We were recommended to come get our rock sliders installed here by White Knuckle Off-road. We called them on a Thursday and asked if they could install the next day and they said bring it in over! We were there before they opened and they took our truck in early! Their estimate time was spot on at 2 hours and the price for install was fantastic! Customer service was beyond what was expected! If you value time at all do not come to this shop. I brought my vehicle in to have an alignment done and have them inspect some of the steering components. I called to make sure it was something they'd have time to do before I brought it in and they said it wasn't an issue and they could do it. I drop my vehicle off around 11 am and they said it will be ready by 3 pm. I called at 2:15 and spoke to someone who told me to call back because the person working on it was at lunch. No problem there so I decide I'll back later. I called at 2:50 to see if I can get an update and I'm told that the vehicle is currently being worked on. I understand that, so I ask when it will be done? She tells me the vehicle is just now being looked at for the first time 10 minutes before it supposed to be ready for pick up. They never called to tell me they're running late or gave me any warning. I showed up at 3:45 and asked for my keys. I've bought parts for my Jeep here before but they can be sure they will NEVER have my business again. read more

Hey everybody I just really wanted to say that Aztec Revolution off Road, is a great place to go.. I needed to have a new Currie 44 front axle with a ARB locker installed on my Jeep Wrangler. I spoke with Matt and I told him what I wanted to get done and he said no problem, they even worked with my schedule and got my jeep in on a Friday. I picked up my jeep on Saturday, and was off hitting the trails on Sunday.. I want to give a special thanks out to Chris who did the install and helped me unload my new axle when I brought it to them, he also help me load my old one so I could take it home, not to mention the great work they did on the install !! they also installed all new bushings and new heim joints,And a New stabilizer for me. BIG Thank you to Revolution Off Road for helping us with an emergent situation. The hose on our airbag spacer over our shocks busted while we were in CA traveling from NC pulling an off road trailer. After trying to repair it ourselves, we were able to get Revolution Off Roads immediate help and in less than 2 hours they had us back on the road, in better shape than we pulled in and able to complete our cross county National Park road trip. This is a good place. Mike has helped me out with my truck more than once. So I bought a used truck with a shit lift kit (it ended up being two 2" leveling kits stacked) Mike made it right and was very fair. The other time was installing some heavy duty bumpers and he stayed late so I could pick up the same day. He's a good guy that goes the extra mile with his business. About a year ago I took my Jeep JKU here to have the rear differential serviced. I will not take my Jeep back here. Two problems happened. First, after I picked up my Jeep I drove about 4 miles back to where I worked. After parking I noticed differential fluid leaking. The bolts on the axle housing were loose. No big deal, I torqued them to spec, and no more leaks. However, they should have torqued them to spec. Second, last week, I serviced the differential myself, the first service the rear diff had since they performed the job about a year prior. Once I drained the diff fluid and pulled off the diff cover I realized that they had used way too much RVT sealant on the housing--so much RVT that there were multiple loose clumps of the stuff inside my axle housing. I don't typically leave reviews but I thought it was a substandard job that others should be made aware of. Don't know his name, but it was a young-looking tech there that did this job. read more
