They are horrible at listening. I wanted long bangs not straight. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She did absolutely opposite and made them too short. I will not be going to this place ever again. I hate them so much and the fact that I have to now wait for them to grow. You will not be seeing my business anymore and you're lucky I even gave you a tip. I should've gave you a tip by saying do better next time. You really pissed me off. My bangs are so ugly. It's August 2018, figured it is time for an update as now I've been coming here faithfully for 9 years (pretty much ever since I started my job which is close to this barbershop). Tina, Stella, and Kim are awesome as ever. My kids love it here too!! Whenever they come in they are happily greeted and can't wait to get their haircuts and their lollipops. I was perusing the reviews, there was one review that gave it four stars because of cleanliness. I would agree with this that the hair does tend to get around and if there was one thing to improve it would be to sweep up a bit more often. At the same time, I figure that's why somehow it never feels like a long wait despite how busy they are AND despite they never rush any cuts. The place never feels rushed and I'm guessing if something had to give it is sweeping up a bit less. Even with that, I would not stop coming here and have not stopped coming here. The price, quality of cut, friendliness, customer service are all top notch, and I really appreciate they are always super nice to my kids and that's why my kids are always so well behaved and smiling when sitting in the chair and getting their cuts (another big plus!) read more

I have been coming to this barbershop for a couple of times now. I generally have a really pleasant experience with all the ladies that worked here. They are very gentle and attentive. They have some of the best prices around here and so I always show my appreciation by tipping at least 40%... This review is only for this one particular lady that I have not seen before...maybe she had a bad day or something...but you should judge for yourself: After sitting down, she began her small talk...which is usual. She then proceed to inquire about my ethnicity. After learning that it was one of the country that her friend had recently visited, she began to bash the country and say that her friend had a really bad experience there. She said one of the tourist place was very dirty and the tour guide overcharged her friend. She also said that it rained most of the trip, which made the trip even worse. The more she talked the angrier her tone get...flailing her scissors around my head... In the meantime, I am sitting there in the barber chair, trying not get stab by her. I'm not really sure why she is taking her friend's bad experience out on me...I'm not the tour guide that took her friend to the country. I'm do not know her friend. I'm also not a weather god and am not able to dictate how a weather of a country should be on someone's trip. I'm just a guy, born in the United States, whose ancestors happens to be from the same country that her friend visited...trying to get a haircut on a relaxing Saturday. But I guess I should weight the blame for a bad vacation experience, not from herself, but her friend...? Needless to say, this was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I just feel bad for the other barbers that had to bear working with this lady. Busy little barber shop but the two ladies cutting hair were fast. I think I waited less than 30 mins for my turn with about 4 people ahead of me. They listened to their customers and everyone looked good after they were done; nice fade on everyone (all male customers at the time). I came here on a Saturday about 2 hours before they closed and a few more customers came in after me; so they get busy which is good because i think that says a lot about the work they do. I only needed to clean my sides and back and they did what I asked them to (which is surprisingly difficult for a lot of hairdressers and barbers to do out there). My hair was cut the way I wanted it; took maybe 5 minutes; she worked fast but it didn't feel like it was done haphazardly. Male haircut: $14. She charged me only $13 possibly because she didn't have to do a whole lot; I would have gladly paid for the $14. Fast and cheap and good service. Why 4/5 stars? Cleanliness. Hair all over the floor from who knows how many people and it was piling up. I know it was a busy afternoon but it doesn't take too much time to sweep the floor. Doesn't have to be right after every customer either. But not a deal breaker; I'd still come back here! read more

Good fast haircut. Keep in mind, this is really close to a school so after 3pm, there might be a wait. I went after 3 and students were walking here from school or parents were bringing their kids. The wait wasn't bad but after me, the wait was getting longer. With that in mind, the haircut was to the point and I liked it. I had asked for a classic fade, with some texture up top, so I could comb it to the side. Tina delivered. Price (+1 Positive): The price was extremely reasonable. I paid $14 plus tip. Customer Experience (+1 Positive): Since they do such a good job, at such a reasonable price, there is constant traffic flowing through the shop. Nevertheless, I didn't feel like I had to wait long. And even when it was my turn, it didn't feel like Tina was rushing to get me out. While there are three barbers, there were only two on the day pertinent to this review. I love that both greeted me when I walked in. They continued to greet other customers as they walked in. Super friendly and fast! Mostly known for their military cuts. Do a much better job than any chain hair cut joint and for about $5 less. Stella is awesome! Always asks how I'm doing and such. Only been here 3 times and she already knows my name :-) My hair, what little is left is pretty easy to cut so am in and out in under 10 min! Parking is a breeze. I've been coming her for about two years now, and what I really like about this place isn't so much the hair cuts, but the fact that they remember you. Every single time I go in they always let me know how they hadn't seen me for a while, you would think it's just something they tell all their customers, but it's not, they actually do remember you.
