From the very beginning, Ana was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain the process and what options were available to me. Shortly after, Luis, the owner, personally called me. He was straightforward, honest, and didn't try to sell me on anything. He simply explained the situation, gave me realistic expectations, and even shared valuable advice on how to handle insurance claims in the future. Dropped my car off , 3 hours later around 3 I call for an update because i never received a call or text and the lady says she will check and call me back. 10 min goes by and she calls back saying it will be another 3 more hours because they are struggling to do a removal and it will be ready by 6. They call around 5:35 saying to come at 6 it is almost ready. I get there around 5:53 and walk into the lobby and the guy says i can go check it out as they are finishing it up so i go and wait another 10 min. They pull the car out and say its all ready to go and I ask what the reason was for adding an additional 3 hours when the lady from the beginning said it wouldn't take no longer than 2.5 hours. The guy doesn't understand my question so he called another guy over and the guy stated because they kept cutting out the wrong pieces and had to redo it all over again and again. So then i was going to ask for a little discount for the inconvenience. As i started to speak the guy walked away from me to go talk to his buddy then came back a couple seconds later saying 'so did you send the money' . What a big inconvenience and service was not as good as expected. Tint was pretty nice but service + fee + timing was not it. After talking to the owner of the company about the situation that happen everything was cleared i was reassured better communication and everything will be worked out. She had to pay another for a rental and we told the worker Mario we were looking for a good priced one and he said he would. We then went over there and he showed us a Honda he was selling for 1000 which needed new tags backed up 1000 supposedly and he also showed us a nissan altima which he said the air conditioner was broke so he would do it for 800. He told us both just needed a new battery and that was all and I asked him if hes sure it was the battery he said yes. So my sister said she would come back monday just in case so she can get the money and everything. Come monday we get there and he said we had to buy a new battery for it because it wont start, also he figured out the air-conditioner worked on the car so he said he'd keep it 800 but we had to buy a new battery. I asked this man 3 times if he was sure it was the battery and he said yes it was. And I said because we're about to go buy it and he said it was the battery. So we went to go buy it and brought it back. They installed it and it started up but it made a squeaking sound and he put oil on the belt just said it was that. He also said that the car would need the oil changed soon on it because it was black so we said we would do that. He took us for a test drive and it drove fine but he only went like 2 miles and went back and he said it was fine. He told us to get it registered so then it wont get towed and he said it would pass smog. He plugged in a reader to show us nothing else was wrong with the car and said we can go in and do the paperwork. So we did that got the car and I proceeded to ask him again if it was just the battery and he said yes. He went to go fill up the tires there while we did it, which was courteous, and then we told them how much we were paying for a rental and needed one that lasted awhile. Once the transaction was made my sister went and drove it to work and back and it was fine. The next day she drove it an hour away and the car shut off on her. She got it jumped but it wouldn't hold a charge. It sounded like the alternator and I knew something was fishy so I called to see what he would come up with and he said he wasnt sure and he would ask his guy. So he asked him and he told him it could be the alternator and I was like that's a big jump from a battery problem. I also asked about when he did the reader knowing readers show if an alternator is out and he said his isn't the professional reader which is inaccurate to me. He said he would ask his boss what he could do amd that took him a week. I called he said he was waiting on his boss. Another week goes by which is today he said his boss said they couldn't do anything cause its sold as is. And I asked him what he told us was wrong with it in the first place and he said that he said it could be the alternator. I said he absolutely never said that because he didnt know what was wrong with it till he asked his buddy and he kept insisting that he never said it was just the battery and when I asked him about the reader he breezed over that and kept trying to lie. They're scam artists over there and we dont have much money as it is so to trick people who dont have a lot of money to just buy parts for a car or a new one thats low. I should have known better than to trust them when they lied to us because all tow yards do is lie so I should have told her to pass. Don't trust sells because all they'll do is rip you off and pretend nothings wrong with the car then back track and lie. And record everything they say because they'll try to lie to you too. Im very disappointed and disgusted that they would do that to people who did nothing to them. We're good people and treat everyone nice just to get treated like this. If anyone knows any lawyers we can talk to about this id appreciate it as im looking into it myself. ​

I was referred to them and was willing to pay more to have my stereo installed to include lane watch. At the end of the day I called to get an eta and was told they couldn't install it unless I bought a 440.00 part, which is almost double compared to every other place on line. They did take off 50.00 the bill but still... I spent a lot of money and the work wasn't completed and was extremely expensive so I have a dash cam that doesn't connect, a lane watch that isn't installed and a really high credit card bill! Update: response! I'm still paying on my "old" stereo, I bought it the END OF JULY 2025. It was installed in my OLD car then, you are correct, the lane watch didn't work in the old car, but when I came to you guys I explained everything. I was told, no problem. I'm not looking for anything for free, that just unfair to say. My car was there from 10:30am, it wasn't until I called after 3:00 I was told I'd need an additional part to make the lane watch work, 440.00 more. I did my homework, to add that part it's under 200.00 at every place that sells them. "HDCC-02 Honda LaneWatch camera retention interface $139.99. Oh, I still owe about $600.00 on my pioneer stereo that was purchased in July this year but you expect me to buy an Apline for 440.00? I miss understood, I thought that was for the cost of the part to make the lane watch work. So that wouldn't have worked since I have the stereo I want and am still paying on. I figured I'd have to pay for an extra kit but not more than double, and at this point, why would I think it could be done right? I was willing to pay more to get what I wanted. Also, they did install the dash cam, both front and back, hid the wires good but they couldn't get them connect. I paid for your service twice as much as at Best Buy expecting to get what I paid for. And NO, I didn't miss 2 calls from you, I missed one. I shared a fair and honest review, apparently that upset you. And no, I'm not asking or expecting a refund, if I was I'd talk directly to you. I was just expecting to get what I paid for since I was told they could get the dash cam to work, it doesn't turn on at start up, which it did before, and the back is not connected to the front, meaning it's not functioning and is brand new, never installed.
