Their prices seem reasonable although out where I live in CA we don't clean our roofs so I don't have much to compare! I will say that the gentleman who cleaned the roof sent me pictures before and after and even inspected the roof for loose tiles and any defects....that seemed above and beyond. They even clean the gutters. For an additional fee, they pressure washed the driveway and sidewalks for a very reasonable price. This company takes credit cards so it made doing business with them, although remotely, quite simple.

(see below) We've had several contractors work on this shower over the years, but nothing has stood the test of time. And nothing has looked as good as it does now. First, they back up their work forever. And it gets past on to the next home owner without cost. Second, the price was quite reasonable. Third, they make sure they please their customers. In every aspect, they asked what we wanted and we got it. Forth, wow what they did to ensure longevity! We absolutely believe this shower will never ever leak again. Fifth, everyone was great to work with, even the crew. Sixth, the crew! We'll ask for them by name next time we need them. They are Kirvyn Bravo and Walter Ramos. Finally, the finish - after completion, the drain backed up during the shower's first use. AAT&R sent a plumber out right away. We had a cracked drain pipe at the clean out we didn't know about! Probably didn't show until now because we now have better shower drain water flow??? IDK. But, definitely not AAT&R. But we only had to pay for the repair! The first time I noticed one of the vents was not rotating and the second time was about a leak on a vent and additionally a small section of shingles, approx 16 inches by 6 inches, that had come off in a storm. For the vent not rotating, I had to contact him twice to get it fixed after I was told someone would be out that week. When I first contacted Shayne about the other two issues he said he would be out within a week again. Two weeks went by and never reached out to me. I reach out to him and he apologized, said he had been doing "training" in Dallas and came out later that day. I'm not sold on the leak fix, but he said he would be back for the section of shingles that blown off. He never contacted me back. Shayne comes off as a very nice and apologetic individual, but twice he has "forgotten" to follow through with what he has told me. I think if you have no issues with your roof, this company will leave a good impression, but if they need to fix anything, good luck. I find this an unacceptable characteristic for the owner of a company. I cannot recommend this company.

before you contract these guys out get the latest copy of their insurance, call the insurance…read morecompany and request to be listed as the certificate holder. these guys do not have their own crew, they subcontract it out to individuals that will not be around to repair your roof if something goes wrong and if you have a claim don't think the insurance company is going to pay it. I used these guys for my roof and at 6:30 am I found out they did not place the tarp over the pool and all kinds of roof material was at the bottom of the pool. When roof was complete they had to hook up the vent for the water heater, didn't do it right and next day my bathroom ceiling came crashing down with water. plumber and drywall cost me an additional 1600.00 and his insurance refuses to pay for it He never got a permit from the city and therefore an inspector from the city was never called out for final inspection.my plumber explained to his insurance that when hooking up the water heater vent they crimped the flex hose and this caused the damage to my bathroom.
