I stood in line for an hour waiting for one incompetent person to make pizzas while another person pushed out 10 online orders ahead of me for each person this sloth got done. Food yes Service... Hell No. read more

This location is so consistent and today they outdid themselves. The pizza was delicious. They always make my weird order the way I like it but it was just extra good today. My coworker agreed. Staff is always friendly too. read more

MOD Pizza - My order - Pizza Near Me - Salem, Oregon

I ordered a pizza to be delivered. I received it at 1:24pm. I will NEVER order via delivery again! 1/2 the toppings I ordered weren't even on the pizza! (I rechecked the order to very which toppings I ordered. Here's just some examples. Diced tomatoes- NONE Mushrooms - About 3 only Pineapple - 2 pieces Ricotta cheese 1 dollop Corn - NONE! Very sparce tomato sauce - if there was any you certainly couldn't see it or taste it! I am sure there's more, but frankly I am so mad and disappointed right now. I'd advise to go only into the store in person so you can watch what the heck they're doing!!! NEVER AGAIN!! read more

MOD Pizza is like the Burger King of pies, in that they want you to 'Have it your way'. It's an intriguing business model that allows you to earn points by signing up for an account. You can order for pick up, delivery, or scan the QR code in the app for credits in person. Their price point, fresh ingredients, quick line production, and turnaround in their wood-fired oven is most appealing for me. Ordering a thin crust loaded with veggies and a salad generally staves of any carb remorse and leaves leftovers for lunch the next day. Choose from their menu of unique variety pizzas and salads or build your own. Your imagination and the toppings are unlimited! I especially appreciate that MOD supports local community fundraisers and charity giving. Check their website for details if your school, group, or team is looking for options! read more

Just received our delivery. Pizza 1 - gluten friendly crust. Burnt to a crisp. Toppings were fabulous. Pizza 2 - regular crust mod. Cooked perfectly. Toppings were fabulous. It's a shame the first pizza was hammered. read more

MOD Pizza - Delicious pizza - Pizza Near Me - Salem, Oregon

Hello I just left mod pizza and this was my second time ever eating here. I would love to say that the customer service is really amazing, the employees that were working today Hayly, Al, and mango, they were really helpful and very cheerful to talk to. Safe to say I am coming back. read more

Rico Suave at the counter needs more training on customer service. I brought my girlfriend in after bragging about the place for 2 months. I asked for a little bit more mozzarella because the first coating was pathetic and sloppy. He literally looked at me straight in the eyes and sprinkled a teaspoon more with no smile. I wasn't going to ask him again for more. I asked him about the asiago cheese and he replied it has the same flavor as mozzarella. Okay it was the start of a very bad experience. Literally the pizza came out with more sauce covering the crust than cheese and that was also all you could taste. There is more cheese on a frozen $1 Totino pizza. The 11 people in front of me all got exactly the pizza they wanted. I don't know why this guy singled me out, but he destroyed my experience and also someone who had never been there before. They got two stars because the big gentleman that came around the table and the first lady in the counter service along with the bearded guy cooking the pizzas were all very nice. read more

Love love love mod however we came in tonight at 8:40, sign said they close at 10 They were cleaning everything up, told us we couldn't eat in the restaurant , had to take it to go because they were trying to close up . Meanwhile there were lots of people eating And the main worker was extremely rude. Tonight was a really bad look for a company we normally fully support and come to often in other locations. read more

Food is decent. Decent price. Service is awful. Staff is lazy and confrontational. Ordered curbside (sleeping baby in the car) and after 10 minutes of waiting I go in to pick up my order only to be told to wait when I can clearly see only one order waiting and no other customers. I proceed to grab my order and the staff yells "we will be with you in a moment". At this point I blow them off, take my now cold order, and return to my child in the car. Order clearly said curbside and they simply sat on it, gave me the business when I had to do their job for them. Never tipping here again if I ever come back. read more

This used to be one of our fave places to grab a good, quick pizza but wow has it gone downhill. They put hardly any toppings on and takes forever. They put such little cheese on that you could see all the sauce, I asked for basil and there was a few flakes on one half and none on the other, I had pepperoni and Canadian bacon and there was such little meat on that there was only 1 piece per slice. read more

I found the staff at this location very accommodating and amazing with their customer service. Not just me, the customers before me. I didn't quite catch their names, but I think it was Sol, AJ and Aiden. Thank you read more

Okay 5 stars all the way!!!! I was having a bad stressful day and I ordered a pizza (never been here but was craving some pizza) I was tired, cranky and starving and I got treated so nice by the employees there :) Especially the guy who helped me check out. Even though I did not know where to go because I'd never been there, he helped me out and joked with me about mondays. They made my day better!!!! Will be coming here more often :))))) read more

Place is always dirty, tables, floor, and kitchen area included. The people are sloppy and toppings get mixed together. Today I had corn and broccoli I didn't order on my pizza. My son got pepperoni he didnt order on his. We found a old slice of pizza under our table. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out we saw the same dirty tables sit there with food on the floor. There is a huge pile of to go boxes sitting, un attended in the dining area. Anyone can touch or breathe on them before your food goes in them! Can you say gross!!!!!!! I would have gave zero stars if that was an option... read more

I'm a first timer and got a mini pizza and i made it in before lunch rush and order/wait time was quick I was in and out in like 10 minutes of ordering the food was pretty good had a crispy crust and perfectly cooked but I would also agree with other reviews on customer service being unfriendly but tolerable read more

They make great pizza. I had the margherrita super tasty and they're quick. They have bottled soda at the counter.

Bad service and it seems like budget cuts had to ask multiple times for more never had to do that before

Service was not great. Employees gossiping about customers right in front of them. Employees with dirty long acrylic nails and hickeys all over one of their necks. (very unsanitary and unprofessional) read more

Ordered delivery because we had a free deliver promo code from the MOD Pizza App. Pizzas were not well made. They had bald spots (without toppings), were missing requested toppings(I added bell peppers from my fridge), not crispy, odd shapes, and poorly cut (one side had 2 slices the other had 4. How can that even happen?) Pizzas were not crispy as requested. When I do go into the store and order takeout, I always request the pizza with crispy crust, and this request is never met. Also bring back sliced bell pepper rather than cubed. read more

Being from Chicago I am S.U.P.E.R. picky about pizza, because, yes, Chicago is not just about stuffed deep-dish pie. Most of the great places on the south side excel at thin crust, correctly tavern cut pizzas. Anyway, I was actually really impressed with this pizza. They are a great size so that my wife and I can each order our own and have a leftovers for the next day. There are a ton of selections for toppings and the price is super low, I'd say it's good for cheap pizza but it's good compared to more expensive pies as well. Now, it may not be tavern cut but that is a rare find anywhere out of the midwest. My only beef is with their delivery via Postmates. When you select delivery directly through their website or app it typically gets delivered via Postmates or another outside service. We've had 2 out of 2 screw ups by the delivery service now. I wish they would have their own delivery but the pizza is good and they did give us a coupon for at least 1 free pizza after the first delivery snafu. read more

Big fan of mod pizza and being able to personalize a pizza for myself without of breaking the bank. This is the location I go to frequently and it's always great, fast service. Super tasty pizza every time. I have been to a few other locations and I do notice that this is the best one. Also if you haven't tried them you def need to try a no name cake! So good if you like chocolate. read more

First time at this location. Have always gone to the south location. Was really excited to give the Lancaster location a try. Service was ok. Pizza looked good as it was pulled out of the oven and sliced up. It wasn't until I got back to my office, took a bite and realized the entire bottom of every slice was burned. I ate it because I was hungry and that was my lunch, but I will not be returning any time soon. read more

MOD is great and we've had it several times! I really like that you pay a flat amount for the kind of pizza, and all the toppings are free, so you can customize the pizza however you want without having to pay extra. It's outrageous that other companies charge a few dollars per extra topping when the pizza itself is already $25+. But I digress. This place is especially great if you're trying to feed several people, and no one can agree on what toppings to get. They have several kinds of crusts, and lots of fresh toppings. The staff is friendly. Sometimes, the crust is a bit burnt, but it's not the end of the world. When I went yesterday after we ordered online , I had to wait probably about an additional 10-12 minutes past the time they provided, and after they asked for the name used for the order, it turned out that the pizza had been sitting to the side, not in the area designated for online orders. Other than that, the pizza was great! read more

Navigating grabbing a meal during COVID has changed. what has also changed is you no longer can actually talk to the place your ordering. WARNING! The above phone number does not get you to the real Mods pizza. It's a automated voice, I thought that's weird. when I ordered last night . I said customer service, so it transferred me to a person. Who was very nice. I said is this Mods pizza? She said yes. After placing my order I said is there any way I can tip the driver and you get some for being so helpful, she said no. I thought well why not if your at Mods pizza. Come to find out, THE EXACT THING I DIDNT WANT, THE 1 thing I will not tolerate. My phone pings and says YOUR DOORDASH DRIVER WILL BE THERE-SOON. WHAT,WHAT? I AVOID GIVING DOORDASH ANY BUISNESS PERIOD! after multiple bad experiences from having drivers eat out of my food, miss items always cold on and on I could go. This was shady though. I would have never given my cc info to DOORDASH! how did they get in the middle of me ordering food from the locations phone number directly?? UNACCEPTABLE read more
