Stopped by this MOD location following a short trip to the outlets and the service we received from this staff was top notch. We enjoy MOD because it's one of the few places that offers a cauliflower crust pizza and makes it quickly and upon ordering the cauliflower crust the crew member asked if it was a preference or an allergy. When then told her it was an allergy and she notified the rest of her team that there was a gluten allergy on the line, she then changed gloves, wiped and cleaned every every surface with a fresh towel, cleaned a new sheet pan to make the pizza on, and changed gloves again. Then with each new crew member we got to down the line they changed gloves and showed us the tools they were working with were clean before using them to handle the pizza for the member of our group who has a gluten allergy. Amazing service from this team and the best I've seen a food establishment handle an allergy in years. read more

Came in at 9:30 to be told they only have Gluten free and cauliflower crust- ok - understandable it's almost closing~ but then the guy says they will still be charging the upsell for those crusts. It's Memorial Day weekend - most places know to have extra on hand. Worst part was the tone and attitude the guy gave to the line of customers. There were about 8 of us in line - we all left. read more

Been ordering here for a few years and after tonight's order, I don't think we'll be back. The taste is good, but paying $15 for a tiny pizza that looks like toddler-size is insanity to me, especially after the pizzas seem to have shrunk over the past year/two years. I honestly never recall them being this small and skimpy for the price charged. Definitely not the value for the money it used to be, sadly. read more

Came here on kids eat free night. Just be prepared to wait! The salad is huge! I got a average size salad but it was huge. It'll last a few days. And definitely pro tip, mix the fig balsamic and ranch dressing together for an awesome taste. My kid enjoyed her cheese pizza and her kids meal came with a milk. I really like their cheesy garlic bread. I should have told her to put more rosemary on it My bad! The people in front of us were really picky which took forever to get the pizzas so the servers did the best they could keep the line moving. Place was clean. read more

This place is always clutch especially for lunch. I love their choices, but if they happen to get banana peppers as a topping option OMG!! I'd be on cloud 9!! read more

We were staying in the hotel this past weekend, across the street from the parking lot and decided to grab some dinner after a long card ride and checking into the hotel. We wondered across the parking lot and was surprised with the amount of options they had. We decided to stick to something we knew would be good and we decided to get pizza here. Upon walking in we were surprised on how busy they were. None of the locations near us ever look like this! However, the line moved fast. The lady taking names and sizes of pizza kept everyone entertained she knew repeat customers by name was smiling and offering advice and to help to all those that needed it, whether it was staff or customers. The others in the assembly line were also friendly and answered questions even doing what we thought were special request but people get done all the time apparently lol. They even offer pictures for the kids to draw while they wait and hang up. Overall, I would recommend this location just be aware there may be a wait involved. I subtracted one star for the cashier who was not smiling, friendly, and very short when dealing with not only myself but other customers. We tried to let them know they were out of grated parmesan cheese to get more or have some put out and he caught an attitude regarding it. However, the gentleman cooking the pizza overheard the conversation and helped us out. read more

Me and my daughter love coming here the oven master Sol made sure our crust was cooked to perfection. We watched as she paid close attention to the doneness of the completer pizza and the rest of the staff are friendly and accommodating as I know me and my broke beast friend AKA my daughter are very picky. All I can say is MOD Pizza comes through in the clutch and for the win. read more

We had a good time here. It was so busy, but the staff did not miss a beat. They joked with the customers and made sure they had your order the way you wanted it. If your face showed any displeasure, they corrected the order. My family members all have different tastes, and we were able to accommodate them all! read more

Incredibly slow service and the pizza was drenched in balsamic -- it was all you could taste. Not worth it at all.

Food is decent. fast casual. but not really fast. Employees don't have a sense of urgency. There's a line be prepared to wait.

We were at Ikea and decided to find something quick for dinner. You know we love to eat. So Mod Pizza was what we chose. This was our first time here. Kinda similar to Your Pie and Pioneer Pizza. The toppings are in front on a line and you pick what you want and they cook it in the brick oven. We were greeted by the friendly staff. They were all nice and it was kinda busy so they were pumping out pizzas as fast as they could, but they weren't rushing anyone. So i appreciate that. For about $10 you get a decent size pizza with whatever u choose. I got 3 pizzas. One with sausage, pepperoni, onions, corn, and olives. I did ask for extra sauce. That pizza would've been dry if i hadn't. So you should pay attention while they're making it. Lol. The other 2 were chicken and bacon. My kids didn't seem as excited about theirs as i was for mine... But thats their business!! Lol. They had options.. Kids i tell ya!! My pizza was cheesy, delicious, and filling. At the end you get to pick 2 sauces. I chose ranch and pesto and i mixed them, wow!! That pesto is delicious. I recommend trying it. The marinara sauce is kinda bland tho. But i enjoyed my food!! The pizza crust is thin crust so you don't feel bad eating all those carbs!! I also got a lavender lemonade. The first taste was super tart. I added ice and a little water and it was really good!! I tried the Pride cake snack that they had. I didn't like it that much. Its basically a little debbie snack. Made my tongue feel weird. Basically Mod Pizza is the jam. Most places with younger adults working there are rude and a little disorganized but this group worked well together and they were respectful. You should check them out!! read more

Pleasantly surprised! I created my own pizza using a cauliflower crust. It's much like Chipotle or Subway, where they bring you down the line and you choose the toppings you want as they create the pizza for you. I had white sauce, which was pretty good, topped with lots of veggies and chicken. I did have to ask the employee to spread the toppings out a bit, since they were all plopped in the middle. I was nervous to ask this, but he was super understanding and fixed it for me. The pizza turned out pretty dang good and only $10! Great place for a reasonably priced, hot, customized meal. Location is also convenient, lots of parking and wasn't very busy. read more

Gluten free pizza was awesome! What a cool place love that you can get all toppings you want for the same price.

First time trying this location and will be sticking with the Battlefield store. Seeing my food get made by a woman who clearly didn't want to be there wasn't even as frustrating as realizing the poorly constructed pizza was burnt. I'm not about to go "hey can you make that a little better" at every step of the way. Not even worth paying for tbh read more

The worst pizza in my ever! Frozen pizza is even way better. No taste, the crust looked like someone stomped on it. No flavor and very unappealing looking. Makes Little Caesars look top notch!! read more

I came here couple times and the workers are friendly, just some tiny issue here and there lije forgetting the sauce or the worker doesn't know what's on the choosen pizza but not a big deal. So i have been to MOD pizza before at other locations. love the food. but this was by far one of the worst experiences i have ever had at a food place. not only did she make my salad wrong by adding an additional ingredient that isn't supposed to be there; but also forgot the croutons that are supposed to be there. when i mention to her the croutons, she BARE HAND in front of me grabs a handful of the croutons and throws it on my salad. her co worker (who smacking her gum right on the food line) looks at her and looks at me and my wife to see if we would say anything. and she her self says nothing. overall, if i were a different customer the whole experience could have resulted in a whole confrontation argument for the bad service. So me placing this review here is just to warn people of this locations staff and how they run their business here. read more

Fast made to order pizzas and salads. Staff were pleasant and efficient. The restaurant itself is spacious with high ceilings and plenty of seating. We had the Italian chopped salad and the mega mad dog pizza. Produce was fresh and tasty. The zesty dressing was particularly good but they have plenty of options. The pizza is generously sized and can be shared. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center they are located in. Note: mod pizza is not located at the outlet mall itself but in a separate strip mall. read more

Umm, YES please, I love MOD Pizza. Due to the current pandemic MOD was offering to deliver their yumminess to your home for free. Yes, I said it, FREE!!! This greedy girl ordered an 11" custom pizza. Let me tell you about this magical circular dish of deliciousness. This jank was covered with the following- garlic rub, olive oil, extra artichokes, spinach, basil, mozzarella, Gorgonzola, pepperoni, roasted garlic, oregano, and balsamic fig glaze. This pizza was the sickness. I love that they offer not one, not two, but three different sauces that do not have tomatoes (I'm allergic). The veg on my pizza was crazy fresh and please don't get me started on the balsamic fig glaze. MOD, will you marry me???? read more

I love it here and my family comes here weekly! Tonight I ordered a pizza and really needed help as I couldn't bring my baby inside the store because he's currently super sick and was fussing. Sorry folks this review won't have a picture! The only reason is my pizza (build your own) was so darn good you would have thought I grew up in Italy! I started with a child's size pizza that had four huge slices. It was so large I had to give one away. Anyway back to my pizza. I wanted to change it up. I had never made my own pizza before and it Was AMAZING!!!!! 10 stars if I could. It had pesto sauce, grilled chicken, red onions, artichokes, chopped tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. The only thing they didn't have that would have made it bombdelicious was pine nuts, but seriously who has pine nuts. I got so many compliments on how it smelled, but the taste was mind blowing. While I was sitting waiting for my pizza to cook I decided since I am an adult I could have my dessert first and I tried these chocolate covered chocolate cake with white crème inside. It was similar to the old ring dings but way way better. The chocolate was smooth and not too sweet. The cake was so moist and the white cream was as just lovely. The perfect adult appetizer. I didn't think it could get better until I bit into that pizza. The crust was perfect! The entire 3 pieces were mouthwatering. They should add my pizza to the menu it was so good!!! Every single person that walks in needs to try the chicken pesto pizza with artichokes, chopped tomatoes and red onions with a yummy chocolate cake on the side! I will come again and again and again!!! read more

I've always loved the pizza spots where you can create your own with unlimited toppings! MOD doesn't disappoint! We went on a Monday evening and was helped right away. As I stated, the toppings were unlimited and everything you could ask for to put on a pizza! When we go, I'm always for the Pesto drizzle on top and my husband loves the barbecue sauce on his. The pesto sauce was the perfect taste, and it went so well with the mozzarella and feta cheese! My husband loved the sweet, tangy BBQ sauce (he's the guy who likes Hawaiian pizza) Overall, our experience was great and we will definitely be back whenever we are in the area. The only reason why I decided to give it 4 stars is because my crust was a little too crunchy for my liking. Other than that, great spot! Come check it out! read more

The new shopping center where this place is located is a nice little Mecca of food places and interesting stores. I was really surprised to see what was available. the sitting here is pretty nice with the exception of being in the far corner towards the grass. There's a waste disposal/sewer area near the back where if the wind is just right you'll get a unpleasant smell. Just something to think about. Outside of those unpleasantries the food was pretty on point. the only thing that I wish would have changed for some of the employees enthusiasm. I can't fault them because maybe some of them were unsure about being there in these times but it was exceptionally grumpy and unappealing. Typically I would give less stars but in this time I'm definitely being lenient. Overall I would definitely come back as the food was just very good. Go elsewhere! Very disorganized, poorly run. Messy, drinks spilled on the floor not cleaned up. Guy who came after left well before our pie was done. Ours sat on ledge waiting to be cut for a long time. When I asked for it the guy said he'd called me a bunch of times but I watched him take it out. If it was ready it would have been cut & on the shelf in box. Unless they just keep baking them...it's burnt to a crisp :-( read more

This was the most poorly run location I've been to. Very slow service team today - not a bit of hustle - at every other MOD location we would have been eating our pizzas before this team had even finished putting ours in the oven. Tea/lemonade machines were turned off and clearly dirty (but full of drinks). Soda machine missing label/cover on a drink dispenser. Mens bathroom sink missing lever to turn on the water. Floor dirty, dishes piled up and trash full. Pretty bad. Everyone was friendly but completely unmotivated. read more

I ordered curb side pickup in light of the coronavirus. The experience was painless and quick. I placed my order online. The order took my vehicle description. When I drove up to the restaurant, my pizza came out immediately on arrival. The pizza was made with fresh ingredients. The spicy chicken was definitely spicy. This place has good service. It was National Pizza Day. I wanted pizza. My husband made it happen. I have wanted to check out MOD since it opened at this location so National Pizza Day seemed like the perfect opportunity. My husband used the App to order ahead, assuming they would be slammed with other like minded pizza lovers. We ordered 4 pizzas, one of them on the cauliflower crust and all 4 were ready and pipping hot when my husband arrived at the shop. I had the Lucy Sunshine on a cauliflower crust and it was very good. The crust was flavorful and the toppings were great. There is an obvious concern for cross contamination between their gluten free crusts and regular crusts as they are all cooked in the same spot. The gluten free pizzas are not cooked on a baking sheet. I decided to risk it. Probably not a good idea. My husband had the Mad Dog on a regular crust and said it was very good. Definitely hit the spot. My kids had the Calexico because they like to live life on the wild side. It definitely has a kick, but my 12 year old said it was delicious and had the perfect amount of heat. The pizza is really good. My only wish is that they put the gluten free pizzas on dedicated baking dishes (not sure if this is even possible) so that the celiac population can partake (I knew there was a risk before ordering it was noted on the website so totally my fault). read more
