From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Mary, Lyndsay, or Kyle with professionalism and kindness. Nelle Youel was my PT and she was fantastic! She knew when to push me and when to ease up. She gave me a tailored Home Exercise Plan to help me continue to therapy at home. By the time I had my follow up appointment with my surgeon she had me at 130° range of motion! My doctor was absolutely stunned and said that I had the best range of motion he had ever seen 6 weeks post surgery! Thanks to Nelle, I've "made friends" with this new knee of mine and I have my mobility back!! I highly recommend Nelle Youel and this office!!

They seem very disorganized in the business end of things. When I called to set up my appointments, they took my insurance info. They even called me back a few days later to verify it again. So I started therapy. Given that I had already racked up enough out of pocket expenses from my knee surgery, therapy was supposed to cost me nothing out of pocket. At the end of the second session I was suddenly told that Moffett was not in my insurance company's network and that I would have to pay $50 every session. As I have to have ten sessions now and ten after my surgery on my other knee, it would have cost me another $1000 to continue with them. I wasted my time and money and now had to scramble to set up a visit with another therapist and start all over again! They could have just told me they were out of network in the first place! I even called and spoke to the owner today about this. She promised to call me back but instead had one of her people call me back. All they could do was "apologize" for the inconvenience and say that usually they tell people they are out of network or whatever. In fact she tried to tell me that it didn't matter because when they checked with my insurance that I had not met my maximums and I'd have to pay anyhow. I explained that not all charges are posted yet and that I had hit my out of pocket maximums. She was like, "Oh." Really? Seriously? Finally when I stopped by their office tonight to pick up my scrip from them and cancel my appointments, the owner saw me and I am sure she knew it was me. But did she come and apologize? Nope. Sent one of her other people out. So needless to say, I won't ever be going here again.

I came in with severe,…read morechronic pain from a long-standing case of spondylitis, along with a recent disc herniation that left me barely able to walk or sit. The sciatica that radiated my whole body was excruciating, and I was desperate to find anything that could help before my next step being a visit to the Neurosurgeon. Dr. Dace wasn't sure he could help me but, he performed a thorough assessment, determined that even though my case was complex, I was indeed a candidate for treatment, and developed an aggressive care plan to fit the 7 1/2 weeks I was visiting from out of town. His goal was to help heal the herniated disc, reduce the pain and give me some function and mobility and to my amazement, it worked! Dr. Dace and Eve, along with Nelly, Kristina and Laura --played an important role in my recovery. They were all very kind, patient, compassionate, and incredibly gentle throughout every visit. First of all the facility is immaculate. From the waiting area to all the equipment areas - even before the pandemic all areas were always spotless. And when Covid hit, every precaution was taken and every protocol followed. I always felt very safe and protected. At the front desk, Vik always greeted me with a smile and a friendly word. As a physical therapist, Anita is extremely competent and professional, but also very welcoming and friendly. She is one of the best therapists I have ever worked with: knowledge and thorough, as well as patient and kind. She could tell if I was having a bad day with pain & stiffness from RA, but still helped me progress in strengthening my shoulder. I always received individual attention- unlike other clinics that overbook and basically leave you on your own. When the need arises, I will definitely go back to Northwest PT. I went to Vein and Laser yesterday for the first time, for a tattoo removal consultation. After the…read moreprocedure was thoroughly explained to me by the nurse (Bea), I decided to go ahead with the laser treatment on my arm and leg. Bea did such a wonderful job of making me feel more at ease, as I was fairly nervous. She explained the numbing process and constantly checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay throughout, which gave me a sense of comfort. She did not rush the procedure at all. I am prone to anxiety, and Bea's kindness and professionalism helped me get through it. Also, the laser portion of the treatment was truly painless! Upon completion of the procedure, I was sent home with a packet of after-care instructions, ice packs, and all the supplies needed to bandage up & care for the areas that were lasered while they heal. I am confident that I have finally found the right place to remove my tattoos once and for all, which is such a relief. There are several tattoo removal clinics out there, but based on my prior experiences and comparison to my great appointment at Vein and Laser, I'm not certain of their effectiveness or legitimacy. I highly recommend this office, as your care will come from a medical doctor and RN. Yes, it is a bit of an expense (yet not outrageous!) but worth it for the high-quality laser equipment and the extra care received!
