Tecson went into a personal medical leave, her office joined Hatfield and I've been seeing Michael NP 2x now - for annual check up and for covid. I'm very glad that the transition was smooth and the staff at Hatfield were just as friendly and attentive. Michael was amazing the 2x I'm interacted with him. In dr. Tecson and now Hatfield group, they partnered with Labcorp and has an on-site staff for blood test. Now, that staff is AMAZING too. Desiree is great with blood drawn. All in all, I absolutely recommend this practitioner!!

Long waiting times and doctors that don't give you the time of time…read more Unfortunately, my appointment took quite a lot longer then I would've wanted. The waiting times were simply absurd, your brought into a room, your nurse checks your vitals, then your just sitting there bored, stare at the wall or something for the next what felt like thirty minutes. Better get a book out or your phone. And then the doctor was super nice. She cared for me of course, that's why I'm giving such a high review despites the problems. Unfortunately doctors here aren't given enough time to spend with their patients. She literally said to me that she just can't spend more then a few minutes with me. So yea overall, it was an okay experience. But they should schedule appointments better and not overwork these doctors and allow more time between appointments to spend talking and discussing your medical history and what's really bothering you. I personally prefer to talk my doctor's ears off about my problems. I have so many conditions it's absurd. Maybe it's just me, but I felt like I wasted my time here. Who knows, maybe I'll find a different primary office to switch to.

They have zero respect for patients time, every appointment I've had has taken exuberantly long. Expect a half hour wait once taken back, or an hour into your appointment and even then they still refuse to even acknowledge the wait once seen. I don't believe that this practice values the individual and it seems they would rather continue to go through the motions and hand out empty excuses as to why they don't care about you, rather than hold themselves to a higher standard. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I would not recommend this establishment.

My Nurse Practitioner, Jennifer Smith, is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and never makes me feel rushed when we meet. She takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns and treats all aspects of my health. I never have difficulty getting appointments scheduled and they're always very accommodating. You can also get GLPs in person there as well which is cheaper and easier than having to drive to another pharmacy to get them, as well. Highly recommend going here if you're looking for a great family practice physician!

I said are you sure. It was "verified" well it was not. I was told after I had the appointment that my Medicare did NOT cover it. I drove over 25 miles to get here filled out paperwork and then told this? This would have been perfect as it was 2.8 miles from my work. Sooooo I just get the joy and pleasure of dealing with pain. Serious waste of my time & money so I was pretty disappointed. My advice for the going to the little clinic: they are great at minor illnesses: colds, ear infections & physicals. If it's something more than that I would go to your regular doctor or urgent care. Otherwise it's just a waste of your time and money!!

They are after your money…read more I have been taking the same medicine (blood pressure) for 11 years. This clinic forces me to come in every time I need a refill. Annoying, not necessary and a simple way for them to get money from my insurance. I have more bad things to say but I won't. I have been a patient there for years and have never once met Homewood. I think he is running a front for a medical office simply relying on his PA's to do the work for him (they are good by the way) I'm done - they have lost a patient.
