My brother saved his points and giftcard for treating himself, me and my boyfriend for Moes while watching Wrestlemania tonight. What we got were the saddest excuse for Moes food I've ever seen. The homewrecker burritos had no guac, nearly no meat, half the size of the full-size it was supposed to be, mostly tortilla folded on itself multiple times. The tacos had 4 to 5 small pieces of meat in the coldest tortillas. This definitely ruined our night. Shame on this cheap location. We deserve a refund and an apology. read more

I am here every week and this place is getting worse and worse. Not sure I'll be coming back. I was here on July 5 at 9:00 and by 9:30 all the ice teas taken away. I ask the older guy what happen to ice teas and they said they were empty. That wasn't true because they were all fill only 15 min before. They are just worried about cleaning up and getting rid of the paying customers so they can go home. Every time I come to moes at this location the tables, chairs and floors are always filthy and if you want a table you have to clean it yourself. I don't mind because the rag they use makes the table smell like the floor. By 9:45 all the food was put away. Someone came in at 9:50 and they couldn't buy anything because everything was put away and shut down. That's just bad business. No offense but the only good thing about Moe's is their queso. That's the only thing worth eating. It's almost $14 for a bowl/burrito/stack and the quality of the ingredients is not good at all. The meat tastes bland the other toppings don't necessarily help. If you disguise is with queso, guac, or any of the other sauces those are the only other things that would remotely help it taste better. Don't waste your money here. I have loved Moe's for about 15 years - since my college days - and have always loved their food and (most) employees have been amazing. This past Sunday I placed an online order at the Centereach location for a quesadilla with black beans, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, and pico de gallo, with sour cream on the side - unfortunately I had to request the sour cream again when I got there, and when I got home, I opened it up to find a plain cheese quesadilla. This place opened up several months ago. A bit hard to find unless you're actually looking for it (it's to the left of Big Lots- you know the place that has a bunch of stuff you don't need). Food is pretty good. Fairly clean. Staff speed is about average. Plenty of parking and the Post Office is nearby- how can you beat that! My question is why do they have these garbage bins that don't allow you to fit all your garbage in this small little hole at the top? What's up with that? On this day, Friday 08/22/2022 I went to this moes location and I believe the managers name is Pablo. I saw that he was not helping out his other coworkers when it was extremely busy. Mary and Maria Gracia were the only ones that were keeping the store going. I saw Mary taking care of the customers and taking online orders, cooking etc. Maria was on register and doing chips. What annoys me the most is the fact that this so called "Manager Pablo" did not care that his employees were doing all of this meanwhile he was on his phone. I know it wasn't about work because I heard his conversation. I am going to come back to the store because I asked the nice young ladies if there was a manager by the name of ibeth because every time that I go there she is always helping the customers and she works well with the rest of her coworkers. "Adrian and Ricardo" were working behind the line, I don't know if maybe "Pablo" was covering someone's shift but he should not be allowed to work there anymore. My girlfriend and I ordered online from the Centereach location tonight. When we got home with our food, we realized both of our orders were wrong. The wrong meat was put in one of the bowls and many ingredients were missing from both bowls. The food was very dry as well. We have ordered from this location before and never have had a problem. Also, the portion size was about half of the amount it was in all our previous orders and we were only given one bag of chips (usually we get two). For the amount of money spent, we should have had a much bigger portion size. On the bottom of the receipt, there's an option to write a review online. I went to do this but the survey asks for a store number first to even start it. There was no store number on the receipt. There is a number to call if you have any issues with the survey so I called to say I couldn't complete it online without a store number. The woman on the phone told me the Centereach location doesn't even participate in the survey and shouldn't be printing that on their receipts. All in all, our meal was horrible and it was extremely inconvenient to even get our review out there. read more

This is probably the worst American-Mexican food I ever had (compared to Chipotle & Baja Fresh). It started with the most unfriendliest staff, then the skimpy portions of meat to most priciest food. Besides the lame "welcome to Moe's" greeting where the staff sounded like they were drowning, then I was rushed with my selections then the cashier had an attitude when I added on a drink at the last minute.
