These cookies stole the show at our recent magazine launch event. They came out much better than expected and size of the cookies were very nice. The packaging and the box they came in were quite sturdy, I dropped a box and not one broken cookie. We had nothing but rave reviews all through out the night. Our executives loved the look and the taste was great as well. Really appreciated how they went above and beyond to send a sample, asked me about the fonts & lettering, really appreciated the detail. There was a small hiccup w the pick up date but nothing that they didn't remedy right away. The only thing I could ask for is maybe a vegetarian/vegan option in the future but all said and done, these cookies were just perfect! Thank you Modern Bite!

The cookies were fabulous! I bought them to celebrate friend and author Ann Suk Wang. Her debut book, The House Before Falling into the Sea, is a very touching story from her mom's childhood, when their family gave refuge to scores of people who were fleeing from North Korea's military. The beautiful illustrations by Hanna Cha bring to life the memories of how Ann's mom learned to open her young heart to those in need. ModernBite created a perfect cookie with the sweetest image from Ann's book. They allowed me to pick up on a Saturday just before Ann read her book at Vroman's. The cookies were each individually wrapped and packed precisely in a box to keep them safe. I was thrilled that the order could be fulfilled with short notice and that they came out exactly how I imagined! So many possibilities with this company -- highly recommend! They will pack the cookies with bubble wrap and ship nationwide.

Got some cookies printed for a party and they turned out great. It was a quick turnaround too. Will totally order from them again.

I order 50 cookies for my mom's birthday and I received beautifully made cookies that tasted wonderful! The packaging was done so nice and neatly! I was also extremely impressed by how accommodating they were with getting my order to me on time. I ordered online but spoke to them on the phone to confirm exact pick up. The person I spoke to got back to me quickly and she was so kind and helpful! The cookies were a hit and my mom got very emotional. Definitely worth every penny! read more

Wow, this place really impressed me with some ideal creation of making a statement out of cookies. Cookies are delicous and tastey in a different way. It was very last minute and about 100 cookies but Kristina made the process so easy! This place has been phenomenal. We were hosting a baby shower on Saturday. I got an email from Incredible Cookie, where I had placed an order 1 week prior with expedited shipping, on Friday morning, informing me they were unable to deliver 'due to unforeseen circumstances.' I called this place, they returned my call within 2 minutes. I explained the situation, sent a pic of the product requested, and they said they could do it! They would have them ready by Saturday, however, they text me same day with pic of cookies informing me they were ready! 40 customized cookies ready in same day! They looked exactly like what I wanted! I will continue to use this place and highly recommend. read more

they tried and were fast but the phone service was terrible. and the proof was just the same. Hopefully the finished product is better but whoever answered the phone knew nothing about anything and really didnt care to do any more. I feel bad writing this as I know she probably thought she was amazing but I also think the owners would like to know why I would not place an order. I wish them the best they have a great spot in the cookie market just the delivery of their services was lacking read more

Wow! Just Wow! I am so impressed with the cookies I ordered from Modern Bite. They were packaged perfectly. Each and every cookie, all 48, arrived perfectly intact. I have two holiday parties coming up, plus family from out of town for Thanksgiving. I know they will be impressed with artwork and detail of these amazing cookies. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. They don't skimp on portions, nor is the presentation ever sloppy, no matter how busy they are. Considering the generous portions, I was pleasantly surprised by the price. Definitely less expensive than Cold Stone or Ben & Jerry's, and the quality is - dare I say - on par or even better?! Also, if you ever have to go to the urgent care off Pass Avenue, one silver lining is that Handel's is *literally* right next-door to the urgent care!
