I had a broken ankle & was fresh out of a walking boot when I first came to Diamond Physical Therapy, (Recommended by my Podiatrist). Frances K went above & beyond in addressing any and all of my concerns & pain & helped me to understand everything thoroughly along the way. Frances showed me other factors & bad habits I would have never considered prior to going to diamond PT & has immensely helped me to realize my many bad habits & improper stretching techniques leading to any & all pain that I feel. Frances Always helped me rule out & understand any and all irrational worries I had in regards to all varieties of pain I feel throughout my day to day life. Frances was extremely attentive & I always felt a great sense of care and was never left alone to do anything on my own, always had great direction! I wouldn't be nearly as confident or trusting in my recovery if it wasn't for Frances. I now have all of the tools needed to help prevent future injury through their app which greatly simplifies steps we all have to take to truly get back to 100% & prevent future injury! I also saw Andrea a couple of times & she also was extremely attentive & helped me to gain confidence back through exercises & great stretching techniques, also catching bad habits unbeknownst to me that all clicked when explained to me! Everyone in reception is extremely kind & helpful & always in good moods which is super rare to find now a days! I 100% recommend Diamond Pt & will only use them in the future going forward!

First of all the facility is immaculate. From the waiting area to all the equipment areas - even before the pandemic all areas were always spotless. And when Covid hit, every precaution was taken and every protocol followed. I always felt very safe and protected. At the front desk, Vik always greeted me with a smile and a friendly word. As a physical therapist, Anita is extremely competent and professional, but also very welcoming and friendly. She is one of the best therapists I have ever worked with: knowledge and thorough, as well as patient and kind. She could tell if I was having a bad day with pain & stiffness from RA, but still helped me progress in strengthening my shoulder. I always received individual attention- unlike other clinics that overbook and basically leave you on your own. When the need arises, I will definitely go back to Northwest PT. And I recommend them to all my friends and family. There is no question that you will receive top notch and professional treatment from Anita and Vic.

My conflicts with billing are minimally an…read moreeffect of doctor Papierski's ability to provide effective and professional service as a healthcare provider. Therefore, I'm adjusting my review for fairness. Overall, as a provider, Dr. Papierski is great. He's very knowledgeable. He nursed my injured hand back to well health (almost there) following a lawnmower incident at my home over 2 months ago. He's very professional with timing and has been quick and efficient with every procedure I've had at his office from suture removal to a surgical procedure to surgical pins removal. My only gripe with this office is with his professional staff (medical staff has been pleasant and helpful). However, his professional staff is another story. Schedulers have scheduled me prematurely for visits that I now view as a "waste" as I have to pay more $$ for those visits (the reason for my previous review) and the biller is hard to get in contact with to resolve billing issues. If you can deal with his whack professional staff, Dr. Papierski is a great doc!
