best doctor i've ever had - and my standards are HIGH. and…read morehe's a total 'mensch' besides ("mensch" means "a genuine and decent and trustworthy person; someone who will treat you right, and really relate to you, and always as an equal"). there's something about the medical profession that seems to attract folks who are ok professionally, but who don't really relate to you on a human level. so that's one of my main criteria, and it doesn't get any better than dr. jeff harris. his medical knowledge is astonomically superior to most, and his treatments are holistic (even though he doesn't call them that; but he's just as likely to prescribe a vitamin, as a pharmaceutical drug). his office personnel are excellent, too: caring and top-notch, just as you'd expect from a doctor of this caliber. he's been a successful, licensed, practicing physician for well over half a century, and he has been my primary md for about 25 years. and he's kinda known as 'malibu's doctor' - but if you live in northridge - trust me - he's well worth the drive.

Dr. Bateman and her staff take the time to listen to patients, address any concerns, make appropriate referrals, and take the time to make sure you are treated with dignity, respect, and actually feel like a person. At times, the wait can be long, but as I have told my kids and friends, I would rather wait a little longer and have a doctor that actually spends time examining me, listening to my concerns, addressing those concerns and treating me respectfully over the doctors that I have had in the past. I have gone to doctors in other health practices that are late and just tell me what they will be doing and act like they are doing me a favor. I have NOT had that experience here. I highly recommend Dr. Bateman, her staff, and the awesome people here at UCLA Malibu.

He was incredibly dismissive, spoke over me, was forceful with his evaluation, rude and incredibly unprofessional. I will NEVER see this doctor again. He acted like I was annoying him when he asked me to describe my symptoms (couldn't even talk to him because he was too busy talking over me and telling me to "be quiet" so he could tell me how I was feeling instead of listening to what I was saying). He disregarded my medical history, medications and what I was doing leading up to this visit as unimportant info which is the whole reason why I had to come back in the first place (the prior visit to his office left me with no resolve, still incredibly sick and out of work for 2 weeks). Total waste of time, money and insurance! Ridiculous my insurance is going to have to pay for a visit like this. If he's that unhappy being a doctor then retire. No one deserves to be treated this way or dismissed.

She did Extra Corporeal Shockwave (ultrasound therapy) on some seriously tense scar tissue I had from the injury and it was like a 180. I had been going to physical therapy for years trying to loosen my thigh muscle and one session with her created more freedom than 2 years of weekly massages. I had more flexibility and range of motion immediately, and way less tension in my body. Most of my chronic pain is gone - and I imagine it will be totally with a couple more sessions - and I feel probably the best I have since surgery. These guys are awesome. I'm still try to get the results. A lady at the office told me to email and I haven't heard. When I called again, she said if I didn't hear about it, it's negative. I told her I needed the documentation for my son to go back to school but no help, she gave website to log in at another phone call from the office but unable to do it with my son's information . It was frustrating experience with this group, I cannot imagine how you can trust your health with this horrible service. Please someone just email me the results.

Dr Baron did the circumcision for our child. He was a very nice man but his hands shaked…read moredramatically. He's hands shakes so badly that he botched the circumcision for our son. He then went into a private room without asking our permission to fix the issue but was not successful. We had to see a urologist to fix the issue and thankfully he was able to make adjustments. Our nanny told us this same thing happened with another family with this same doctor. This is not a one off incident. The dr did apologize and refunded our fee but it was traumatic for our family and our son. Beware.
