best doctor i've ever had - and my standards are HIGH. and…read morehe's a total 'mensch' besides ("mensch" means "a genuine and decent and trustworthy person; someone who will treat you right, and really relate to you, and always as an equal"). there's something about the medical profession that seems to attract folks who are ok professionally, but who don't really relate to you on a human level. so that's one of my main criteria, and it doesn't get any better than dr. jeff harris. his medical knowledge is astonomically superior to most, and his treatments are holistic (even though he doesn't call them that; but he's just as likely to prescribe a vitamin, as a pharmaceutical drug). his office personnel are excellent, too: caring and top-notch, just as you'd expect from a doctor of this caliber. he's been a successful, licensed, practicing physician for well over half a century, and he has been my primary md for about 25 years. and he's kinda known as 'malibu's doctor' - but if you live in northridge - trust me - he's well worth the drive.

At times, the wait can be long, but as I have told my kids and friends, I would rather wait a little longer and have a doctor that actually spends time examining me, listening to my concerns, addressing those concerns and treating me respectfully over the doctors that I have had in the past. I have gone to doctors in other health practices that are late and just tell me what they will be doing and act like they are doing me a favor. I have NOT had that experience here. I highly recommend Dr. Bateman, her staff, and the awesome people here at UCLA Malibu.

I told her I needed the documentation for my son to go back to school but no help, she gave website to log in at another phone call from the office but unable to do it with my son's information . Dr Baron did the circumcision for our child. He was a very nice man but his hands shaked…read moredramatically. He's hands shakes so badly that he botched the circumcision for our son. He then went into a private room without asking our permission to fix the issue but was not successful. We had to see a urologist to fix the issue and thankfully he was able to make adjustments. Our nanny told us this same thing happened with another family with this same doctor. This is not a one off incident. The dr did apologize and refunded our fee but it was traumatic for our family and our son. Beware.
