A perfect place to try pastries and baked goods from all over the world! We tried 7 different empanadas and pastries! They were super friendly and helpful. Everything was in Spanish on the menu. She took the time to explain options and make recommendations! Over the top customer service and delicious food!

The croissant absolutely melted in my mouth after being toasted for a moment it was the perfect temperature and the cheese with string with one bite. The traditional coffee here is shareable and has the best taste. This is the only place I'll ever get black coffee from. My dad shared with some locals walking up the street, and it added to such a beautiful ambience to the shop being on street side. The service was so fast and they really made sure you were taken care of.

I pretty much ate like 5 bakery within the first hours. This is what's remaining.

Tasty Bakery. After landing in Miami last night and checked into my hotel on July 4th, I was hungry after watching the fireworks. Walked around for a bit to see where I can find a late night snack, but there were so many people everywhere that some places didn't have enough open seating and I saw Moises across the street. "Hey, this place doesn't look busy, maybe I'll grab something quick." The moment I walked into the bakery, I can smell the sweet, delicious aroma. I knew this had to be a great place. My eyes caught the sight of those meat stuffed bakery, I knew I can not just get one but when I got helped I literally told the older gentleman worker (He looked like the owner and he does look like a Moises) that I wanted one each of all those bakery. Well, after filling up the first box, he said he'll get a second box for the rest, but I declined only because I didn't feel like walking around carrying boxes, so I asked him to just leave it as it is and I'll just take whatever he put in the box of bakery for me. I also got a freebie bun and that was a delicacy. So yummy! This was so worth my first meal of the day after a long day of flying from the West Coast to East Coast and time difference.

This place is great. Yes, it's a bit small and can get very busy and crowded, but the folks that work there do a good job of noticing who is next to be served. They have a large selection of bakery goodness. The prices aren't too bad either. I always get a cafe con leche sin azucar and a couple ham croquetas and cheese empanadas because those are my must-haves at any Latin bakery in Miami. Then I like to just go buck wild and point at a couple things that I don't know what they are and try them out. I have never been disappointed with my random choices. If it has custard in it, it's gonna be good here.

I love this bakery. Friendly staff, fast service and there's a lot of good bread and pastries to choose from. They also serve freshly squeezed orange juice, perfect for this scorching hot Miami weather! Always fresh, and reasonably priced. Check it out!

Got sweet bread and croissants to go. So cheap and delicious. Waking in - was serviced right away and let them know I was picking up to go order. Immediately, they grabbed the bag and I was on my way. I feel like one half of sweet bread I would pay like $6 at Starbucks for. So to have the afternoon treat for less than $1 a piece was insane! Id go all the time if I lived in Miami. So fresh and delicious and perfect for my coffee at home. Friendly staff at counter too. I wish I took better pics but we ate it so quickly!

Such a delicious wonderful Venezuelan bakery That was next to the best pizza place called collins pizza. I really enjoyed my dessert it was different and extremely flavorful. I was very impressed with the customer service because the workers were very knowledgeable about what was good for Americans taste buds vs other items. I highly recommend and will be coming back my next visit My fav was the Tres de leche ! like out of this world delicious

The alfajores and the chocolate croissants are just so delicious! The friendly service makes going there so enjoyable too.

In the mood for Venezuelan style pastries and food then Moises bakery is the place for you. Hard to find parking cause it's located on Collins but we'll worth stopping in for some Venezuelan style food. The service is good and the ambiance is typical for a place that offers different types of food and pastries. I had the pabellon arepa which is arepa stuffed with beans, shredded beef, swat plantains and cheese.

Moises Bakery, another gem located in the Miami Beach area. This location bakes daily delicious breads, croissants, pastries, cakes, cookies and they also serve hot beverages that include coffee, tea, juices and sodas. The pastries were wonderful, it took a little bit of time to decide because all of the great amount of choices. Service is friendly and the bakery is full all the time so if a line is found outside, the wait is worth it. We ordered two coffees, two small alfajores, one piece of sweet bread and also one croissant. Everything was delicious. The croissant texture was beautiful, soft and very creamy. One small suggestion for this bakery will be to add names tags on the pastries, this will make the experience easier when ordering. Hoping they bring back the Portugues pastries soon!

Off the charts fantastic...this is a Venezuelan bakery with very authentic and very good specialty items. It does't look like much from the street, just a little small storefront place with 3-4 tables outside and 2 inside, but WOW the food is good. I've literally never had anything here I did not like. Almost the entire menu I have tried at one point or the other, since it's close to home. Personal favorites are spinach empanadas, quesillo (Venezuelan flan, slightly more caramel custard) and coffee with arequipe. Arequipe is more or less dulce de leche caramel syrup. Used as a sweetener for coffee it's amazing. The staff here are such upbeat neighborhood fixtures it's hard not to smile going in, even on a bad day. They were funny and engaging from the very first time I walked into the place. First visit the cashier laughed and said "oh it's pronounced Moyz-ez" (I had missed clues everywhere and had been saying Moy-shuh like in Hebrew)...

Hype was more than the flavor I was expecting. Went here in 2018 and it was the greatest. This time it wasn't as good.

The first thing that caught my attention was the beautiful outdoor setup. The lavender accents, the adorable decorative bicycle, and the refreshing mist made such a difference on a hot Miami summer day. It's the only restaurant on the block offering that kind of cooling system, and it's such a thoughtful touch. The outdoor seating is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for 2 groups of 4 without feeling crowded. As soon as I walked inside, I was greeted by a warm, cozy atmosphere. Everything was spotless the dining area, the simple yet elegant table settings, and the beautiful pastry display. You can tell they take pride in every detail!! What truly made the experience unforgettable was the customer service. The owner was there personally welcoming guests and made me feel right at home. Everyone had genuine smiles, and before I had even ordered, she generously offered me a complimentary cachapa. That level of hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers. The energy of this place is incredible warm, welcoming, and full of heart. It's the kind of restaurant that makes you want to come back, not just for the food but for the experience. I'm so happy I found this hidden gem, and I'll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Today, while waiting for something to print at Office Depot, I was searching for a nearby brunch spot when it popped up in my search & I'm so glad I did! First of all, the place is absolutely adorable. It was a packed Sunday morning around 11 a.m. Only one tiny table was left inside, though there were a couple outside too. Honestly, on a beautiful Miami morning, I wouldn't have minded sitting outdoors at all. What really stood out, though, was the service. Gabriela, our hostess and waitress, was wonderful. Warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind with a huge smile. She walked us through the menu, answered questions about dishes I didn't recognize (it's a Venezuelan spot, after all), and made us feel completely taken care of. Even more impressive was that she seemed to be the only waitress on duty yet never came across as flustered or hurried or anything other than pure sunshine! I ordered my longtime favorite, the arepa perica, just like I used to when I worked nearby, along with a fresh-squeezed orange juice and a chicken empanada to try. My father ordered the desayuno criollo. Everything was absolutely delicious. The presentation was beautiful, the plating thoughtful, and the flavors delivered across the board. The space was lively and full of families, making it a great Sunday brunch spot. Everything was spotless, and I don't usually call that out because it should be a given, but the restroom was impressively clean. Like extra clean. I also just learned they have multiple locations now, which is amazing. Well deserved. I can't wait to go back, and I wish them continued success.

I had ordered arepas, empanadas and ceviche. When I finally arrived to pick up I asked for the food to be remade specially the ceviche since I didn't feel comfortable eating something raw after it seating on the counter for over an hour due to their mistake. There was push back but they finally agree to re make the ceviche only. However the rest of the food was cold by the time we ate it. Very disappointing. Food was ok, not amazing or memorable

Located a couple of blocks off a major road (Washington Ave.), Las Olas Cafe felt like a hole-in-the wall neighborhood joint - a team of off-duty police officers were enjoying their dinner inside the restaurant, and families were eagerly lined up at the to-go window outside the restaurant. As I waited in line to order, I perused the menu, which included breakfast items, coffee, and a variety of sandwiches. Even though there were only a couple of customers ahead of me in line, each meal was made-to-order before the next order was taken. This meant that the staff prepared about half a dozen coffees, a couple of smoothies, and several meals before it was my turn to order. When I finally placed my order for a Cubano sandwich, I waited about 20 minutes for my food to be prepared. My sandwich was served piping hot, and I eagerly took my food to go so I could enjoy it at the beach nearby. Despite the wait (about an hour from the time I arrived at the cafe despite the short line), my food was delicious. The sandwich was stuffed with crispy shredded pork and ham, and a generous amount of mustard, melted cheese, and pickles pulled it all together.
