Rarely give 5 stars. However, I had one of those," Oh my gosh! How stupid!", moments. While it would have been less expensive had I gone with clear glass, I wanted to replace what was there. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Funny as well. Why does that matter? Because I was so mad at myself for doing something dumb, humor lifted my down trodden spirits. Service was quick, exactly what I wanted, and fit perfectly. They do custom shower doors as well. Cheaper than Home Depot. read more

I have worked with this lady named Amy in your business several times each time she is always acknowledging and greeting the customers, very friendly, very cheerful very engaging. She is the epitome of customer service and is a wonderful face and representative of Bodies Glass. I don't think you could find a better social skills person to be elevated in a manner that would be the company representative for any important type interactions she is a wonderful gift and if I had the opportunity to hire her and reward her and nourish her with great respect and opportunity to hold onto her as an employer, I would I urge you to go out of your way to be extra good and special to her and give her every opportunity and a flexible work life and do things to be good to her and reward her wonderful behavior. she is the face and the epitome of customer service. It is simple: just be good, friendly and cheerful to customer. She is the epitome of that, and so much more, astounding and spectacular!!! read more

These folks are experts in glass, I highly recommend them. Yesterday, they successfully completed a most difficult glass replacement job concerning a custom installation of a fairly large window (exceeding 5 feet X 5 feet). Employees John, Jim and Dave did an absolutely outstanding job! read more

Professional service. Reasonable prices compared to others with superior quality of materials and work completed.

What a great bunch of people! They are a business takes pride in their work and are good honest people. I've had glass closet doors installed, windows and screens replaced. They have always treated me good and get the job done with complete satisfaction. I have double paned glass windows and a few of them started fogging up between panes and these have been replaced. I have been using the new closet doors now for several years and just love them, not small doors but doors all the way to the ceiling. I am just saying they do big and small jobs and are good at what they do. I just like what they do. read more

Decided to do much needed repairs to the exterior of my house, the vendor that is going to do some stack stone recommended this company after I told him the quotes I was getting on window replacement. Sam came out and took measurements asked some questions and I was then called with an estimate about 2 days later . Price was fair for retrofit windows. My windows had to be custom made due to unusual window sizes but was advised it would be ordered and we scheduled an install for 3 weeks later. I was out of town on the date of the installation, but it felt amazing to come home to new beautiful windows and zero mess. I would highly recommend. read more

Highly recommend Bodies glass. I was referred to them by a friend for a glass repair I had in my home. It was an octagon shape window so I was prepared for it to cost me a fortune. They were very pleasant to work with and the bill was much less than what I had anticipated. 10 stars!!! read more

Laurie offers some of the worst customer service. I have had multiple issues with this through my last few transactions through this company. My sons called me at around 3:00pm and told me they hit my daughters bedroom window with a wiffleball by accident and broke the window! Desperately needing it fixed the same day, I knew I was asking a lot. I called a place I found on Yelp and they quoted me almost $200 and couldn't come out until the next day (which I figured). Driving home, I remembered I pass this glass shop every day called Bodie's... so I gave them a call around 3:35pm and asked for a quote. The quote was noticeably lower than the previous quote I got from the other place so I was stoked and asked when? Well the next available wasn't until a few weeks as they were swamped! (Understandably)... Desperate... I asked if anyone was willing to come out the same day I would appreciate it and try to compensate. The woman who took my call was completely understanding and took the initiative (which I love!! Because I find this to be rare) and said she would check for me. She called me back within minutes and Komma (I hope I spelled his name right), was at my house by 4pm! He fixed the window in no time at all, was super sweet, polite, and professional! I definitely recommend Bodie's! They took a completely unfortunate situation (for me) and made it seamless!! Thank you soo much!! read more

We had a few hiccups before the job started, but I have never witnessed window glass replacement, so this was a new experience. 98-year old windows all along one side of our home faced our very-close neighbors' stucco patchy wall and messy sad hedge. (The neighbors are delightful overworked young parents). The view from my windows bothered me, it was MY problem, so I had Bodie's change the glass out to "reed glass," a rippled kind of texture that lets in all the light but obscures the view. Voila, like magic, my problem is solved and no feelings hurt by the neighbors. The techs were methodical, cautious (after all, very old glass is dangerous), clean, precise and cool dudes. They did all the work on our premises. The investment was really worth it. read more

Why put "Staff wears masks" on your profile when you clearly don't? I waited a week after I called for the guy to come out and look at my shower door. On the morning of he arrives over 30 minutes late with no apology. He walks in with no mask, but okay I guess (even though we are in the middle of the Omicron wave). Not only no mask but he also has obvious pink eye in his right eye yuck... As he's leaving he asks for my email and of course I never hear from him again. Been going to them for years. Reliable, good price, quick and super friendly. I would not go anywhere else.

We have used them several times over the years for whole house and rental window replacements, shower doors and glass cabinets. Recommended others use them as well. Made an appointment and the guy was so late I didn't think he was coming. Finally came so I ordered a slider. They came to install it but the screen door latch wasn't quite right and needed a screw. I've emailed twice since I never heard back. It's been several weeks since I last heard and they apparently expect the customer to do all the reminding. I'm done. I won't be using tor endi them. read more

Bodie's Glass and their staff are wonderful. They have a keen eye for details. We had a previous shower leak and they came out immediately to fix the old glass. They had to cut the new piece to match and fit and it worked perfectly saving us money and time. They're prices are great and the overall service was highly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

I guess Sam was out for medical reasons when I called. He said that when he found out about the call and my review, he had no idea there had been a problem. Sam called and left me multiple messages. He even wrote to me to make amends. Finally, he came out and took a look at the door. I guess it was a super easy fix. He replaced the part and even gave me a new one. Still, even he said, it shouldn't have broken so fast. He told me it should have lasted at least a year, not two months. Given that information, I'm of the opinion that the door might have been installed improperly. However, I guess we'll see in the next few months (depending on whether or not the new piece goes bad as well). read more

This is a long overdue review. I am a contractor, and was hoping to use this company for years to come, but after a couple issues on a job they did for me, I would never use them again. It took two weeks for someone to call back after calling the office several times, and then two weeks for them to come out and fix part of the issue, all the while leaving me to deal with the customer on the other issue, and still having money held back on me for it. I wouldn't use this company if they were the last ones on earth. Nice people, but horrible customer service if an issue arises. read more

I called Bodies after reading the Yelp! reviews to get the broken glass on a Jersey Shadow Box replaced. They were friendly and assured me they could do it within a day for only $30. I dropped it off and return to pick it up a week later. They had not touched it. I was in no rush so left it with them after reassuring me it would be done in a couple of days. I came back a week later and wouldn't you know it?! They had the glass replaced, but my frame was broken, cracked and chipped.... but wait, they said they wouldn't charge me for the glass. Thanks a lot. I took it to a framing shop and it's not repairable. So my $30 glass that so kindly was done for free is costing me $500. I contacted Bodies once again. They are now working with me. I will update this review once I get a resolution. read more

Ordered some glass for some projects, they all came out perfect. I had some large sheets of tempered glass also, and every employee that talked to me made sure I knew that the tempered glass needed to be handled with care because they could "pop" if they hit the street. Thankfully their warning prevented me from stupidly resting the glass on the ground while I loaded it. Appreciate the help you guys, keep up the good work. read more

Jim came out and fixed a window same day! Loved the service. Amazing and followed directions. Very friendly.

So far so good... Requested info through Yelp since two people recommended them to me .. The owner I think, and his wife came to my house to get measurements and give an estimate.. I gave a deposit and was told I would get a receipt for it that I haven't seen but could've went into spam but will keep posted as to how the install goes So install went smooth, the guys were on time and friendly.
