Dr. Yu kept changing my prescriptions for items not in his lane. This happened with no less than four medications. I do not feel like Dr. Yu listened or looked at my meds or chart. Dr. Yu sent my medications to a different pharmacy than my requested pharmacy. I believe he is part owner of this pharmacy? When my medications came to my home they were so hot and when medications are in the heat for long they are ruined. I finally had my pharmacy change them back so they would not all expire in the heat. It was a process. I do not feel like Dr. Yu took me and my healthcare seriously. I feel he was more interested in money. I asked about several issues and he said they do not do them in his office due to insurance issues. That insurance only pays .25$ cents for trigger shots. He charged me $165 for trigger shots where he left bruises all over my shoulders. Plus, part of the one muscle on my shoulder was left in a bulging state and was hyper sensitive. When anything touched my shoulder at night or sitting down it would send me flying up. Dr. Yu and his office were supposed to fax paperwork to get medication approved for me. My insurance program manager called them no less than four times and worked with the pharmacy company to try and get the medication approved. However, all they needed was a simple note from the doctor saying he had prescribed x, y, and z for me before. His office did not follow through. The worst issue was having to listen to Dr. Yu tell me how pretty he thought I was every visit. This is completely unprofessional. I do not care if you think your patient needs self confidence. There are boundaries and this crosses several of them. Someone from the ethics board needs to look into Dr. Yu. Please!

She will directly call your spouse and cause Chaos because she gets joy out of doing so. There's been a couple times now that she does this. When we as wives Are listed on the release, we can in fact speak on our spouses behalf. Yet she annoyingly calls and bugs my husband in the middle of his work shift. She must live a lonely life and gets joy causing drama for others.

He wouldn't touch it. I went to a surgeon by the name of Dr. Mark Garret. He reviewed my MRI very carefully and confidently said he'do it. It needed to be done really son because I was ending up in the ER with pain 3 times a week. I liked Dr Garret's style. Direct but not intimidating. Explained the surgery very logically so that I could easily understand. He got me in within a few days. When they were wheeling me to the operating room, I stopped at his desk. He was looking at my imaages. He looked up at me and said " ya know Jim, I think we should do a double fusion" instead of single that was planned. Normally That might scare a patient . But he had gained my confidence, and I said to myself " cool ". The surgery went as planned. Probably the longest surgery of the 3 spinal surgeries I had. The recovery from the surgery went well, exccept I stated having problems with pain in my feet. No way to know if it was related to the surgery, but it's possible. To his credit Dr Garret continued to work with me for another 6 months trying to figure out my foot problem. He found nothing and finally told me that there's nothing else surgical that he could do. That's when he passed me to Dr " cut Throat. The only reason I did not give Dr Garret a "5" rating. That's where it gets ugly. But that's for a whole different review.
