It was a pretty good sandwich. Better than the sum of its parts. The meats didn't really pop for me flavor, seasoning or texture-wise, but they were decent. The bread was fresh and good. They probably needed a bit more fat when they were pressing the bread. It was a touch darker than ideal. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. It's convenient since I often get coffee at Alvarium. 3.5 Stars

The Empanada were delicious, full of flavor, and full of meat. It was fried to perfection and not too oily. I love a good fried Pork Chop so I decided to order a Pork Chop Bowl. The Pork Chop Bowl was really lacking flavor and the Spanish Rice was okay but the Pork Chops had a good amount of meat on them. One suggestion I would make is to add the prices on the menu. The owner was very pleasant and very outgoing and I'm glad I got to try out his food.

This should have at least taken 20 minutes tops for a food truck but it took 2 hours including the drink. Overall, the food was good. The sandwich was really good but the plantain felt thrown together and way too oily, and at that point, I just threw it away.
