I finally got a call from a recording telling me what time they will be here...a four hour window and no one asked what might be a good time of day for me. The time they picked is during a time when I cannot be here. Also I cannot get a manager to speak to me in regards to this situation. I am calling now to cancel my order. They do not work to ensure the customer is happy or that they are working FOR the customer. Its their way or the highway. I checked it against the faucet the had quoted it was from and it looked totally different. But the part looked the same. I decided to risk it and order the part anyway.
