There were several things that stood out with Modern closets that impressed me. One was John our designer who amazingly brought my vision to life. We went through multiple changes and John was always so patient and gave great advice. Second was the crew that came and did our installation. Every installer that came was professional and took precautions such as protecting our floors, using shoe covers, and cleaning up at the end of each day. Third was the outstanding customer service by Wendy the manager at Modern Closets. We hit a snag with one of the parts for our Murphy bed. The manufacturers sent faulty parts but Wendy kept me informed and updated on the progress. I appreciated how thoroughly her team inspected the parts for the Murphy bed and how they refused to install anything sub par or lacking in quality. I have so much to say about this fantastic company and working with our designer, John. Hopefully my review does everyone justice. First off, we came to know of Modern Closet Spaces through a friend, who had her bedroom closet and kitchen pantry done by them. She gave glowing feedback regarding quality, timeliness and pricing. Based on her word, we gave them a call and let's just say...they did not disappoint! John worked with us patiently and diligently as we went through dozens of reiterations of our dream wardrobe closet. This was going to be our first major update in our bedroom and hence, set the tone for the organization throughout rest of the house. He provided feedback every step of the way, designs and pricing option to work with our budget. He was always very receptive. We never felt having to "settle" because of a limited budget and he made sure of that. John was truly a pleasure to work with on a professional and personal level. Installation day....everything went on time and efficiently. Often with construction, the project manager/designer is great, but installers are whole other story. Not in this case! Day 1+2 both installers came on time, installed everything according to plan and were overall very helpful and professional. In fact, on Day 3 of installation, I have to mention there was a heat wave and our AC gave out. We felt terrible given the extreme heat and would've understood if rescheduling was needed-but nope, installer came on time and spent hours with a smile on his face to complete this project. I wish I could recall his name- he really deserves a shoutout. Our closets are absolutely beautiful and functional. It's also great to know, if we ever want to make any adjustments in the future - the closets are designed to make that a pretty simple process.
