I was really disappointed with my experience here. The medical assistants that helped me on my…read morevisit were very sweet and prompt. Thankfully I didn't have to wait long for the doctor as well. However, the problem was after my visit. Horrible communication with the doctor's office staff. They kept calling my mom's cellphone number for my blood test results and for ultrasound appointment. I never heard back about my ultrasound results and I never got my skin cream that the doctor said she was going to give me. I asked for it again the second time I visited the office too (for forms). Also, you have to call at least 10 times to talk to someone on the phone and I waited 2 months for my appointment. Overall, doctor was sweet and informative, but lack of follow through with office staff + doctor, made me not want to back.

So kind, attentive and personable. Something changed over the last 2-3 years when she started offering a concierge service at the cost of 2k a year. At first, it was made to seem like an elite members only type service for a select few but over the last year I believe her practice changed to solely serve concierge clients. In the years that my family member was a patient, Dr P not once checked in on her during her hospitalizations. Rather, she would send someone in her place. The answering service is always on so you don't get a live person when you call. You need to leave a message and wait for a call back. Recently, the call back time has gotten better. Parking is at a fee unless you park in the residential area two blocks away. Her PA April August is really great. The office staff is nice. The waiting area is small- her office so small. I get the need to find a way to keep a private practice thriving, but lately it's at the expense of lower income individuals. It just feels icky to have to pay up or move on after being a patient for over 10 years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Swe for 30 years. However,…read morerecently I have been very disappointed with her staff and their lack of customer service. I had to wait a week to obtain a prescription refill. I left messages in their voice mail, but never received a call back nor the prescription. It seemed like an error to the pharmacist. However, they did not know this because they did not pick up my voice mails. I question the staff about how often they listen to voice mails, and it happens on an irregular basis. What does that say to you about the concern of their patients? It does not work well for me.

Come to find out that Dr. Arthur Ayvazian is now caring for his patients. So, I'm here for my physical and I every time I come here it is usually the longest wait. Last time I was here, I waited over 50 mins to be called. I was very upset Hence why I was going to give up on this place. But, I figured I'd give this facility another chance and I'm glad I did. I had such a great experience this time around. One, because I ONLY waited for maybe 10 minutes. And two, I appreciated the care that my doctor provided. Dr. Ayvazian is professional and also warm welcoming. I felt very comfortable talking to him and discussing the issues that I was currently experiencing.
