Lee and the entire team at Mold Neutralizers did a great job in our home. Excellent job explaining their services, their process and communicating every day when they were onsite. The daily updates with photos and videos of their work was very helpful and appreciated. Lee was always available if we had any questions. Highly recommend this company. read more

Lee is very knowledgeable about mold and what it takes to get rid of it. We had a remediation company come in and they sprayed a generic spray in the mold and said they killed it all. I found out later there was still mold in the original spot. Since my daughter has mold illness, it was VERY important to get it also it wouldn't continue to make her sicker. Lee was very thorough and very kind. You can tell he really cares and his goal is to help people. read more

Mold Neutralizers is THE best in my experience. They came within days of me calling. They were very knowledgeable. Lee was the team leader, he was very polite, compassionate, knowledgeable, and full of customer service. The work done on the house was on time thorough and way more than other competitors were willing to do to remediate the mold. I called four other competitors to get an idea of what they would do and how they would do it. Mold neutralizers far surpassed what others were willing to do. Most were willing to treat the area. Mold neutralizers understood that my mold issue had been going on for years. And my whole house needed to be remediated. They were the only ones that were going to treat my ducks and the rest of my house not just the areas that were infected. They not only cleaned my ducks they cleaned my dryer vent as a courtesy. Which was amazing because I didn't even know my vent wasn't hooked up properly. That was an added bonus. Their company was the only one that was going to bomb my whole house and then ozone to make sure all the mold spores in my house were dead. All the other companies were going to charge me an extra fee for having my vents cleaned. Not only did they clean the vents they also bombed and ozoned them as well. It's a lot of money and I was very sensitive to mold so I really needed it to be done correctly for both reasons. I would highly recommend them as a mold remediation company. No one else came close. read more

My wife and I own a rental property. Unfortunately, the tenant moved out and left quite a mess, including mold. Fortunately, I have known Lee for fifteen years. I have recommended Mold Neutralizers numerous times, and I am frequently thanked by those who chose to use them. Lee is a very involved owner and takes great pride in his work. His crew was professional, timely, and thorough, and the price was fair. The work done was above expectations, and we could not have been more pleased. If you find yourself in the unenvieable position of needed a mold remediation specialist, do yourself a favor and call Mold Neutralizers. Then thank me later! read more

Mold Neutralizers is the best in the business! I should know because mold has displaced me three times. For years I suffered through unusual and devastating health symptoms. When I finally had an appointment with a functional medicine doctor, she told me I had mold toxicity, and that I should have my home inspected. I couldn't believe it. My house was pristine, but I called Mold Neutralizers because I was very sick and needed answers. It was the best decision I've ever made because mold was found hiding under my bathroom vanity and in my HVAC system. From that moment on Mold Neutralizer went to work. Their expert team isolated the mold, and I hired them to remediate. At every turn they went over and above to help me. Mold Neutralizers are experts in their field. They are honest. They are caring. Don't hesitate to call them! Thank you, Mold Neutralizers! Because of your company I feel safe again and I am starting to regain my health. read more

Lee was fantastic, but unfortunately this company does not work with families who have a budget. Our home was thoroughly tested, and while different types of mold were detected at levels that weren't as concerning to us, they did detect black mold (the worst) in our bathroom. They gave us a huge breakdown of what each area would cost to remove mold. (Which totaled $6049) We asked to only have the black mold removed from our bathroom because that was the biggest concern and the biggest health risk to our kids and is about all we could afford ($300). We were told " our company does complete treatment only, not bits and pieces of the house. It's our company policy." So if you don't have thousands of dollars, don't rely on this company to help you. Sad sad sad. What was the point of breaking down the estimate into different prices/sections of the house if it's all or nothing? **In response to Lee's response below: The estimate was one year old almost to the day. Not two years old. When I spoke to Lee on the phone we both acknowledged the date of the original estimate. At that time, Lee could have said "we need to retest because of the lapsed time." Or he could have told me that he couldn't honor the estimate on the spot, being the owner of the company. Instead he said the office would get back to me to set something up. Only for the office to tell me they couldn't help me unless they treated the entire house for 6k per their company policy. Never once did they mention the estimate date until Lee's (inaccurate) response to my original review above. Seems fishy.I also emailed back asking for a copy of the company's policy that stated they only treat the entire home and I never received a response. Sketchy. read more

Lee and his team have taken care of mold issues for me and my wife in our previous home, as well as the new one we just purchased in May. He and his team have always been great to work with and have done a thorough job with their remediation. Would absolutely use them again if we run into any future mold issues. read more

Working with Lee and his team has been a truly exceptional experience! I personally had mycotoxin so I understand the dangerous and debilitating effect mold can have on people's lives. We hired Lee and his team for mold inspection when we were considering buying a house. We contacted Lee when we were on day 3 of our 10-day inspection period. Despite his busy schedule, Lee squeezed time to come by the house. Professional and patient, Lee answered all my questions with expert knowledge regarding the test results and the proposed remediation plan. The house we were trying to buy doesn't have mold to an alarming level, but I was determined to rid of them for my family's health. Lee and his team did an excellent job for the remediation and they shared so much professional knowledge with us, which I greatly appreciate. We liked their work ethic so much that we hired them again to do HEPA vacuuming for the house after some remodeling projects. Again, Lee always patiently answered every single one of my questions with great depth of knowledge. We had some issues with contractor delays and Lee's team was very understanding and accommodated our updated schedules several times with their very busy schedule. The ozone treatment has greatly reduced the odor from remodeling, which was already minimal from using zero VOC paint and flooring. Again, we liked their work so much that we asked for their help to deodorize our new car. Lee and his team are exceptional not only in their expertise knowledge in mold but also their work ethic; they are punctual, they prepare their clients before each visit, and they follow up after each visit. We cannot say enough praise about Lee and his team! read more

This review is LONG overdue... I am severely allergic to mold and relocated to Arizona because of all the health issues I was having back East. I needed to be in a dry climate. Low and behold I immediately started "reacting" in my new home. I found some mold on the ceiling corners of my closet where the roof had been leaking and the previous owner never repaired it. I was frantic trying to find the best company to use in the event that I needed a remediation. I read all the reviews on every Mold Repair Company. I decided to call Mold Neutralizers because the owner of the company started the business after he and his wife had health complications from mold. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to have found Lee. For starters he explained the entire process which starts with an INTENSE inspection of the home and samplings (air and mold). Samples are sent to the lab. A couple of days later he will contact you with the results. We needed a remediation because I also had it in my HVAC unit which is the WORSE possible place you can have it! We had to leave our home for 3 days. While a full remediation was happening. The mold on the sheetrock was cut out in a clean and precise way. Upon arrival my husband and I immediately noticed the difference in the air quality. I couldn't be happier with the results!!! I explained to Lee that we would be doing some demo work to the bathroom. He mentioned when we do it if we see mold to call him... The shower demo was done and there is some mold on the wood which was behind the tile shower wall. I called Lee to see if he would come by and he said he will be here tomorrow at 10am. :) This type of customer service is RARE!!! If you are someone who is suffering from mold and need to have a remediation I promise you, you will not be disappointed with this company. read more

We had toxic mold and black mold in a few areas of our home. Lee and his team were great to work with! We went through the remediation process in February and everyone in our family has seen health improvements. My two school aged sons and I had developed "allergies" that are now gone! My toddler daughter was having random fevers and frequent runny noses and she hasn't had either since we moved back into our home (we had to leave for 3 days). Jinky worked with our schedule and helped to guide me through the process and answer all my questions. Due to the cost my husband and I questioned getting this done, but after research and having a good friend and her husbands health improve after getting their mold removed we decided to move forward (they had worse symptoms then us - constant fatigue, brain fog, and others; her husband who is a very hard worker struggled to get out of bed, walk up and down stairs, and to get to their kids sporting events). We had tissue boxes in each of our bedrooms as we were constantly blowing our noses and coughing up phlegm and is it so relieving to no longer be dealing with that. Lee told me one of the types of mold we had in our house caused respiratory symptoms so I am so grateful we invested in our health before our symptoms got worse. Another thing I really like about Mold Neutralizers is they treat the whole house. Lee did a thorough inspection and found mold we didnt know about (not just the two areas we thought we may have it). Other companies charged per sample, but their rate is a flat fee and he samples every area of concern we had or that he found AND does a sample of the outside air to have a comparison as some mold naturally occurs in our environment. Some companies just treat certain areas, but I agree with mold neutralizers way to treat everything because if you treat one area, but there is still mold present, you can still get sick from the untreated areas. I am very thankful for Lee and his team. I highly recommend them to anyone concerned about having mold in their home. read more

I cannot praise Mold Neutralizers highly enough. I called Lee to explain my problem and he was able to fit me in at the last moment. He performed a very thorough mold inspection and immediately sent the results to the lab. He was extremely responsive during the entire process and the report was sent within two days. I am very glad that I found Lee and it was a pleasure to work with him. read more

Lee is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He cares about how mold can affect your living environment and health. He was very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Lee & Mold Neutralizers read more

We hired mold neutralizers based on an air test for a home to purchase and there "findings". Come to find out they did a subpar job, which we have in writing from them and they lied about work done. Showing us photos of duct work and hvac system all cleaned but we found out those were not even our ducts or hvac system. They admitted they lied about it. They never tested the home for asbestos before starting the job and we found out after we had that in our home. They also left so Much mold in our home after paying them 7800.00. We had to hire another company after the trust was broken and needed to have the entire kitchen, master bath and guest bath gutted, along with garage, laundry room etc. They are black mailers and said they will only pay us back if we don't review them. We've waited for pay back and have received nothing except for nonsense and lies. They are not licensed bonded or insured. They hide behind some so called "owners". Save your life and your money DO NOT USE LEE OR MOLD NEUTRALIZERS PERIOD. read more

Lee and his crew are second to none From start to finish we were 100% pleased He really cares about people and goes way out of the way to help you He even came out to decontaminate our tent outside we used to stay in temporarily at no xtra charge He also helped our son with a problem in a rental in maricopa and we have referred him to our friends and they had the same great experience. read more

Unfortunately, I have to give a one star review. MN was helpful in completing thorough mold testing and sampling of a home we bought. Lee was helpful in explaining the process and what we would be paying for. The documentation of the types of mold found was in depth. However, when I tried to submit their bid for warranty coverage, the company became incredibly difficult to work with and uncommunicative. It took 3 months of calls and emails from both me and the warranty company to MN before Lee told me (only because I reached out) they decided to withdraw their bid and would no longer provide the needed information, which was simply the expected cost of cleaning material for a portion of the job. Really dumbfounded that this company could be rated so high when Lee is an alarmist and overbids the work, and then is not willing to help customers with simple administrative questions. DO NOT USE MOLD NEUTRALIZERS. They will waste your time and you will not be able to pay them because they will not help you get the information you need for your home insurance claims!!! read more

Lee did a quick and efficient job of remediating the mold situation in my house.

I have used Mold Neutralizers for two properties, and both experiences were positive. Very professional, knowledgeable and customer focused. The professionals understand that water leaks and mold problems are traumatic for the resident, and each problem is treated with urgency, while respecting the customer's property. Everything is explained in detail, and the work done is thorough and provides peace of mind that the property will be restored to its pre-mold condition. read more

Mold Neutralizers and Lee have been outstanding to work with! They are professional, knowledgable, reliable, prompt and trustworthy. I have used them for mold remediation in two homes and cannot express enough my satisfaction in their services. In addition to their excellent service, Lee and his team truly care about the health of their clients! This is much more than just a job to Lee. His team went above and beyond expectations time and time again in helping with our mold issues. I never knew how prominent mold is even in "dry" Arizona until it affected my home and health.
