The first thing of note was how good Patrick's quote was when he sent it to me. His pricing was fair, and his detail and thorough approach to making a proposal were top notch. Everything was in it...including diagrams and photos. He does a complete breakdown of labor and hardware costs so you can tell what you are getting for your money. If, like me, you are providing the cameras or NVR, he helps you understand where your part ends and his begins. He also was very quick to get back to me and keep in contact as I was making my decision between him an other vendors. In the end, obviously I went with Patrick...and his price was not the lowest in fact. His professionalism was what tilted me in his direction. We made a few adjustments to the proposal so by the time he came in, there were almost no details left to work out. That is always a good sign. I'm very glad I made that decision. Hey and Indy did a great job taking care of our home as they worked. The camera's went up and they look as they they were originally a part of the house design. The doorbell also looks original. I would absolutely work with Patrick again and most likely I will.

Even though I was still kinda confused and asked a lot of questions he was very kind and patient. He arrived at my house he immediately got to work and worked through out the entire day. He is thorough, and the work he did looks clean and most importantly he is honest. He is honest and upfront about the costs. He gave me a few options to get the jobs done( most expensive to least expensive) and articulated all of my options very clear. I will absolutely use his services again. Items he repairs were: install of ring camera, diagnostic of light switch issue. Mounting of tv. Install or direct line for outlets, and installed of 3 outlets. Install of temperature thermometer. I would add if you want outlets specify the color you want. I planned on getting f more work done with this company.

Was looking for someone to move a cable outlet, do some installations of some new cable boxes and help my parents learn to use their new home theater entertainment center and multifunction remote. Muss, the owner, responded back to the email I sent him within a few hours. This was sent late Thursday afternoon. He was available to come to their home and complete the work on Saturday late afternoon. What he found, when he completed some of that work was old, antiquated wiring that couldn't support the new HD cable boxes. Also found 5 splitters and a crappy job likely done by the cable company. Everything he encountered he was able to resolve. Unfortunately not everything could be completed on Saturday, but he made arrangements with them to return on Sunday morning to finish the job. He made it look easy and is incredibly reasonable. Though I no longer live in that area, I will refer him every chance I get and I highly recommend using him for these and other IT, telecommunications, networking, etc... work.

I had an emergency with my front door where it is old, had broken, and was a major security risk as I could not secure the door from the outside. I was desperate to have someone look at it, hoping to get any help possible, and had called 3 local lock & key operations. I had a visit from another outfit who left me with a $200 bill and no actual resolve, because the lock was busted beyond what they could fix on the spot. Easter's had given me a window prior to the other guy coming out. So, when he left, I called Easter's to see if I should still have them come out, or if the guy that came from another company had done everything that they would have done. The lady from Easter's who helped me (I feel so badly that I've forgotten her name) was so incredibly nice and helpful. We were back-and-forth via phone and email for over an hour, at which point she agreed that her technician would likely run into the same problem of the lock being so badly broken, it wasn't something they could fix on the spot. Even though they never actually came out, I felt as though they were so willing to help, thorough, and really made me feel like they went the extra mile for me, without even coming here to do the work. I'd recommend Easter's any day, and will definitely be back in the future if I need anything. Thank you so much, Easter's!

This is a long overdue review for a company and people that deserve more than 5 stars…read more I had cameras (2 doorbell cameras and 1 fixed camera) installed at my home about a year ago. Chris and Rose came out to do the install and did a wonderful job. They hid the wires well and made sure everything was in good working order prior to leaving. (They even stopped work to help look for the cat that we thought escaped while the door was open.) They answered all the questions I had after installation and helped to resolve issues with video quality and connectivity. About 4 months after installation one of the doorbell cameras malfunctioned and caught fire. I emailed Chris and Rose about what happened. They came that same evening to help secure the door since the fire department ripped out the door frame to stop by fire. They didn't stop there. Chris and Rose figured out what happened and went back to the manufacturer. They were able to get the manufacturer to exchange the doorbell cameras for an updated version. When they came back to replace the doorbell cameras they found replacing the one that malfunctioned would no longer be the best option because of the addition of a storm door. Chris and Rose suggested a fixed camera instead. Chris came back a 3rd time to install the fixed camera. There was no hesitation or complaints from them about having to come out a 3rd time. It's now about 8 months later and things are working well. I know if I ever had additional questions or issues, Chris and Rose wouldn't hesitate to address them.

In July of 2019, we moved to Baltimore's Federal Hill area. This was my first experience with inner…read morecity living and I truly loved it. One of the necessities of city living, is having some type of security system for your home. I researched several companies and decided upon a highly recommended one, in First Security. First we met the sales representative, Jeremy, who was quite knowledgable about his competition and of course his company. He shared the differences First Security offered and every one of his points of contention were quite valid. I believed his straight forwardness and honest approach and agreed to utilize their services. Now the installation. Larry Conner was their man. This man had so much knowledge about his company, the alarm company they work with and every little detail one could ever ask for. He had the entire system set up in about an hour and completely covered every detail of their system. I was totally able to turn off, or turn on any part of their alarm from anywhere in the world. That was truly a feature we just loved. In early December we returned to our home, to find we had no heat in the upstairs of our home. Since the entire heating system had just been installed, we were totally baffled why this was happening. Was it our alarm installation? Did the installation effect the heating system? We called Larry to discuss the situation. He agreed to come back to the house to check out his installation and to be sure it wasn't caused by him. In an extremely professional manner, Larry explained why it couldn't be caused by the new security installation. He was so concerned that we didn't have heat, he called us at least 4-5 times during the week to see if we found the cause. That was far beyond his job description, but we truly appreciated his concern. We finally discovered by an electrician, that the wiring for our upstairs heating system was done incorrectly and the original gentleman who installed it, came back to repair the problem. Everything ended well, but we were totally taken back by the concern of First Security, We strongly recommend using their services. Totally first class in every way.

That's pretty much what you want. As for "it just works," the Alarm.Com system and equipment they are a dealer for really gives you peace of mind. It's actually secure. I could not be more pleased to work with and recommend the company.

The movers said it was impossible to put the larger of the two safes into the home without damage, and we didn't want to store safes in the garage where they'd be vulnerable and not in a temperature-controlled environment. When we called Advanced Security Safe & Lock, they said they could absolutely do the job. They arrived on time and placed both safes exactly where we wanted them in our basement without damaging anything. We were so impressed that we later hired them to change our locks. The job turned out to be more complex that we'd thought, since there were two types of locks in our home. But the technicians were able to switch out the cheaper locks for a reasonable price so we only needed one key for all of them! Every worker we dealt with was professional and responsive. I highly recommend Advanced Security Safe & Lock.
