The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. They are incredibly responsive - Juanita answers all emails and texts very quickly and always does her best to say YES to requests. She and Martha do an outstanding job and take care and time with the job. JEM will now clean our office every weeknight, put away grocery and office supplies, and run and empty the dishwasher.
