Every technician is professional, talented, and truly cares about their work. I'm very picky about my nails, and they always leave me beyond happy with the results. I also have very sensitive nails that tend to break easily if they're not treated properly. Before finding Cindy Nails Spa, that was a constant problem. Since I started coming here, my nails have stayed healthy and strong, they never break anymore! That's one of the biggest reasons I've remained a loyal customer. I live a bit far away, but the drive is 100% worth it every single time. If you love creative nail designs like I do, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend Cindy Nails Spa!

I was fooled by the yelp reviews! I just left Cindy's Nail Salon, and I'm beyond disappointed. This…read morewas my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure to clean up my nails, toes, and cuticles. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from the start. The man who did my manicure wasn't friendly or gentle. He never asked how I wanted my nails shaped and immediately started filing. My fingernails are now uneven and crooked, there's still dirt underneath them, and my cuticles look awful. It was honestly the worst manicure I've ever had. The woman who did my pedicure was nice, but the quality of the work was just as disappointing. My heels actually look worse than they did before I came in, and my toenails are crooked and jagged and I'll be going home too, even them out on my own. I can't believe I spent nearly $60 for such poor service. To make matters worse, when I was checking out, the woman at the front looked at my tip and asked if I was going to leave more. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. There seemed to be no attention to detail or pride in the work, and I definitely won't be returning or recommending their services!

***This review is for Lash Extensons only***…read more My mom had a horrible experience at this salon with Tina. About a week before this review, my mom got lash extensions done by Tina. After a week, almost 50% of her extensions fell out on one eye. This was disappointing because both my mom and I have been getting lash extensions for several years and usually after one week, 2-3 extensions might fall out but not usually half of the lashes. So in attempt to try and resolve this issue my mom went in person and gave Tina another chance which was a complete waste of time. Tina didn't take any accountability for her work but instead treated my mom with disrespect and blame. With attitude Tina said her lashes didn't last because her skin was oily, that she must've rubbed her eye while she was sleeping, that my moms eyelashes were short, Tina named every excuse in the book except for taking responsibility for her work. Tina was extremely defensive and did not maintain a level of professionalism when dealing with my mom. Tina dismissed her at the shop and told her to,"Go where the lash extensions last for two weeks". There was no attempt to make the customer happy, even just sticking a few lash hairs where it was missing and putting your pride aside would have solved the issue.. But instead, Tina kept insisting that my mom should pay for a new fill (after 8 days....? Really?) Needless to say, my mom is extremely disappointed with the service that she received from Tina. My mom also works in a service industry so she's further disappointed with the way Tina handled the situation. Lashes are not a cheap service so I highly recommend you choose a better, more qualified and respectful place to do your lashes.
