One was low-priced, but after their visit, left me with no confidence in their knowledge and abilities. Another company provided helpful consultation and nice offerings but at a ridiculously high price. I then called Liberty. Steve, their salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful in providing us with solutions that met all our expectations and for a reasonable price. Within 2 weeks, my shades were delivered and installed. Oscar and Creek came fully prepared for our installation and did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional. I love my new shades and am extremely satisfied with Liberty Home Products. It's not often these days to find a company that provides this level of service and value.

After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.

BTW if I have to pay $50 for shipping, why not send it to my HOUSE instead of making me drive to the shop (45 min from my home)? Turns out Karen didn't order two actual rolls as I requested, because wallpaper makers use imaginary units of "single rolls" (a 1/2 roll) and "double rolls" (a full roll), so I only received one roll. Next I had to return that roll and be charged a "restock fee" so they could re-order two rolls (aka 4 single rolls SMH) from the same dye lot. More waiting. No updates. I call and am told it will now be after MID-MAY before I (might) receive my product!! So I request a refund. They refund me 30% of the $400 I paid and I have ZERO rolls of that wallpaper. They don't even care.

We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

For the condo clean, Jazmin came with a team of 3 additional employees as it required a carpet clean as well as cleaning two bathrooms, two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. Jazmin finished under the estimated time she gave and charged me a little less since the work wasn't as extensive as needed. I also appreciated that Jazmin was super helpful in answering a question after the cleaning was done as well. It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair. All in all, the results exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Ammar and his team and, once settled, we will be having him back to take care of additional projects we'd like to accomplish.

She truly understood our needs, guided us on selecting the right rod hardware and shelving color, and patiently revised our closet design until it was exactly right. Raena was incredibly helpful throughout the process--always available to answer questions and ensure billing went smoothly. The entire design process moved quickly, and our installation was scheduled right away. On installation day, Lennin and Claudio arrived on time and were absolute pros. I got four quotes. I went with Closet Solutions because Melinda, their designer was very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. She didn't try to do a sales job on me. She designed a closet that best utilized the existing space, and, patiently went over changes that I wanted multiple times (as I'm a perfectionist) without unduly pressuring me into a decision. A long overdue review for CustomBuilt-Ins…read more We can't thank Doug and Eric enough for everything they did for us. We had a water leak in our kitchen Memorial Day of 2025. Repipe complete, then the builder came in. The project was to replace the island, lower cabinets of one wall, and repaint the kitchen. They took our check and started. Then virtually no progress in June, July, August, September, and October. I eventually drove to their shop to get my cabinets as they were unable to return them. We reached out to Doug at the beginning of November and he said they could help us out. They custom built and installed our island. They rebuilt our custom kitchen cabinets, and finished the kitchen painting. We were asking them to come in and finish a project that they had no history or familiarity with what we wanted, right before Thanksgiving. Doug and Eric spent time talking and working with us so we were all on the same page. Schedules made, notification messages of arrivals, and we always had a clear understanding of what will be done each day. We hope to have them back for other projects, and have recommended them to friends and family. THANK YOU CustomBuilt-ins !!
