On July 30th I took my wife's Honda Accord to get tinted. I called and was told that I could come in same day and get car tinted. I was excited to get same day appointment as many places have appointments far out due to covid. I did think, maybe they're not as great and that's why they have same day appointments, but I decided to give them a try anyways. It took about 3 hours to get my car tinted. Paid several hundred dollars to get the black ceramic tint put on as well as the air ceramic for my windshield. I did think price was a bit high but I didn't mind as I was expecting quality product and work. I was told to not put windows down for 72 hours and and not use A/C for next 24 hours. If any bubbles or issues arises I should call back or come back to shop and they would fix it as tint came with lifetime warranty. Everything seemed great, I left happy customer. I immediately noticed there were bubbles and small dust under film but thought I'd wait the 72 hours to see what would happen. We didn't drive the car for about 3 days as we wanted to make sure tint was on there correctly. About a week later my wife noticed there was some scratches and bubbles all over the car. I looked at it and in fact she was correct. I took the car back on August 11th and the guy at the front desk saw it and said yes I see what you're talking about. Imma call the tint guy and I'll get back to you to see when he can fix it. I thought, great, they're going to fix so I was content. He called me back the same day and asked for me to come back the next day at about 8-8:30 AM. I got there at 8:20 and no one was there. I waited and finally around 9am some of the employees showed up. They said as soon as tint guy gets there he would work on my car. He finally showed up about 9:30AM. As soon as he got there he came over and I started to explain what I saw. He immediately said, this looks good to me l, this looks good, I don't see anything bad. He even explained it to me in Spanish and said that it's almost impossible to have perfect tint without any bubbles. He said let me get Mike and see what he says but I don't really see anything bad and I'll only replace one window because that one actually has the film cracked. Mike comes out looks At my car and says that tint is imposible to be perfect and they've been in business for 35+ years and his uncle was top tint person for several years. I'm sure If his uncle had done the job it would have been perfect, but his uncle didn't do the job, it was one of him employees. He said they would replace the one window the tint man said was bad and he would look at it again after he was done. I waited about an hour. The guy from the front desk gave me keys and said it was ready. Mike didn't come back to talk to me anymore and as I was going outside to check the car out the tint guy was leaving. I've had several cars tinted in the past and NEVER have any of my previous cars looked this bad. I paid a lot of money and I expected quality work. I honestly feel like Mike didn't care. I was super excited the first time I came here and was even going to bring my Tahoe in to get tinted as well. After this, I would not recommend anyone to get their vehicles tinted here. Please go somewhere else. The guys are super cool, nothing against them, but their service and quality is horrible. Never again will I do business with them. I gave Mike and his business a chance to fix the issue but I was extremely disappointed. read more

It hurts me to write this because I had such high standards and expectations for this place. I went and brought in my 2021 Toyota Corolla here for my 2 front windows and the windshield to get done with i3 Ceramic. When I came in that morning they said it would be done in about an hour, an hour in a half tops. When I passed by there at 11 or so the car was still parked and was not tinted even though I had an appointment at 8:30am. long story short I got my car back after 12:15pm or so by driving there again and they never called me that it was finished. When I picked up the car the windshield was peeling off so I finished the job for them by smoothing it out but it just kept peeling. On the fourth day I was frustrated because it was not sticking and I took it back because Mike said to drop it off at 8:00am. Took it and they said it will get fixed and replaced with 50% instead of 70% as well. 11am, 12pm, 1pm comes around and no communication again. I had to go there again and the car was still in the same spot and was never touched but other cars were getting tinted that were there when I first got there in the morning. I went in and asked if it was finished and Mike said that they ran out of Tint and had to drive to "El Cajon" but it would get done today. So I left happy. They ended up calling me at 4:45pm when they close at 5pm leaving me a voicemail that it did not get done and they will call me today 7/22/2020 in the morning to see when they could fix these issues and I never received a call. Not only did I leave this place with so much disappointment but I now have a messed up windshield on a brand new car and I will have to be that customer in calling my bank and doing a charge back and showing them the voicemail and pictures of the windshield messed up. Not on time multiple times. The guys their are cool but the service is not there for the customer. They gave me the run around. I could have used my car but no it was sitting like a duck where I left it when I dropped it off. UPDATE: Because the owner had thoroughly explained to me what was happening due to the pandemic and the window tint being on back order he said he will refund me the monies for the windshield and also fix my windshield. I am happy with that and I appreciate the owner helping me like that and having communication with me. A business deserves a second chance especially when they are trying to survive during this pandemic and they have respectfully earned my 5 star rating. Thank you to Mike. We were coming back from Laughlin. And stopped at the Costco that is across the street from this place. We decided to try and get our tires check cause my right back tire was making a slight noise. Anyway, we drove in and they didn't seem busy at all. But out of the employees that were there just walking around, NO ONE even greeted us or asked us what we needed. It was the weirdest thing, we were literally just standing there for like 10 whole awkward minutes. We decided to just take off and look for another place. These guys here will do a great job. I had my mazda rx8 lowered here. They did an awesome job and the Bilstein/Eibach pro kit i got turned out really well. It took quite a while for the Bilstein kit to come in from Germany. It was made to order so it took a while. So if you're in a rush order something stateside. My only suggestion. We brought our Canam here to be repaired. Seeing it off the freeway we had high expectations for this place but we have been severely disappointed. We brought it in to them in November 2021. We were promised it would be 3 weeks to be repaired. After those weeks went by we were told it was due to the insurance company, which is understandable. So we stayed patient. Until the insurance company emailed them and told us they were unable to reach them by phone for the proper documentation for the estimate. ok. we still kept patient. then Christmas rolls around, now there are obviously going to be delays for the holidays, so Jacob finally tells us it will be ready in January. That date passes and there is no calls to inform us of delays. So my husband goes in and sees it sitting in the SAME SPOT IT WAS IN WHEN WE DROPPED IT OFF. and at this time, their excuse is due to staffing shortages due to "covid". Which again, is understandable however after reading all of these reviews that seems to be their standard reply. Then, he promises us first week of February. nothing. then tells us another week. and week after week, he tells us another week due to parts not having arrived on time, staffing issues, etc. Which at this point its already having been 4 months, and hes telling us parts haven't arrived? then how wa it going to have been done in January as originally promised? so at this point my husband calls and says OKAY i need to know when this is going to be done. give me a date since its been almost 5 months now. and he tells us Tuesday March 1st. when my husband arrives there its not complete...not surpising, BUT he still gave them a chance to make this right, and asked to have whips installed. great, so we pay for that, CASH, and they tell us to come back thursday. March 3rd comes, and he goes yet again with his trailer, and of course, its still not complete! furthermore, they tell us there are still parts that are not there. so my husband says at this point, we will take it now, and when the additional plastics come in Jacob agreed to call him, and get us in for an install ASAP. Firstly, when you pay to have a new cage and have your Canam repaired you expect it to have been put together properly, at the very least! when we got it back, we discovered some of the plastics installed incorrectly, the back seat was not properly bolted down. 2 weeks later upon getting the parts my husband finally goes to pick them up (no, they did not call him to come in, he just went on his own accord) and as my husband is installing the new parts and fully inspecting our Canam, we discovered additional issues, multiple missing bolts, and perhaps the worst of it is one of the seat belts was not even installed back on after they returned it to us. WE are furious because we could have taken our family out and been in an accident. we are VERY disappointed and everyone should stay far away from this place read more

The guys that run this place are all around good people willing to help and answer any questions and I do ask a lot of questions. I have ordered tires through them along with having my tint done. The day after I purchased my new Lexus, I brought my car here to have the windows tinted. A week later I was back to have the windshield and rear windows redone due to bubbles and creases in the tint. After having tinting done on 4 prior vehicles at various places, I've never had to return. Dropped my car off at 10:30 on a Saturday, returned at 1:00 to check in since the shop was closing at 2:00. A guy rudely informed me that it takes a long time to remove the tint that had been left on there for "so long"... it had been a week. I asked if that meant somebody would be there after 2pm, and he said yes. Decided to go kill time at Costco since its right across the street. Shortly after 2 I received a call that my car was ready and I said I'd be right over, that I was coming from Costco. The guy asked if I was inside or outside and sounded put out that I wasn't going to be there in 30 seconds. He asked if he could drive the car over to me because they were closing. I thought that was rude but I agreed. He must have realized how rude that was because he called right back to say the tinter would wait for me "patiently." I picked up my car only to find chemical/adhesive drips on my shiny new black car... inside and out. There were scraps of tint film and debris on the floorboards of the driver and passenger side. That was a 8 days ago. Today, I took my car to be hand washed and was happy to finally be able to clean up the grime tinting left behind only to discover that the drips were worse than I knew. The back mat of the SUV trunk was covered in gummy residue and there were adhesive drips on the retractable trunk cover. Luckily, I was able to clean those spots easily. WHAT I CAN'T CLEAN ARE THE TAIL LIGHTS! THEY ARE SPOTTED WITH RESIDUE THAT WILL NOT COME OFF. OH, AND I STILL HAVE BUBBLES IN THE WINDSHIELD. I have only had the car 2 weeks. Frustrated and disappointed. read more
