I also always get almond shaped nails and I swear this is the only salon that can actually do almond shaped correctly, evenly, and comfortably! They are always accommodating when making an appointment and they take scheduling very seriously. I've never had to wait for my appointment to start like some other salons where you'll be waiting for 30+ minutes because they overbooked appts. Usually, you can get a same day appointment here, however other times if they are too busy for same day, scheduling an appt for the next day is completely worth it!! The prices are also unbeatable. It's very affordable and you get amazing quality. Also total transparency with prices, there has never been a surprise or extra tax/fee once I go to pay. I highly recommend this place, you will not regret coming here!

After a week, almost 50% of her extensions fell out on one eye. This was disappointing because both my mom and I have been getting lash extensions for several years and usually after one week, 2-3 extensions might fall out but not usually half of the lashes. So in attempt to try and resolve this issue my mom went in person and gave Tina another chance which was a complete waste of time. Tina didn't take any accountability for her work but instead treated my mom with disrespect and blame. With attitude Tina said her lashes didn't last because her skin was oily, that she must've rubbed her eye while she was sleeping, that my moms eyelashes were short, Tina named every excuse in the book except for taking responsibility for her work. Tina was extremely defensive and did not maintain a level of professionalism when dealing with my mom. Tina dismissed her at the shop and told her to,"Go where the lash extensions last for two weeks". There was no attempt to make the customer happy, even just sticking a few lash hairs where it was missing and putting your pride aside would have solved the issue.. But instead, Tina kept insisting that my mom should pay for a new fill (after 8 days....? Really?) Needless to say, my mom is extremely disappointed with the service that she received from Tina. My mom also works in a service industry so she's further disappointed with the way Tina handled the situation. Lashes are not a cheap service so I highly recommend you choose a better, more qualified and respectful place to do your lashes.
