This was one of the best pizzas I've ever had! They let you add all the toppings you want and has a super thin crust that is very crisp and tasty. I like the fact that it's not super loaded with calories, which is good. The service was fantastic, and the ambience of the restaurant is like a great little pizza café . The manpower is not there and they focus more on online orders than the customers standing in front of them. I always go here and usually the staff is amazing. We came here on June 1st 2025 around 3pm While we were getting our pizza the young lady who was calling names and handing out pizza she seemed very on edge. I understand that it gets busy and it can be overwhelming, but please don't take it on customers who ARE NOT giving you a hard time. I asked for the sauce on my pizza and she put the wrong sauce. I normally don't complain cause I get it but the fact she had an attitude wasn't called for. She showed her frustration to us and everyone else around. I haven't had MOD pizza in about 6 months or more and decided to come to this location due to the high reviews. Seems like many new faces since I last stepped in here but I absolutely love their customer service & cleanliness. We came to dine in right as it started to get busy for dinner and I must say I was impressed with his great this group of workers worked through the rush, greeting ppl walking in they managed to still go around to clean tables & ask customers how everything was etc. Shared a MOD thin slice whole 11" pizza with my toddler and we really enjoyed it. THE SALADS; you can walk along having the very friendly Mod Rep adding as much of all items offered that will fit in your Mini, Mod, or Mega/Family sized bowl. Currently practicing Whole 30 eating its some place I can still go to eat with or bring home to my family, YAY! This last visit I mobile ordered a Mod Create Your Own Salad. Ingredients shown on the slip pictured, I believe? It was so fresh and flavor packed that I did not even use dressing. For 10.98 at this location in Puyallup on 1/06/2023 I feel competitive price. I pay the same for a Cobb at Denny's and grocery store salads can not even compare to this quality though they cost less. The more you put on, the harder the crust will have to work. The staff is about what you'd expect from a place like this, think subway or chipotle. The restaurant is a little loud and can get very dirty since their staff is all working on pizza making or cashiering and there never seems to be a slow time for them to wipe the tables.
