My in-laws are in town from Arizona and we decided to take them to downtown Delaware since they have only been a few times. We decided to try Mohio since, who doesn't like pizza? :) We absolutely enjoyed it! They have 11" small pizzas, so we each got our own and all 4 of us, and then my 2 year old son LOVED their pizzas! Everyone, besides myself finished their pizzas! And just to note, not that I didn't want to finish mine! I just wasn't physically able to do so! :) The atmosphere is relaxed; indoor/outdoor seating, right in the center of Downtown Delaware. They have a great beer selection and a full bar. Since it was a tuesday evening, after Labor Day, it was quiet and seemed slow. But, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. I got the rocket pizza, my husband got the sausage poblano, my mother in law got the Rosa and my father in law got one he made with his own toppings and again, we had zero complaints and a lot of compliments! We can't wait to come back! read more

While I have not eaten in at Mohio Pizza, I did get their pizza to go. So far, it is the best pizza I have had in the Delaware are area! Very delicious! The interior of the restaurant looked very chill and I will definitely be back to eat in next time. read more

I really liked the pizza. The topping were great. I did not like the service

For the past year, we have been trying same basic ingredients for all meat pizzas (for consistancy) at different locations in both Ohio and Florida. Thus far, MOHIO is our top choice. In addition, we love the mortadella rolls and lemon dressed Kale salad. The music and the excellent bar options also top this as our favorite restaurant around Ohio. read more

Best Italian Sub ever. We had to get another one to go. The owner was personable and friendly. I wish it wasn't so far from our home town. I love this place and plan to have it as part of our ritual when we are in the area. read more

Very small menu with few options and overpriced. The pizza itself was good, and the drinks were reasonably priced, but seriously $14 for a personal pizza in downtown Delaware is kind of crazy. I will say the service was great though, they just need to lower their prices a bit and expand with some other options. read more

Ok gang, so the pizza here is really good and the service was wonderful during our visit. We stopped by for lunch on a Saturday and it was pretty quiet; we got a normal cheese pizza for the kiddos and a The Rocket for us adults. So the pizzas came out and they were hot (as is frequently the case with freshly oven fired pizza) so we had to wait before feeding the children. The pizza chef (the owner?) must have sensed this because he brought us a bunch of various cheeses from his arsenal so we could feed the kids while the pizzas were cooling. I know the late night bar crowd won't care about this but if you're a parent then that is an extremely cool thing to do. read more

Unable to reach anyone by phone, email or social media. Was planning to purchase order for a party of 30. No response.

I am sitting here waiting for one pizza and an order of wings. Now, 45 minutes later the pizza was delivered and the server asked if we were waiting on anything else! Really? Margarita pizza is ok, ceaser salad was pretty good and I wish I could tell you how the wings taste but they are M.I.A.... only 3 other couples here when I ordered so not like they were busy. Must be an off night for them. read more

Passed by this place several times while visiting downtown Delaware. Glad we stopped in on a Saturday night to finally try it. Was seated right away, which was nice because almost every restaurant had a wait. Ambiance was cozy, great music and not too loud that you had to talk over it to hear one another. Ordered three pizzas ( one for each of us) and a couple glasses of wine. Wine was "on tap" and was much better tasting after it sat in our glass for a bit to breathe. All of us loved our pizzas (except we felt the price was a little on the higher side). Pizza's had a nice crispy crust and the toppings were fresh. The inside was clean, a nice big full bar and the entire staff treated us well. Will definitely go back to try different items on the menu. The menu was limited but that made it easy to choose your meal. Would definitely recommend to anyone that likes fresh food, brick oven Pizza's and a great staff. read more

It's great every single time! Best option in town. Drinks are ridiculously good. Service is kind and there's never a crazy wait. You won't regret it! read more

My daughter and I drove into town looking for a nice place to eat, saw this restaurant, and decided to check it out. We were seated immediately and welcomed by our server(Sue). She was full of energy and make the experience great! The place is cute and simple, as well as the menu, which made it easy to decide what to eat. The pizza was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Rocket and the Sriracha Margarita(warning- it's a little spicy). Highly recommend both of these! And this restaurant! read more

We were recommended here by another local that works in the restaurant industry in Delaware for a decent cocktail. And, outstanding cocktails are what we received. We were thrilled to have Tristan as our bartender who not only served us incredible drinks, but gave us other recommendations for the area. We look forward to going back to try the food, but more than anything- getting cocktails from Tristan. read more

Best Pizza in Delaware, ingredients are always fresh and the owner Mo is awesome. Mohio also has the best cocktails and bartenders in Delaware, if you want a well balanced drink this is the place for you. read more

First I will say the pizza here is awesome and we have put up with the bad service because of that. Last night was almost the final straw. We waited 15 minutes before finding a server to get us a drink. When our beers didn't arrive after 15 more we left. The only person who understands service here is Tristen the bartender but he can't run the whole restaurant even though he tries. Notice to the owner....on First Friday's you will be busy!!!! Hire some help. Once you lose your bartender, even with awesome pizza, you are done! read more

We stopped in for a quick bite, them over to the Strand for a movie. The waitress was super cool, after starting her schpiel about all their fancy pizzas, we asked how to get a pepperoni and onion and it was that easy. Great pizza, perfect amount of toppings and cheese. Best part was sitting outside on Sandusky Street. Great time. We'll be back. read more

Currently sitting at Mohio and have been sitting here for 30 minutes and received no service. They aren't even busy and they haven't been able to provide proper customer service. I didn't even get to try the food because I have decided to get up and leave. I won't be coming back here. read more

Thank you Tristan, your mixology and knowledge of the beer and food was spectacular. The Pizza and smoked wings are terrific. I cant thi k of a better place to watch the Buckeyes win. 4 stars. read more

The owner was rude and arrogant when we tried to order carry out. He said we went in just to start trouble which could not be further from the truth. read more

Love this place! The chef made me a no carb option of smoked pork, lettuce cups and homemade sauces. So wonderful they can accommodate special dietary needs. The pizza for my family was also amazing. Highly recommend! read more

Been here twice, solid experience both times! The pizza is on point. The toppings are the right proportion and high quality. They have off-the-menu specials as well. To top it off, Tristan (formerly at Veritas) works the bar. He makes amazing craft cocktails. Do yourself a favor and order one! read more

Love this place. Amazing artisan pizzas. Nice wine pours. Friendly and efficient staff.

Great pizza!! This pizza is a whole other level! You can tell that the chef chooses quality ingredients! I cant say enough... It is a little pricey but for good reason!!! I love the mortadella rolls!! Fantastic people!!! read more

Super huge pizza lover here so was excited to visit Mohio after moving to Delaware a few months ago. The pizza was delicious (got the margherita) and the beer selection was really good as well. And the bartender was super nice!! Loved the atmosphere and the music they played as well. We will definitely be back read more

Great little restaurant with local brews and fantastic brick oven pizza! House made dough and fresh ingredients. They seem to be doing something right, I guess a place that has good beer and good pizza it's tough to be wrong. The service was great, I will be back. read more

Great food and flavors. Poor service and attention to customers. Full bar, good beer selection. Owner is great and friendly. Staff not so much. Have been twice: once the wait staff could dicide who was going to attend to us, so neither did. The owner ended up helping us. Hope they get better. Food is tastie. read more

Food was great but service was awful. Took almost an hour and a half before getting our food. Our server retook our order 30 min after the first time we gave it. Then we were told that the pizza would be "rushed" and still took about an hour to get our full order. My pizza came out 20 minutes before my husbands did. Once we got it it tasted great, just not sure it was worth waiting 1.5 hours to get. Might be a better place to order carry out. Was a busy night downtown Delaware, but there were plenty of open tables here. Not sure of the disconnect. read more

Went for first time and was pleasantly surprised - service and food both fantastic. 2 of our 3 are Vegan and they accommodated and new right away how to modify pizza and the kale salad. Crust was great and all the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Kale salad and pizza ingredients both were incredibly fresh and the owner came out to check on us. Dough is handmade every day and worth the trip! read more

The pies here are about as good as it gets. The dough is from a sourdough start, and comes out of the oven with the right amount of char to add a pleasant bitter note to the overall experience. The sauce is simply well sourced tomatoes, and provides sweetness. The toppings are fresh and complement the star of the show, which is the crust. The single serving pie is $14, and it was around 30 minutes between being seated and food coming out of the oven on a busy Friday night. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Omg! Apps, drinks, food. I love it ALL! Just take my money already! Probably my favorite place on the strip. I don't go their too often because I don't wanna over do it. That's how much I care about this place. There is nothing better. Don't try and change my mind. I'll eat here until the day I die. I'll be on my death bed and will ask for Mohio's mortadella rolls. Slay. read more

Great find! The original place we were going to eat at in Delaware was on like a one hour wait. I was really wanting pizza and my husband spotted Mohio down the street and said "let's check this place out." We walked in and were promptly greeted! Everything was great from start to finish! My cocktail was perfect, the waitress was awesome and so friendly, but my favorite part was my dinner choice! I had the Italian sub and it was by far one of the best Italian subs I've ever had! We will definitely be back! read more

My husband's review, a man who has had pizza everywhere in Italy and all over the States: When I think of pizza, I have a concept in my mind. It resonates like a bell tolling...some such thing. But that concept is rarely realized. The mind's hope for that taste, texture, contrast...that elusive umami that one can never fully explain is not found in Ohio's pizzarias. But Mohio did it. Thank you for bringing pleasure to my life! read more

We are here on a Friday night and got in to a table right away at 5:30. About 15 minutes later the place was packed! Their wood fired pizza was pretty good. We ordered one pizza and it was enough for two people. Also enjoyed one of the many craft beers on tap. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. The only downside I would say to the place is the size of the restaurant. They could us a bit more room. read more

Wow, really enjoyed our dinner here tonight. The atmosphere (on a Wednesday) was very laid back. Our server was extremely attentive. The food, amazing. We started with meatballs and mortadella rolls. The 10 of us ultimately went through 5 orders or meatballs, so delicious. The mortadella rolls were a perfect balance of salty meat and cheese. We ordered several pizzas (4 cheese, sausage poblano, Rocket, and a 4 cheese with saprosatta) everyone loved and shared their pizzas. And to top it off, Mo was able to get make my picky daughter some buttered noodles. We can't wait to go back. read more

My son and I were at the Delaware car show today and stopped in for lunch. When we walked in, we were immediately seated and everyone on staff was very friendly. We got water and got our drinks quickly. We then ordered the standard 11" pepperoni pizzas and they were cooked right in front of us quickly. The pizza was fresh and delicious. We will be coming back! read more

This is officially my favorite pizza. They use only fresh ingredients and the crust is to die for! They are great about going off menu and creating your own. Sue was enthusiastic and attentive. I really felt our server cared about us having a great experience. Share a Ceasar or Kale salad. Also wine list is not run of the mill that you see everywhere. Kraft beers were also priced right and good selection. read more
