First time coming to this location and I've been to many... Mod is generally speaking a pretty good fast food pizza joint but it's really all about the staff. That goes without saying for all establishments in life. The staff make the experience, so you'll find discrepancies in how well Mod as a company makes pizza. With that said.... The two ladies who helped me design this pizza were absolutely fantastic and I appreciate you two. I came in around 8pm yesterday on 4/23/22 and you guys made me a fantastic pizza and wish I ordered 10 of them but I like to keep my figure in check lol. Anyway. Thanks again! read more

I was really grossed out the last time I went. I don't think I will ever go again. I usually like MOD Pizza, but the employee was touching everything with his gloves including wiping the countertop to clean off old food and then he used those same gloves to grab the food and put it on my pizza. They need someone to put a person in place to make sure people are changing their gloves often. read more

Wow just wow! Ordered 4 pizzas and 3 was not done right. Was not cooked through - doughy. Called them and started with "not asking for a refund, just letting you guys know". The gal (Selina) responded: We are very busy and may have mixed up. AND HUNG UP ON ME! Called back and she so happened to answer the phone again, asked for her name and she asked me WHY. I said I wanted to know who I am complaining to and she said NO and hung up on me. Called again and this time Nate picked up the phone, identified himself as shift lead and told me the other person (lead) I spoke with was Selina. Nate was not much more helpful either, his only respond to each of my sentence telling him what happened was "O...kay". He promised a refund in 3-5 days, we will see if he keep up with his words. I will be filing complaint with the headquarters. read more

Love Mod Pizza and this is easily the best of the locations I've visited. I've been eating pizza for decades and couldn't imagine that there might be something unique that I've not tried, but the manager of this store recently suggested the addition of blue cheese to my usual pizza. Sounded crazy at the time but it's been an awesome compliment to my pizza. Thx Cory! Great, friendly team here, pizza is always awesome, and this location is a favorite place to sit and enjoy lunch. read more

This location has great customer service. Employees are kind and relatable. I had a custom salad made by Apa that was so good, I ate it faster than I imagined I could eat a large bowl of food. Maybe I heard Apa instead of Ava. Lol read more

Came in for a quick dinner tonight and immediately felt the AC unit blast cold air throughout. Thankfully this place has a nice outdoor seating section which we opted for. Ordered the Tristan and added chicken. It was good. Salads are made well but don't feel like the ingredients are all the fresh or real or something. It looks good, should taste good, but is only so-so to me every time. I enjoyed a ginger ale sweetened with cane sugar and appreciated the unique drink offerings they have. The ginger ale was very good. I also got to try a new "green sauce" which was delicious. Next time I will add it to the Tristan instead of the pesto. read more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon. There were maybe two other people here. I've never been to a Mod Pizza before. The staff worker told me he'd be with me in a minute, then continued making a salad. When he was done, he spent time replacing the lettuce, then started to make another salad. I stood there, in front of him, for several minutes. I decided to leave so I turned and walked out. Two stars because my family ate there earlier and liked it ok enough. read more

Solid fix for an exhausted mom with a sick toddler. The order online-drive up option is clutch so I don't have to unbuckle tiny humans. The young lady who brought me my pizza didn't even flinch at the cold/rainy/snowy walk - thank you for saving my sanity today team! The pizza (mad dog) was delicious and hot still when I made it home. It tasted wonderful and fresh. It brightened my day. The only thing I would recommend to the owner is to get more salt or snow melt or shovel so your workers are taken care of/don't slip. read more

A few nights ago on my way home from work, I decided to stop into the Novelty Hill MOD to get a pizza for dinner. After the exceptional service I received, I'm very happy I did!! Those guys were wonderful! Special thanks to the guy who made my pizza (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name but you were awesome!) thank you for being so kind and patient with me. You made my pizza so pretty and absolutely perfect and it honestly was the best pizza I've ever had - just as you said it would be ;) Everyone was working hard as a team, had positive attitudes, and they all appeared to be genuinely enjoying what they were doing, it was refreshing to see. Everyone was wearing masks and following Covid guidelines and I felt very comfortable and safe there. Fast and friendly service, great prices, and delicious food. I will definitely be back again soon! read more

We eat Mod Pizza about once a month, and it's usually fine. Tonight was not. Two issues: *My son's olive pizza had a metal bolt on it (NO, that is not a typo, there was a METAL BOLT on it). Thankfully, he saw it before he ate it. *My pizza with only veg on it had sausage on part of one slice and a lemon seed (I'm guessing). I don't eat meat, so I'm not happy about this. I get that Saturday's are busy, but the metal bolt is unacceptable (seriously, how does that happen?!?). I will not be eating here again. read more

In the past few years I've only had one issue with my pizza so I'd say that's worth 5 stars . I get the cauliflower crust because I'm gluten free and I also get the dairy free cheese. Both are excellent. I'm always impressed by not just the quick service but the friendliness of the staff and quality of their ingredients. Yum! read more

Quick, easy, delicious, inexpensive, and they don't make fun of my cheese-less and sauce-less pizza (at least not to my face). What more can you ask for? I highly recommend the pesto drizzle at the end. Their salads are also delicious, or maybe I just know how to pick my toppings. Mod Pizza is a great dinner option when it's too hot to cook. I also like their iced tea selections with really low added sugar. Love Mod Pizza! read more

We love MOD. We love this location. Nice workers, fresh ingredients, clean tables...couldn't ask for more! Is it busy? Yes. But any family friendly casual dining is going to be busy on Friday and Saturday night. Not to mention if there is a fundraiser. Sometimes we do have to leave if the line is out the door and every table is full, but that is the exception. Is it loud? Sure, but again- this is to be expected. I know it's busy and the employees are going fast, but I've had to stop ordering salads here. The blue cheese gets all over the other ingredients, and I'm highly allergic. They have gone in the back and gotten me fresh feta or shredded cheese when I tell them about my allergy, but when there is a line out the door, I feel bad to do this. Oh well- just gives me an excuse to get the pizza ;) read more

My daughter and I like the pizza here since we can choose our own toppings for one price. We have finally both found the perfect combo for us :-) The staff is friendly and the place is clean. They have draft beer or soda or fancy lemonades. It moves quickly enough, although Tues dinner was out the door last week!?! We enjoy the atmosphere here and playing with topping flavors. read more

I'm so mad. I online ordered pizza from here. It was ready 10 minutes late which is fine. I understand they are busy. But I live 30 minutes away and realized they gave me a cheese bread instead of my pizza. I'm very mad because I am moving and don't have any food at home or time to go get anything else. I guess a refund for the cheezy bread is good enough and I will eat just cheesy bread. Thanks. read more

You cannot go wrong with Mod in Redmond Ridge. We've already ordered twice from them, and the pizzas are delivered quickly while still being hot. We lack solid pizza choices in Redmond Ridge, but Mod is here to save us! read more

My kids love the pizza here. I like that each one has a favorite and there not a lot of left overs. The no name cakes are awesome. We are here at least every other week. Thanks guys! read more

good service but always burns the underside and outer edges of my pizza. Tables are normally dirty and I need to wipe them down myself.

Fun, fast, and delicious. MOD is generally good anyways, but the staff here ROCKS! Super fun and overall fantastic group of people.

Who doesn't like pizza? Answer: no one. Who doesn't like customizing their own pizza? Answer: probably no one, I'm not positive though. Mod is fast, relativity cheap, the workers are friendly, they give out free stickers and they're killin' the game. The formula goes like this: wood fired pizza + whatever amount of ingredients you want on it + fast = read more

I made an internet over for the first time after hearing about you guys from our friends. We ordered four pizzas, and made notes for my daughter and my son's pizza. When we arrived at the time of pick up, one of the workers asked if I was the internet order and I confirmed. At that point, another worker began laughing while looking at me and went to another worker who also began laughing and looking in our direction ( I was with my son at the time). Obviously, I wasn't in on the joke, but I didn't really think much of it, but the laughing and the whispering continued, which made be very uneasy about what they might have done to my order.... I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed that I had made some typo on the note where I entered my kids' names, but nothing was misspelled or resembled anything that would be funny. While the first bite seemed ok, I was unable to finish the pizza and worried my family would get sick so we ended up trashing most of the pizza order. read more

We came in on a Saturday night when the restaurant was REALLY REALLY busy and crowded. Our order ended up being messed up, but I am still leaving a 5 star review and here's why.... You guys - the place had a line out the door, as it seems to always. They were busy as HECK. Honestly the design of the building makes this way worse because of the acoustics, I go into sensory overload the moment I walk in the door there because you can't hear yourself speak due to the way everyone's conversations echo and are so loud...(not a good place for an intimate date). Despite being super crowded, we had our food in about 10-15 minutes. If you were to go to an actual pizza parlor and order a pizza in a place that crowded, y'all would be waiting an hour. So even when busy, they are decently quick and efficient. The staff is friendly. I even saw a lady be super mean to the guy behind the counter ultimately over how busy they were, and that's not their fault! They're busy because they're GOOD. I give this place 5 stars. They were gracious at fixing a bum order, they're really packed a peak times because they're good, and the staff is awesome. I don't think you can hold anything against a popular business for being loud and crowded because they're so good. I think they're awesome and we'll totally be back. read more

Quickly prepared delicious pizza at a great price. Walked in and waited in line. Chose one of 9 pizzas and modify them or create your own. We went with a Dominic and a Jasper with some additions. Did I mention the additions are for no additional charge? They are! read more

On 3/12, we stopped in for some late lunch/dinner and this was only our second time coming to a Mod Pizza. The young woman who helped us was fantastic!! She explained how the menu works and guided us as we figured out the different options. She was super friendly, cheerful, and just overall welcoming! The employees make such a huge difference in how you feel about coming to a place. In addition to the delicious food, we will definitely be back because they treat customers so well! read more

I love MOD pizza they always get my pizza made exactly how I like it and get it in and out of the oven quickly. They have so many customization options and lots of friendly staff! These folks boldly rocks no gloves and no hair nets like it's no one's business. The only problem: it is. This place is a health inspection nightmare- not the place to go if you want sanitary food preparation. The location looks great though and we ate our pizza without issue. Just won't be back after seeing the lax conditions. Rules are in place to protect consumers; they aren't optional. Especially in an open kitchen concept like this you gotta be on point. read more

It was a little confusing upon first walking into mod pizza because the menu is unique. I was expecting someone to take my order but instead found a subway-style build your own pizza experience. Always great, and great service here at RR. MOD pizza is a perfect meal that is filling and healthy (depending on your order!). The best is the toppings, wow! They rarely skimp, and these in particular are some of the best you're going to find: Canadian bacon, bacon, green peppers, roasted red peppers, spicy chicken sausage - even the broccoli and asparagus when they have it look REALLY good, and I don't even like those things. read more

I'm apparently the only customer who finds MOD Pizza unacceptable. The staff is VERY friendly and courteous. My complaint comes because of what I consider unsanitary food handling practices. (I did email corporate with complaint. No reply. Not unexpected.) I was waiting for my pizza at the counter. An employe came in from outside the restaurant, walked through the kitchen door, and immediately walked back out to slice pizza... certainly not enough time to wash his hands. Disgusting. read more

Good pizza! Come before the dinner Rush to avoid long lines.

I like the concept. I like the end product. Getting there took a couple trips. Mod makes a good pizza if you tell them what you want on it. I have found this store to be better than the other Redmond store. Personal taste - I just don't like the named selections. Light on toppings, a bit light on flavor. Build your own awesome pizza. Three stars only because they have to save a bit of money on the toppings. That's not a problem, it is reality because the price is right. Quick, good and tasty. read more

Awesome place, killer good Pizza! So happy MOD came into this location! The space is well done with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The Pizza is awesome, they are fast and friendly. You can create your own personal pizza or go with one of their menu creating items. The Pizzas come out surprisingly quickly after the order is placed. They have a good selection of drinks and a few beers on tap as well. Great place! read more

After a hot day we decided to try MOD pizza up on the Ridge. I popped online and placed an order- knowing it's going to be crazy busy. Walk in- up to the register- and discover- I sent the order to the wrong MOD pizza. The manager stepped in and instantly said to his team to take care of me. He said not to worry about it- it would be ok- and sent them over to take my order. I asked if I should call over to the other location and he said "no I've got this." Shocked by how well they are operating here already. There's been a line out the door and they are just rocking it. The line isn't because they are running slow or anything- it's because they are crazy popular. To the awesome manager- thank you. You have no idea the day I've had- and your kindness tonight goes such a long way. Thanks for coming to the Ridge! read more
