The beans did have a good amount of flavor, which I enjoyed, & the plantains were slightly over fried. The visit itself was satisfying, I would return to give them another shot as well as hopefully try their carne guisada plate, which wasn't available at the time I went that day. I didn't give this business a 4 star rating simply because of the lack of flavor in mostly each item ordered. I would give it a solid 3.8 if I could.

The rice bowl was surprisingly really great though. I loved the combination of chimichurri sauce, mayo-ketchup, and pico. The meat was a little over cooked but really nicely spiced.
