I can't say I would recommend Moffett Physical Therapy to others. While my daughter had a very good…read moreexperience with them last year, I did not. They seem very disorganized in the business end of things. When I called to set up my appointments, they took my insurance info. They even called me back a few days later to verify it again. So I started therapy. Given that I had already racked up enough out of pocket expenses from my knee surgery, therapy was supposed to cost me nothing out of pocket. At the end of the second session I was suddenly told that Moffett was not in my insurance company's network and that I would have to pay $50 every session. As I have to have ten sessions now and ten after my surgery on my other knee, it would have cost me another $1000 to continue with them. I wasted my time and money and now had to scramble to set up a visit with another therapist and start all over again! They could have just told me they were out of network in the first place! I even called and spoke to the owner today about this. She promised to call me back but instead had one of her people call me back. All they could do was "apologize" for the inconvenience and say that usually they tell people they are out of network or whatever. In fact she tried to tell me that it didn't matter because when they checked with my insurance that I had not met my maximums and I'd have to pay anyhow. I explained that not all charges are posted yet and that I had hit my out of pocket maximums. She was like, "Oh." Really? Seriously? Finally when I stopped by their office tonight to pick up my scrip from them and cancel my appointments, the owner saw me and I am sure she knew it was me. But did she come and apologize? Nope. Sent one of her other people out. So needless to say, I won't ever be going here again.

At times, my performance was frustrating, yet Meggie offered encouragement. She provided materials to take home so I could continue the physical therapy plan she had developed. Disappointing experience.

Unfortunately I have a few autoimmune issues and have gone to so many doctors, chiropractors, massage & physical therapists over the years. If I had a dollar for every time I heard "Your too young to be in pain like this don't worry we will get you feeling better" I would be rich by now! I have had low back pain that has been a constant since January. I was suffering to some extent almost daily and left unable to train at the gym or even take a long hike with my dogs, which are two loves of mine, until I walked into Evolve. They welcomed me with open arms and had a plan of action to get me feeling better. It's the first time in my life that I actually felt confident and that someone had my back, literally and figuratively. I am currently on my plan which involves both chiropractic and physical therapy and I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. As an athlete I really understand how important both therapies are to recovery. I appreciate that they are offered together in one place unlike previous chiropractors I have seen where they crack ya and send you on your way. If you're in pain and other doctors have not been able to give you the results you need, I wouldn't waste anytime and get into Evolve where they actually have a passion for helping people feel better and stay that way!

The sciatica that radiated my whole body was excruciating, and I was desperate to find anything that could help before my next step being a visit to the Neurosurgeon. Dr. Dace wasn't sure he could help me but, he performed a thorough assessment, determined that even though my case was complex, I was indeed a candidate for treatment, and developed an aggressive care plan to fit the 7 1/2 weeks I was visiting from out of town. His goal was to help heal the herniated disc, reduce the pain and give me some function and mobility and to my amazement, it worked! Dr. Dace and Eve, along with Nelly, Kristina and Laura --played an important role in my recovery. They were all very kind, patient, compassionate, and incredibly gentle throughout every visit. Eve was especially critical as she shared her knowledge and experience which brought comfort and confidence when I was at my worst. She, Dr. Dace and entire team not only treated my pain but also took the time to teach me how to breathe properly, move safely, listen to my body and be patient with myself during the healing process. Their expertise, encouragement, and genuine care made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable. In addition to Dr Dace helping me find a Chiropractor in my home state for continuing maintenance, I'm leaving with significantly less pain, improved mobility, and hope that I haven't felt in a long time. I am deeply grateful to all the GOOD HUMANS at Precise Chiropractic for keeping me out of surgery and giving me my life back. Thank you - Rose G. 07/07/2026
