She finally said she could take $5.00 off as a courtesy/employee discount since you couldn't get the stain out. She said she cleaned my coat 4 times. She also sarcastically said to take it across the street to the other cleaners to see if they would be able to get the stain out (now multiple stains after they did something to it) ... Just ridiculous. On the last day of dealing with this (this was my 3rd time trying to pick my coat up.) I finally took my coat with me. She said she could give me 2 or 3 dollars off my next visit. Whenever the two employees saw an issue, like a wet floor, spilled laundry soap or fabric softener (wet or dry), soap residue in the machine thingies where customers add soap and other things, trash, rolling laundry baskets blocking people's paths, or anything else that needed cleaning, they immediately took care of it after seeing it. And they did it while being courteous and nice, without complaints or rolls of their eyes. These two are saints! The industrial grade washers and dryers are fast and efficient, and they don't ruin clothes or start walking off - have you ever witnessed unbalanced washers shimmying their way across the floor? Lots of light, a clean restroom (at least the men's restroom is), and vending machines (for soap, fabric softener, and bottled drinks and packaged snacks) are available here. Oh, and customers also have the option of dropping their dirty laundry off at the window and paying the employees the price per pound of clothes so that the employees wash, dry and fold their clothes. Just know that the employees also use the same washers and dryers as all the customers, so if the place is busy, the employees may be delayed in getting your drop off clothes processed.
