New, clean, soundproofed, thoughtfully and tastefully designed. Fantastic staff. While all of the team are a pleasure to work with and are always there for you, Alex takes the cake at getting things done and making decisions most favorable to the renter. Way above and beyond expectations. The location is convenient if you're a family. The only reason I ever left is to go downtown. Cons: Nothing comes to mind really. I guess some of the negative reviews can be explained by lack of organization and process. Be prepared to have two people assigned to one parking spot, checks lost and cashed half a year later, being charged for stuff twice.. While I can see how it can be unnerving (for a control freak like myself), are these mishaps a small price to pay for a friendly, involved, and caring team? Absolutely. They'll always go over your questions with you and reach a fair and honest resolution.

I'm a little jealous of of the residents here. ;) I dropped by to try their lunch and it was pretty good. The Ham & Cheese Pretzel Sandwich was really good! The cheeseburgers taste just like cheeseburgers in case picky eaters are having a hard time deciding what to get. The sweet potato fries were superb and I would definitely get those for my side again. Treeo has a huge dining room with several seats by Windows to enjoy the nice sunny day view and they have group tables to enjoy company. A nice lady invited me to help her finish her puzzle after I was done eating. The waitress was also very nice as she busted my table. I can't speak too much on behalf of the residents here as far as living here goes, but I can say that Treeo's food here is great. It appears they have a lot of great activities for residents and visitors alike. I also know that they're involved in the community by taking field trips to fun events such as a local high school's musical production, and participating in South Ogden Days. Treeo seems like the bomb dot com. Now I just need to make some new friends with the residents here and hope they invite me over. ;)

Fire alarms frequently fail, the garage door is unreliable, and the washer machine--despite multiple requests--remains ineffective. Additionally, elevators break down one to two times a month; for those on the sixth floor, this means hauling groceries up the stairs, as there's no alternative for transporting goods. Even basic deliveries, like DoorDash, become cumbersome. When I gave notice to avoid violating occupancy standards, upper management refused flexibility, even though I offered to pay a fee, and they still charged me an extra month's rent. The 60-day notice period--longer than most leases--is a further drawback. For anyone with a dynamic schedule or on long-term assignments, this is not a suitable place to live.

The entire building is made the evacuate every time this happens, and we spend about 1-1.5 hr outside waiting for the fire department to turn off the alarms. This has been an issue for the entire 6 months I've lived her, and neighbors that have been here longer say it's been going on their entire lease as well. How this issue still hasn't been resolved yet is beyond me. Absolutely infuriating.

I'm…read moreno stranger to apartment living, so having my apartment be so quiet I almost thought I did not have neighbors. When I started taking a music class at Weber State, I knocked on my neighbors doors to ask if they could hear me playing the piano or recorder. I do have neighbors! I was told they couldn't hear my musical "noise" (because I am not that good). Even if they could hear, the community and high quality tenants would speak to me before any problems could arise. I also use their common rooms. The gym is always quiet and I love their general store. I had to wait a couple months before I was able to add covered parking, but the staff notified me as soon as a spot was available for me. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough.
