The lady who owns the place is crazy, loves to show attitude, and is really rude (she will hang up on you). She refuses and is unwilling to accept any mistakes that they make. Charges practically the same price as everyone else and claims they are special. The guy who actually does the glass work seems to be treated like a slave and doesn't seem to make as much as the rude lady who runs the whole thing. Please Save Your Time and Money and go somewhere that does proper work! We ordered a piece of glass from Mode for the top of our accent cabinet. We also sent a photo of the cabinet for reference. After agreeing on the service and cost, the owner asked us to confirm the glass shape for the corners of the cabinet (round or square). Later in the day, to be sure, we sent a text message asking the owner to clarify about the round/square glass corners that she asked us to confirm earlier. She replied by just listing the dimensions of the glass (the same information we provided to her earlier) and agreed price. Since we did not get the answer to our question, I called her back. Right off the bat, her tone sounded very defensive and kept asking me several times whether or not I've read the entire text message (of course, I read the entire message couple times before calling her). She was so rude, did not want to hear what I have to say and talked over me several times. Such a horrible customer service, so unprofessional. My motorcycle mirror broke while lane splitting on the freeway. I bought a mirror and brought it into Mode Glass & Mirrors, and got an exact fit cut for $15. The man who cut it did it in less than ten minutes, and even began to take out the old broken glass which while I appreciated, I declined.
