for free, but then had a $250 diagnostics charge for the second visit when we could not figure out what the problem was. I had to hire an electrician afterwards to resolve the sign not getting electricity. When I called the company to discuss this issue the gentleman on the phone was polite but firm that they could not waive the $250 diagnostics fee. While I understand the need for a company to not lose money on their work I do not feel a $250 fee for a few minutes of follow up work for a customer that spent thousands of dollars on a sign was justified.
