I love chipotle but man do I hate working in this area and this one being the one I have to go to. For whatever reason they choose the busiest time (11am-1pm) to have only one person serving the food. I would not be writing a review if it wasn't literally every time I come to this location. Today I spent 22 of my 30 min lunch in line. I do not blame the workers especially the young Hispanic women busting her butt to get the line moving. Unfortunately i still end up spending most of my lunch in line. Corporate needs to look into the scheduler/management because they are probably keeping the staffing short to make their bonus bigger at the cost of having a ridiculous wait time. I love chipotle one of my favorite places to eat for sure, mainly because of the quality, freshness, and the ability to get in and out in a fairly decent time. A little frustrated with my visit today because of how long I had to wait for my food. Line was almost all the way to the door and there were only 3 staff members that I could see. With that being said, I knew my wait would probably be longer than normal. Staff was nice but just had no pep in there step, it seemed that even though the line was insanely long they seemed to be moving at the same pace that they would be if there was no line. Usually when I visit a chipotle and they are busy, you can physically see the staff moving quicker than normal and working hard to hurry and get orders done and people through the line. I got the impression that they really didn't seem to care how long people were waiting, as they just casually kept making bowls and burritos at a seemingly leisurely pace. *I will say the cook in the back is exempt from this, as you could visually see he was working hard and quickly. Still going to give 3 stars because the food was great as always. But had to take 2 off because the energy and effort was just lacking. read more

All in all, the highs are good. I go here pretty consistently without much of a bother. The only real issue I encounter is ingredient shortages. They happen every week or so, and it is frustrating. However, I've seen management improvements over the last few months, and they have this one cashier that freakin' rocks, always smiles, always wishes a good day, and always very quick. I don't usually stay in the restaurant, it's usually to go, but from when I have, it's solidly clean and smells wonderful. The only thing I would change is the music. Sometimes the music is iffy. Customer service is here and there. If they could be more consistent with their portions and also more concerned with making customer happy with order then it would really impact its overall rating. Maybe there is a staffing shortage or high turn over? My youngest toddler loves the food and so does my wife and kids. The food is fresh and tasty. He literally dropped half of the spoon full of steak as he was trying put it on the tortilla and I guess he figured it was good leaving only with half spoon of steak and I looked at him because I could literally count only 5 pieces of steak on the burrito and I asked him okay then how much for another spoon so I was ok add another spoon and as he was trying to roll the burrito he literally dropped out 5 pieces of steak out of the burrito as he was trying roll it !! Instead of receiving what was ordered I received a bowl with the burrito innards thrown together and covered in foil (not a lid) and half of a crusty-rock solid tortilla on the side that breaks up like a tortilla chip and looks like a homeless persons rat-tailed chihuahua has been gnawing on it for 45 minutes. Not even my own dog could chew this rock solid slab of flour! Also they are chronically out of chips. Never mobile order chips, you'll never get your $8 back. I believe in quantified nutrition so my servings are fixed. Here's what I ordered - 1 serving white rice 2 servings beans 1 serving tofu 1 serving pico 2 servings salsa 1 serving cheese 1 serving guacamole and some lettuce. Here's what I got - 0.75 serving rice 2 serving beans 1 serving tofu - when asked to complete that serving, server took 2 extra extremely small pieces of tofu lol 1 serving pico Half serving cheese Half serving guacamole even after paying 2.25 extra on it. I'm a long-time fan of chipotle, especially after having worked there years ago. This Chipotle is consistently bad. From crunchy rice to distracted employees to over cooked steak to being out of regular menu items (soft tacos, seriously?), the food quality is subpar every. single. time. I've given them chance after chance to redeem themselves, I figured maybe I caught them on a bad day but every day seems to be a bad day for them and after tonight's disappointment, I'm done.
