Closet Solutions was the best value of several quotes we got. Melinda provided great value in the design she came up with for us. It was the best design of all quotes we got. The master bed and bath closets are such a statement. It's been months and I still am amazed by how beautiful they are. When I raised concerns about some imperfections, they sent someone out right away. I also like that their standard white is a warm white, not the bright stark cold white that others have. We created closets where there was nothing before. The quality is also great. They look brand new months later. Very durable. The tilt hamper in the bathroom closet is functional and a great solution for laundry. They're based in LA, but we are in Huntington Beach. read more

I had 4 different companies come by including California Closets to help design cabinet solutions for our garage - all well reviewed, and all were asked to put together designs / pricing etc. Theresa and closet solutions won really easily; Theresa was the designer and was exactly what I was looking for; she came by on a Wednesday and by Friday afternoon I had a design. I gave feedback and changes that afternoon and by Friday night I had an updated design. After further iterating over the wknd over email she had baked in and finalized the final version by Sunday night. That's impressive given everyone else was taking forever and all this in 4 days including a wknd. Two weeks later the build team came by and executed the design for the garage exactly as laid out. Really happy with the quality of the build. Their pricing was generally good (of the four vendors, they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive and I think that their price to value ratio is what I expected) Highly recommend! There is an existing electrical outlet that your design enabled for it to be strategically concealed within the layout of the credenza. All measurements are on point which made the installation of the pieces easy to assemble. The design phase was a breeze with Eva adhering to my comments. This location is not actually "Closet Solutions" the store, it's Aegean Design Studio - a kitchen and bath specialty design studio (which is beautiful and has tons of samples and friendly staff) - with a one room "Closet Solutions" display and some brochures. However, if you're looking to improve your closet, Closet Solutions does a great job. They're super quick to respond, work with your schedule, the timeline for when you need the project done, and your budget. Scott called my back right away and gave me an honest rundown of their business and approximation for the cost that ended up being close to what the final invoice would be. We worked with Eva for designing our new space, and she was very responsive and listened to our wishes. When we wanted to make changes to the design she originally came up with, she quickly sent a new draft. The installers, Joseph and Lennon(spelling?) did a great job. We were so happy with them that when Home Depot was slow to respond on the sliding doors we wanted, we went back to Closet Solutions to order and install sliding doors. Claudio who came to do the door installation did a great job working with the less than perfectly straight walls in our house and got the doors working and looking amazing. I highly recommend Closet Solutions based on their professionalism and responsiveness. After working with numerous contractors during our home remodel, this team truly stood out because of their professionalism. Everyone from our designer, the office staff, to our installer was professional. I especially liked that they anticipated any questions we would have. The design meeting was efficient and answered all of our questions. I find it frustrating when I have to lead meetings or follow up about payment, warranty, and scheduling, but that wasn't necessary with them. There was some molding that was missed in one closet, but it was minor and they addressed it very promptly when we pointed it out. We're happy with our new closets and feel confident that they would respond quickly if we encounter any issues in the future. We definitely plan on using them when we redo our garage next. read more

Melinda came out to do the consultation with my husband as we were wanting to redo our garage. Melinda was amazing. Their quote was in the middle range of the ones that we received from other contractors, but we were blown away at the quality of the product for the price we paid. They started work on the garage about 2 1/2 weeks after we signed the contract. The installers were her on time they day they said they would be and did incredible work.
