Came here to get an inspection on a used car I was interested in buying…read more Brett was the mechanic who I dealt with and he was exceptional. He was a great advocate for me as the buyer and asked me questions I hadn't thought to ask the seller. He gave me some great advice on dealing with the pesky DMV given my specific circumstances. For a fee of $100, he went through the car with a fine-toothed comb and gave me a report on his findings that was incredibly detailed. I get much better about purchasing the car after getting this report and following Brett's advice. Highly recommend him in particular. The seller, who is an experienced mechanic himself, was present during this whole thing and left impressed with the service received. 10/10 money well spent.

I was told my motorhome failed the smog check because the catalytic converter was bad. It was only…read morethree years old. They charged me $2600 and wanted the money upfront. That was $1,000 more than the one three years earlier cost. I told him to let me know if it didn't pass smog after the new cat was put on. Instead he called me saying I owed him another $1400 for replacing two plugs and coils! When I balked at it because he didn't have my permission to do the works, he got snotty saying he could put the crappy old parts back on but it would ruin the new cat. At this point I couldn't trust him to remove the new parts and not sabotage something else, so I paid him. This weekend, I drove the motorhome on a 180 mile trip and it still runs rough. In fact, it runs worse than before. I had planned to replace the plugs, coils and fuel injectors myself before he replaced two without my permission. Now I have to do it anyway because he only replaced two. Who only replaces two?!! Most of the work is in getting access to them in a class C. Thoroughly disgusted and definitely know he ripped me off. I would leave zero stars if that were an option.

The mechanic turned on the lights, and they worked perfectly--until later that same evening, when the problem returned. I brought my truck to Certified II and explained what had happened. They got right to work, and about three hours later they called to let me know it was ready. When I arrived, the technician, Omar, took the time to clearly explain the electrical issue and exactly what he had done to repair it. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Cody at the front counter was equally professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. On top of providing excellent service, they gave me a military discount and even washed my truck before returning it. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, but Certified II does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional automotive repair. They've earned my trust, and I'll definitely be returning for future service.

The receptionist also said, the mechanic noticed you have a bad timing belt and it needs to be replaced. We were inexperienced and fell for the scam. The sensor they replaced was no where near the timing belt. It costed us an additional$ 450.00. Two weeks later the problem came back. Beware of these scammers. They probably didn't even change the timing belt or the sensor. We took our vehicle to a different mechanic he replaced the right sensor and we had no further problems. This is one of the worst shop in Victorville. If you are a single woman don't go here by yourself.

The information and education he provided us was second to none and I knew just after a few minutes of speaking with him that we were not going to give or business to any other dealer but High Desert Ford. Enrique was extremely helpful in guiding us thru the ordering process of putting together what would be our new 2027 F350. Enrique was there from the time we first walked onto the lot until two months later when the F350 was delivered to us. On My initial visit I was introduced to Berenice Ayala who was also very polite and well informed of the Dealer's available services and the products that Ford had to offer further reinforcing my comfort level in purchasing a new vehicle which, I'm sure most people can find intimidating and stressful. While waiting the two months to receive the truck that we ordered there was always a person available to answer questions or any concerns that we had. Once the truck had been built and was on its way salesperson Crystal Duran helped us gather all the necessary information that our bank was asking for, she sat with us and helped with the arduous task of satisfying the lender. When the big day finally came, we were introduced to sales manager Frankie Ghodrati. Frankie was instrumental in tying everything together in order to have the sales package in satisfactory order to be presented to the Finance and Insurance office. As some of you know when a sale is at this point, things can get quite trying for the buyer and the dealer. Frankie handled everything professionally and was a gentleman during this process. In the F&I department we had the pleasure of working with Andrea Guerra. It was obvious that Andrea had been handed off a well-organized and complete sales file for our purchase. Andrea was very professional and friendly and a joy to work with. So why are we writing such a long review? No, we do not own stock in the dealership, and we had never met any of these people before. It's because we, like many other people dread walking onto a car lot only to be jumped by an over eager and often times a very annoying salesperson. We experienced no such thing at High Desert Ford in fact doing business with this dealership and its very professional and understanding team was a pleasure. Dave & Jean
