After my rear running lights stopped working, I took my truck to another repair shop in South…read moreCentral Los Angeles. They replaced the light sockets, and everything appeared to be fixed. The mechanic turned on the lights, and they worked perfectly--until later that same evening, when the problem returned. I brought my truck to Certified II and explained what had happened. They got right to work, and about three hours later they called to let me know it was ready. When I arrived, the technician, Omar, took the time to clearly explain the electrical issue and exactly what he had done to repair it. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Cody at the front counter was equally professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. On top of providing excellent service, they gave me a military discount and even washed my truck before returning it. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that combines technical expertise with outstanding customer service, but Certified II does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional automotive repair. They've earned my trust, and I'll definitely be returning for future service.

I had a horrible experience at this shop. We went in for a problem with our vehicle cutting out…read more They did a diagnostic test on the vehicle and said it was a sensor problem. The receptionist also said, the mechanic noticed you have a bad timing belt and it needs to be replaced. We were inexperienced and fell for the scam. The sensor they replaced was no where near the timing belt. It costed us an additional$ 450.00. Two weeks later the problem came back. Beware of these scammers. They probably didn't even change the timing belt or the sensor. We took our vehicle to a different mechanic he replaced the right sensor and we had no further problems. This is one of the worst shop in Victorville. If you are a single woman don't go here by yourself.

It turns out the other shop didn't set up the amp properly causing it to fry (see picture). I waited too long to address it because I work very long hours down below and the warranty lapses so I was out of luck at the old shop. Basically for about half the price that I paid for the bad setup, I was able to get some quality subs and an amp installed. They leveled and tested everything and it sounds absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Sound City 2 they are honest and reasonable. They also do great work! Go see them for all your car audio needs! I also saw them building Customer boxes and Custom center stacks for cars. They do it all! Give them a call or stop by!
