I ordered a pizza to be delivered. I received it at 1:24pm. I will NEVER order via delivery again! 1/2 the toppings I ordered weren't even on the pizza! (I rechecked the order to very which toppings I ordered. Here's just some examples. Diced tomatoes- NONE Mushrooms - About 3 only Pineapple - 2 pieces Ricotta cheese 1 dollop Corn - NONE! Very sparce tomato sauce - if there was any you certainly couldn't see it or taste it! I am sure there's more, but frankly I am so mad and disappointed right now. Rico Suave at the counter needs more training on customer service. I brought my girlfriend in after bragging about the place for 2 months. I asked for a little bit more mozzarella because the first coating was pathetic and sloppy. He literally looked at me straight in the eyes and sprinkled a teaspoon more with no smile. I wasn't going to ask him again for more. I asked him about the asiago cheese and he replied it has the same flavor as mozzarella. Okay it was the start of a very bad experience. Literally the pizza came out with more sauce covering the crust than cheese and that was also all you could taste. There is more cheese on a frozen $1 Totino pizza. The 11 people in front of me all got exactly the pizza they wanted. I don't know why this guy singled me out, but he destroyed my experience and also someone who had never been there before. Food is decent. Decent price. Service is awful. Staff is lazy and confrontational. Ordered curbside (sleeping baby in the car) and after 10 minutes of waiting I go in to pick up my order only to be told to wait when I can clearly see only one order waiting and no other customers. I proceed to grab my order and the staff yells "we will be with you in a moment". At this point I blow them off, take my now cold order, and return to my child in the car. This used to be one of our fave places to grab a good, quick pizza but wow has it gone downhill. They put hardly any toppings on and takes forever. They put such little cheese on that you could see all the sauce, I asked for basil and there was a few flakes on one half and none on the other, I had pepperoni and Canadian bacon and there was such little meat on that there was only 1 piece per slice. read more

Place is always dirty, tables, floor, and kitchen area included. The people are sloppy and toppings get mixed together. Today I had corn and broccoli I didn't order on my pizza. My son got pepperoni he didnt order on his. We found a old slice of pizza under our table. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out we saw the same dirty tables sit there with food on the floor. There is a huge pile of to go boxes sitting, un attended in the dining area. Ordered delivery because we had a free deliver promo code from the MOD Pizza App. Pizzas were not well made. They had bald spots (without toppings), were missing requested toppings(I added bell peppers from my fridge), not crispy, odd shapes, and poorly cut (one side had 2 slices the other had 4. How can that even happen?) Pizzas were not crispy as requested. When I do go into the store and order takeout, I always request the pizza with crispy crust, and this request is never met. Being from Chicago I am S.U.P.E.R. picky about pizza, because, yes, Chicago is not just about stuffed deep-dish pie. Most of the great places on the south side excel at thin crust, correctly tavern cut pizzas. Anyway, I was actually really impressed with this pizza. They are a great size so that my wife and I can each order our own and have a leftovers for the next day. There are a ton of selections for toppings and the price is super low, I'd say it's good for cheap pizza but it's good compared to more expensive pies as well. Now, it may not be tavern cut but that is a rare find anywhere out of the midwest. My only beef is with their delivery via Postmates. When you select delivery directly through their website or app it typically gets delivered via Postmates or another outside service. We've had 2 out of 2 screw ups by the delivery service now. I wish they would have their own delivery but the pizza is good and they did give us a coupon for at least 1 free pizza after the first delivery snafu. read more

Pizza looked good as it was pulled out of the oven and sliced up. It wasn't until I got back to my office, took a bite and realized the entire bottom of every slice was burned. I really like that you pay a flat amount for the kind of pizza, and all the toppings are free, so you can customize the pizza however you want without having to pay extra. It's outrageous that other companies charge a few dollars per extra topping when the pizza itself is already $25+. But I digress. This place is especially great if you're trying to feed several people, and no one can agree on what toppings to get. They have several kinds of crusts, and lots of fresh toppings. The staff is friendly. Sometimes, the crust is a bit burnt, but it's not the end of the world. When I went yesterday after we ordered online , I had to wait probably about an additional 10-12 minutes past the time they provided, and after they asked for the name used for the order, it turned out that the pizza had been sitting to the side, not in the area designated for online orders.
