Local of 33139 MSB, my cafe on 9th, 24/7 charges me $3.30 for my Americano no tip anytime - every time. *****Beware of illegal card minimums at this location. ***** I tried to pay for an item under $5 using tap-to-pay with my debit card, and the staff tried to deny my business, claiming they have a mandatory $5 store minimum. Per federal guidelines and major card network rules (Visa/Mastercard), merchants are strictly prohibited from placing minimum limits on debit or tap transactions. When I called them out on it, they finally swiped it but rudely told me they would only do it "this once, but never again." It is incredibly dishonest to hassle customers and violate payment processing contracts just to avoid a tiny merchant fee. I have officially reported this ocation to the card network. And as others have stated, staff was rude - treating everyone's business like tourist is what kills the Miami vibe pinching pennies, thanks

I recently visited Buenos Aires Bakery for a quick snack/coffee break, i was impressed by the variety of pastries, both sweet & savory, they even have whole cakes that im sire would be excellent for birthdays or parties. I just went for an empanada and cortadito, the empanada was okay, not the best i've had, and the service was not too friendly. Staff seemed to not want to be there...it's always a downer when customer service impacts your outing. I would not go out of my way to visit again.

I used to go to this bakery all the time, but since they move to a new location, it has been a disappointment after another. Breakfast was awful, uneaten, the pastry was greasy, heavy and raw inside, nothing is the same including the price! I feel like we are paying for renovation of the new place, which is not cozy and warm anymore. Our server was great though, not her fault the food was so bad and sooooo pricey. I will never come back again, I'm done, to many tries.

Buenos Aires Bakery is a beautiful cafe & Bakery , Argentinian pizza is extremely delicious with Argentinian flavors. If you enjoy delicious coffee and delicious pastries this is your place. Staff were polite and professional, place was clean and spacious.

Order at the counter

Grab a number and order at the counter. They have baked goods, coffee, pizza and burgers. We grabbed a number and waited to be called and then ordered our food at the counter. The inside is kind of modern and comfy with different types of seating. I got an iced latte ($7) and grabbed a seat. The latte was pretty good.

Coffe and croissant.

Stopped in for a coffee and croissant. Coffee was fine. They were open early on a Saturday morning before the nearby cafes. The croissant was meh. It may not have been a croissant to be fair. I thought it tasted like standard processed fare. Meh. Everything lacked authenticity. Everything was sorta meh. Service was ok. There are lots of tables inside and out. Prices were good.

Riquísimo!! Vale mucho la pena. Servicio muy amable y rápido. Me encanto todo Very delicious! Service is nice and fast. The place is clean, quiet and has AC. Dog friendly.

Not the best cafe, but not the worst. The pastries didn't taste fresh and I felt like I could get something more flavorful and cheaper at a small family-owned cafe. The food looked a lot nicer than it tasted and it was pretty pricey! There was adequate seating inside and the servers were very kind. Probably wouldn't come again to be honest because the pastries just weren't the best for the price

Delicious treats! Took these yummies to our room!!!!Service was quick & efficient. Nice clean spacious & modern. Nice portions! Fairly priced. Patron here every vacation for the treats!

Bought an apple pie it looks good but there is no apple in the pie it is all pastry and it is dry tasteless like 2 weeks old . Big disappointment.

Best coffee & sweets on the beach

Do not eat meat products here!! I got a horrible case of food poisoning from the empanadas. It was truly a dreadful & debilitating experience. I emailed the company to warn them & suggest they store their meat different & clean their glass cases, so this doesn't happen to anyone else, & never received a response.

Great products and very friendly staff. Unfortunately it is impossible to enjoy a coffee or an empanada when the air conditioning is blowing on ur neck constantly and the temperature inside the store is freezing. Maybe it'll b a good idea for the owner/manager yo put themselves in the customer's shoes and sit and try to enjoy a meal in the freezing store.

"What's new Buenos Aires? I'm new - I want to say, I'm just a little stuck on you!" Traveling through North Beach and hungry, but don't quite want a heavy or full plated meal? This would be the spot to stop. A combination bakery, coffeehouse, meeting place, that brings you a taste of the far away land which gave us Lionel Messi, Gabriela Sabatini, and Manu Ginobili. Their menu is extensive and includes pizza, salads, burgers, and milanesas. But the real stars are the pastries, the miga sandwiches, and the coffee. If you're in the mood for breakfast, their croissant sandwich (scrambled eggs with cheese) with a coffee is a favorite for folks on the go. Feeling a bit more of a leisurely pace? Then, a hot chocolate with three "sweet media lunas" is what you want. I'm a sucker for empanadas, and they have a whole selection available (hot or cold). Lunch is always a rush here, and their cold sandwiches are a hit, especially the "miga sandwiches". They come packaged and ready for those folks on the clock. If you've got more time, the staff will toast them for you, which is how I recommend you have them. Melted cheesy goodness has no equal in this town. The staff is friendly, helpful, and will do their best to take care of you, especially during the breakfast and lunch rushes. Be patient with them, and tip in cash! The bakery is now located right on 71st Street; If you show up at their old location on Collins, there are signs pointing you to their new location. "Wait 'til they hear about this in Argentina!" Until nest time, SYOY!!!! What's a "miga" sandwich you ask? Here's a link to the explanation: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sandwiches_de_miga

Delicious pizza & bakery! Tastes as good as in Argentina. We go here whenever we can on trips to Miami.

The empanadas are the best I've ever had, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty of space to sit down with friends and family.

I ordered a cafe con leche, a Cuban sandwich and a Media Noche sandwich. Everything was delicious. Especially the media noche sandwich. I've had plenty of media noches in my life, but never as good as this one. Not sure what kind of bread they use for their media noche, but it was so soft, just the perfect amount of sweetness. The Cuban sandwich of course was good, but tasted similar to others I've had. I can definitely see myself returning next time we're in the area.

Don't get me wrong, food was delicious but was it breathtaking good? No. The reason I said that was when we walked in, one side was counter and the other was sit down. At the sit down it looked like a decent amount of locals while the sit down were just out of towners. The waitress was very kind and helped us get situated. My friends and I were recommended the Oxtail Stew, the fried pork chops, the medium cubano, sweet plantains, and the ham croquettes. The Oxtail was very flavorful, came with a side of rice and 3 pieces of plantains. The fried pork chops were a little too dry and had the texture of fried fish almost. I think it came with 4 or 5 pieces total for the order with a side of rice and beans. The cubano was rather large for the medium side which I appreciated. The plantains were probably my favorite dish out of all as they were really sweet, ripe and well made. The ham croquettes, this could be a me thing but i was expecting cheese and it was all ground ham. The fry on it was good though! Overall, great spot for a quick bite. Not too nosy, not too fancy. The only downside was that because it's in a popular area and there's a popular opinion of the restaurant, the food is a bit overpriced for what it is. Otherwise, I would say give it a try!
