At certain points he explained what he was doing and additionally he pointed out somethings the past people did incorrectly. This is the man you want to do your work. He is thorough, and the work he did looks clean and most importantly he is honest. He is honest and upfront about the costs. He gave me a few options to get the jobs done( most expensive to least expensive) and articulated all of my options very clear. I will absolutely use his services again. Items he repairs were: install of ring camera, diagnostic of light switch issue. Mounting of tv. Install or direct line for outlets, and installed of 3 outlets. Install of temperature thermometer. I would add if you want outlets specify the color you want. I planned on getting f more work done with this company.

Was looking for someone to move a cable outlet, do some installations of some new cable boxes and help my parents learn to use their new home theater entertainment center and multifunction remote. Muss, the owner, responded back to the email I sent him within a few hours. This was sent late Thursday afternoon. He was available to come to their home and complete the work on Saturday late afternoon. What he found, when he completed some of that work was old, antiquated wiring that couldn't support the new HD cable boxes. Also found 5 splitters and a crappy job likely done by the cable company. Everything he encountered he was able to resolve. Unfortunately not everything could be completed on Saturday, but he made arrangements with them to return on Sunday morning to finish the job. He made it look easy and is incredibly reasonable. Though I no longer live in that area, I will refer him every chance I get and I highly recommend using him for these and other IT, telecommunications, networking, etc... work.

I had an emergency with my front door where it is old, had broken, and was a major security risk as I could not secure the door from the outside. I was desperate to have someone look at it, hoping to get any help possible, and had called 3 local lock & key operations. I had a visit from another outfit who left me with a $200 bill and no actual resolve, because the lock was busted beyond what they could fix on the spot. Easter's had given me a window prior to the other guy coming out. So, when he left, I called Easter's to see if I should still have them come out, or if the guy that came from another company had done everything that they would have done. The lady from Easter's who helped me (I feel so badly that I've forgotten her name) was so incredibly nice and helpful. We were back-and-forth via phone and email for over an hour, at which point she agreed that her technician would likely run into the same problem of the lock being so badly broken, it wasn't something they could fix on the spot. Even though they never actually came out, I felt as though they were so willing to help, thorough, and really made me feel like they went the extra mile for me, without even coming here to do the work. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience…read more Before the installation, I specifically asked whether the Schlage locks would be priced similarly to the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP), and I was told they would be. Afterward, I discovered the hardware had been marked up by approximately 100%. I understand businesses charge more than retail, but a markup of that size should be disclosed upfront, especially when a customer asks. I contacted management to discuss the pricing, but I'm still waiting for a return call. The installation was disappointing as well. The top lock was initially installed crooked, requiring the technician to return the next day to realign it. While that issue was corrected, the bottom lock is still slightly crooked. Overall, the lack of pricing transparency, poor communication, and installation issues left me very disappointed.

Because ACL was very busy, she could not schedule anything right away and suggested another locksmith. However, since my need was not urgent, I was willing to wait. Chris contacted me the next day and in a little over an hour installed the new handleset and lock. The previous reviews were spot on and I am pleased to add my own 5-star review. I appreciated that Rose really listened to my need and offered honest feedback, even if it was to recommend someone else for quicker service. One of the necessities of city living, is having some type of security system for your home. I researched several companies and decided upon a highly recommended one, in First Security. First we met the sales representative, Jeremy, who was quite knowledgable about his competition and of course his company. He shared the differences First Security offered and every one of his points of contention were quite valid. I believed his straight forwardness and honest approach and agreed to utilize their services. Now the installation. Larry Conner was their man. This man had so much knowledge about his company, the alarm company they work with and every little detail one could ever ask for. He had the entire system set up in about an hour and completely covered every detail of their system. I was totally able to turn off, or turn on any part of their alarm from anywhere in the world. That was truly a feature we just loved. In early December we returned to our home, to find we had no heat in the upstairs of our home. Since the entire heating system had just been installed, we were totally baffled why this was happening. Was it our alarm installation? Did the installation effect the heating system? We called Larry to discuss the situation. He agreed to come back to the house to check out his installation and to be sure it wasn't caused by him. In an extremely professional manner, Larry explained why it couldn't be caused by the new security installation. He was so concerned that we didn't have heat, he called us at least 4-5 times during the week to see if we found the cause. That was far beyond his job description, but we truly appreciated his concern. We finally discovered by an electrician, that the wiring for our upstairs heating system was done incorrectly and the original gentleman who installed it, came back to repair the problem. Everything ended well, but we were totally taken back by the concern of First Security, We strongly recommend using their services. Totally first class in every way.

For me it's those two things that really stand out. Customer service and "it just works." In terms of customer service, it's hard to do better. The company's response time to questions is very fast. That's pretty much what you want. As for "it just works," the Alarm.Com system and equipment they are a dealer for really gives you peace of mind. It's actually secure.
